The nursery offers exceptional care, enriched by unique learning opportunities for your child. One such experience is child-friendly cooking classes, helping to equip children with valuable skills and deeper knowledge of the cooking process.

The stunning nursery is over two floors and consistes of 8 rooms; 3 baby rooms, 3 toddler rooms and 2 Pre-School rooms. Each room has been purposely designed and resourced for a particular age group. On the first floor, there are 4 children’s rooms along with a community room and a reflections room.

On the ground floor, in addition to 4 children’s rooms, there is a library. All of the rooms have access to an outdoor space which all have breathtaking views of the countryside, ensuring plenty of space for outdoor exploring. The nursery is set in a beautiful 3-acre site so the children are often found outside discovering new things in nature and the environment.

At Wolverhampton, the nursery have paid thoughtful attention to creating an environment that enables children to develop relationships with the world around them, themselves and each other. They see the adult as not the giver of knowledge, but instead children search out the knowledge through their own investigations.

The Reggio Emilia approach is known for regarding the environment as the third teacher. All rooms have materials that are easily accessible, uncluttered and inviting. Staff work with the indoor and outdoor environment to ensure the space children use is a source of learning opportunity.

The Reggio inspired nursery respects the need for comfort and a place to pause, for both children and adults alike.

Wonderful carers and friendly/helpful office staff. I feel comfortable and confident about my children being here. The only nursery in Wolverhampton for the people I love most to be when I’m not around.

My little one loves nursery. I feel it’s a really happy, safe and supportive environment for him to be in, and he has flourished in his development since starting there when he was just under 1 year old. It’s such a relief to drop him off knowing that he is going to have a good day and his caregivers
have his best interests at heart.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery. He gets so excited to see the staff and his friends. He seems to enjoy the activities, and he is developing fantastically, so I'm very pleased. I feel like the nursery dealt with Covid really well, and I really appreciate them opening the doors again now, so

I would highly recommend Sandhills Wolverhampton to anyone who is considering sending their child to the nursery. This nursery has been exceptional in looking after my son. The team of Mr Bump and my son's carer, has gone beyond to help my son to progress in his developments. If it wasn't for her and
the team, my son would definitely have fallen behind in alot of stuff. He has thrived alot and loves going to nursery. Also, the safety measure and the managers knowing each child and the parents make it feel more like a family atmosphere. I know it's hard to trust your child with someone, but with this nursey, you definitely can.

I couldn’t rate Sandhills more highly. My daughter loves her time here - we are kept up to date regularly with what she has been up to, and I feel happy going to work knowing she is in such safe hands. Sandhills has exceeded my expectations from the moment I picked up the phone to enquire about a placement for my son. My son did not see many faces during the pandemic and was extremely attached to mummy. I was concerned with his development as well as his settling in. It's been just 3-months, and my
son literally walks in and does not even look back to say goodbye to me; his development has improved in terms of vocabulary, behaviour and eating habits.

Sandhills Day Nursery (Wolverhampton) is amazing for my daughter. Both my other two boys went to a different nursery, (Sandhills wasn't open then, otherwise, they would've been here no doubt). It has been by far the best nursery setting for my daughter, she settled in very well, and that is thanks to
the lovely staff, and she comes out squeaky clean. She is always changed regularly, and as she suffers from eczema, her carers are always on top of applying her steroid creams as and when she needs to. I did have one incident in July, where my daughter became ill at nursery, and her key worker really looked after her until myself and my husband got to the nursery; she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was wrapped up warm and held her till we got there. She made sure she was hydrated, and I will always be grateful. Since she moved on from one room and into another room, she has been so happy and transitioned very well. Her growth and vocabulary have grown loads, and I'm always updated with even little things she has done or said.

Sandhills has been a great first nursery experience for us and our little one. Despite joining in difficult (Covid) times, the nursery has felt welcoming and supportive for us and our child.
