The nursery offers exceptional care, enriched by unique learning opportunities for your child. One such experience is child-friendly cooking classes, helping to equip children with valuable skills and deeper knowledge of the cooking process.

The stunning nursery is over two floors and consistes of 8 rooms; 3 baby rooms, 3 toddler rooms and 2 Pre-School rooms. Each room has been purposely designed and resourced for a particular age group. On the first floor, there are 4 children’s rooms along with a community room and a reflections room.

On the ground floor, in addition to 4 children’s rooms, there is a library. All of the rooms have access to an outdoor space which all have breathtaking views of the countryside, ensuring plenty of space for outdoor exploring. The nursery is set in a beautiful 3-acre site so the children are often found outside discovering new things in nature and the environment.

At Wolverhampton, the nursery have paid thoughtful attention to creating an environment that enables children to develop relationships with the world around them, themselves and each other. They see the adult as not the giver of knowledge, but instead children search out the knowledge through their own investigations.

The Reggio Emilia approach is known for regarding the environment as the third teacher. All rooms have materials that are easily accessible, uncluttered and inviting. Staff work with the indoor and outdoor environment to ensure the space children use is a source of learning opportunity.

The Reggio inspired nursery respects the need for comfort and a place to pause, for both children and adults alike.

Excellent staff and management team and listen very carefully to the unique needs of our child with a critical illness. The welcome is always warm and friendly. You can see they care about the child's development as we notice our child expresses new things she has learned. We have had the most incredible

Our daughter has always enjoyed attending Sandhills from the early age of five months. Now two years we have watched her grow from a baby to a beautiful toddler. I have always been happy with the service and environment st Sandhills and since the move to the new premises, my positive experience has only grown. The facilities are first class and their rate are highly competitive. The new nursery provides a home from home environment that is warm and welcoming,

Wonderful nursery and extremely accommodating. When having to close their existing Codsall branch they made arrangements for us to be moved to the new Wolverhampton branch, which is fantastic.


Good layout, caring and fun staff who look after all children brilliantly. Our little boy really enjoys

going to nursery due to the great number of things on offer to explore, plan and learn with/from.


Would recommend any parent to Sandhills as we have had nothing but wonderful experiences.

Our daughter has settled in so well at the new nursery in Lower Penn, originally moving over from Sandhills in Codsall. This is due to the staff dealing with the move over from Codsall well and having such a great rapport with her - and then there's the building and equipment (the bespoke wooden climbing
frame in the room!)
They do some really fab activities with the children daily too. My daughter regularly comes home with one of her wild creations, which, after a bad day at work, really puts a smile on your face! She just has fun... and is thoroughly cared for throughout the day. I can't recommend this nursery or the staff enough, for making us feel so at ease with putting our daughter into nursery full time. Thank you.

My son has been attending Sandhills since October 2017 and has recently moved from the Codsall site to the new Wolverhampton Nursery. He has always loved his time at Sandhills and even more so in the new purpose built site. The facilities at the Wolverhampton nursery are excellent and the safety of
the children is exceptional. I am so pleased with the new building and it is worth the additional commute since the move. The access to the outside space from the toddler rooms is fantastic - he spends so much time having fun outdoors which is wonderful!


The staff are so helpful and kind and a pleasure to deal with. He is currently potty training and the staff have been so supportive through this new stage of his development. I'm so very grateful for the support and encouragement they have provided both my son and myself.


I can't recommend Sandhills enough.

This is a fantastic nursery, the staff are amazing and my little girl loves ‘her teachers’. You are greeted by a warm and friendly atmosphere. Very happy with the nursery. My son has been attending for a year now and with the recent move to this new site, the staff have been fantastic in making it go as smoothly as possible, with minimal disruption to the kids and parents.
My boy has settled straight in and thoroughly enjoys his days there.
Staff are always smiling and stop to chat or say hello to me and my son, regardless whether they work with him in his room or not. The use of 'real' resources alongside regular children's things is a nice touch, as is the whole design of the nursery - very homely.
Security is also good, CCTV visible throughout and around the grounds. Highly recommended.

Our daughter receives a very good standard of care at Sandhills, she is very happy and content and sometimes does not want to leave at the end of the day, all good signs that she is being left in a comfortable, caring and safe environment which gives us the confidence that we chose the right nursery
for her. The staff do a great job, are friendly and my daughter's development has come on no end. Thank you to all the staff at Sandhills! I would have no problem at all in highly recommending this nursery.
