Daffodils Day Nursery - Parchmore Road is the newest addition to the Daffodils family which has been established since 1995. The nursery is located beside Thornton Heath station and has large space for children to spend their day engaging in a variety of activities.

The nursery has an experienced childcare team trained to understand the objectives of early years learning, helping children to develop in their own unique way and encouraging a love of learning. Children can thrive in a fun and challenging play environment, supported in thinking independently and with a focus on all key EYFS goals.

Staff look to form strong bonds with parents, aiming to see children becoming confident learners and progress positively towards the challenges of full-time education. Together with a recognised curriculum there is a strong focus on nutrition and healthy eating.

My daughter started when she was one years old and has now left to start primary school. I couldn't thank the staff at Daffodils enough for everything they've done for my daughter. She's always been happy to go to nursery and has thoroughly enjoyed her time there. The management team and staff have

My child has been attending since the age of 9 months and now going into primary school. The communication with parents is amazing and even more so their care and input into the children is outstanding and aided my child brilliantly in his development. Amazing nursery, my daughter since the first day loved to come here, she never complained and she learned a lot. All the unties are well trained and know how to deal with kids. My daughter will be really sad on the last day of nursery. We cannot thank enough the all team!

Daffodils is the best nursery in the whole of Thornton Heath in my opinion. I went to almost all the nurseries in Thornton Heath in search of a nursery for my boys and Daffodils is second to none. My boys started the nursery at the age of 1 year and 10 months and 5 months respectively. The manager and
staff took them as their own children and gave them the best of care. Daffodils Nursery is the only place I can leave my children without a second thought or hesitation. I will always recommend Daffodils to every parent looking for a home outside their home for their children. The management and staff give the best of advice for the wellbeing of the children and the manager will tell you the truth for the best interest of the children. Parents in Thornton Heath and its surroundings, when looking for a nursery for your child, look nowhere but Daffodils. The manager and the staff are humble, respectful, inclusive and diverse in all their dealings. Daffodils Day Nursery is always the best. Thank you.

Since first seeing the nursery it stood out a mile from the others. It’s nice and clean and the staff obviously love the children. My two children happily attended it 5 days a week. I would recommend this nursery to everyone!

This is the best nursery ever, my son is going to this nursery since 2021 and he learnt a lot of new things from this nursery. I got so emotional today that my son is leaving this nursery. I am happy about this nursery. My daughter learns letters, numbers and she learns English. She learns new animals, she learns new things, she likes to cook, she learns English songs. She loves all staff and food. She was happy when she went to nursery.

My son has been coming to Daffodils Day Nursery since he was one year old. He has loved his time here and we have loved being part of the Daffodil's family. All of the ‘Aunties’ have been fantastic. And the owner is especially great. My daughter also attended Daffodils and we would not choose any other
nursery. He is leaving nursery fully ready for school and I can’t thank everyone enough for playing such an important part in my sons learning journey.

Teachers are very good at looking after my boy to make sure he is cared for. He remembers some of the kid's and teacher's names and other kids who he befriended when he comes home and talks about them. He's always happy and dancing coming out of the nursery and wishes to go there even more days. Thanks

Lovely staff. Lovely environment for children of all ages. My son has excelled since being at Daffodils Day Nursery. Everyone is understanding and helps to meet my needs when it come to my son, they always listen to any concerns I may have and they always provide resources and are always able to help
in anyway they can. I would recommend this nursery if you want your child to excel and thrive tremendously. The facilities are amazing and very child friendly. Daffodils Day Nursery always provides the best learning for children, they have so many different educational toys and equipment for children of all ages. All the staff are very caring. The nursery is very clean and big on hygiene, they encourage the children to wash hands, brush teeth and wash faces after meals.

The nursery is very family orientated. I love how all the staff are referred to as aunties and uncles. The children are well taken care of and are generally loved by all staff. Communication is excellent and I have always felt well informed. My son loves it here!

Every single member of staff is so lovely! They treat my son like their own. The hugs he receives in the mornings from the Aunties just make me know he is in safe hands. He has developed with his talking with their help.
