Wrap around care is available from 7.00am to 8.00am and 18.00 to 18.30 and is offered subject to availability.
We offer a variety of discounts to support our families, including sibling discounts, local school discounts and corporate discounts for various businesses.
A discount will apply to all NHS and military employees.
If your child does not receive any funding and attends five full days per week a 10% full time discount will be applied to your monthly fees.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are genuinely disappointed that you felt Pippa's House was not right for you. Whilst we are aware that your child was only with us for 6 hours settling in sessions and 1 half day, we recognise how important it is that you feel comfortable about your child's initial few days. Apologies that you did not meet your child's key person due to illness. Unfortunately, these things do sometimes happen and the room was staffed with qualified, experienced practitioners. We have since implemented a key person buddy system to ensure a secondary key person is available in the event of staff absence. We do take all concerns seriously and pride ourselves on our high standards, as reflected by many parents' reviews. We were more than happy to take on board your feedback and to give you a full refund and we are delighted that your child is now settled into a nursery.

Sam joined Pippa's House Reigate in September 2021.
She has over 20 years of childcare experience and has a Level 5 in Childcare and Level 3 in Leadership & Management. Sam is based at Pippa's House Reigate but has recently been promoted to senior manager supporting our other settings based in Surrey.
Sam is Pippa's house Senior Designated Safeguarding lead, Sam also has SENco experience. Sam is passionate about supporting children and their families.
Sam has 2 children Chloe (15) and Bobby (10) and 2 Jack Russels Thor and Loki who keep her busy when she is not working. Chloe is Type 1 Diabetic so Sam has experience managing this condition.

A note from Yiota...
I have been working in childcare for 23 years, both in nurseries and as a nanny. I am level 3 qualified-working towards a level 5 lead. I still have a love for crafts and creating fun learning experiences for the children. I joined Pippa's House Reigate in April 2024 as room leader. I was recently promoted to Deputy manager in December 2024. I also regularly travel between our Pippa's house nurseries mentoring new members of staff. I come from a huge Greek family, and we all look after each other, which is why I realised at a very young age I wanted to work with children. I am now also mum to baby girl, who attends Pippa’s house. Honestly when looking for a new position for myself, a big part of wanting to work at Pippa’s house was seeing how happy the children were when I visited and how engaging the staff were. I’m really excited to progress my own qualifications within the nursery and to make it as fun as possible for all the children in my care.

I have worked in childcare for just over two and a half years, while working in childcare I have achieved my Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification-Currently working towards my Level 5. This has allowed me to develop my skills and knowledge to ensure that I provide the best possible care to the children to allow them to develop to their full potential. I love working in Pippa’s House Nursery as the children are amazing, and when working with children every day is different as well as the opportunity for growth with my professional development.
