Striving to deliver high quality care, the team work hard to meet the needs of each child they care for. They get to know each child as an individual, allowing them to cater opportunities and experiences to encourage development in all areas, including social skills, and help get children ready for their next steps.

The nursery has a great outdoors space, where children enjoy getting out in the fresh air, they even grow fruits, vegetables, plants, and flowers and collect natural materials for creative activities.

The team focus on individual attention and learning through play. They work in partnership with parents to ensure that each child is happy and healthy at nursery and is being supported to reach their full potential.

Fantastic nursery. Since my little girl has joined, she has learnt so much, her speech and the way she knows her numbers etc. The best thing is also the fresh food they serve. It’s all freshly cooked, and nothing is cooked from frozen! My little girl enjoys going every day and is very excited. Her teachers
have been amazing from baby room up to toddler room and soon to be big girl room! I would recommend this nursery to anyone. Couldn’t ask for better people to look after my little girl!

Hello, my name is Nicky Green, I am the Nursery Manager here at Just Imagine Wickford London Road, I have worked in childcare for over 23 years and joined Just Imagine in 2008, I hold an NNEB Diploma in Early Years and childcare.

Being a mother myself, I understand the concerns and worries of parents when choosing a new nursery and the difficulties of being separated from their children, that’s why at nursery we ensure a safe and secure, yet warm and inviting, environment for both children and parents, with natural resources we provide a calming and relaxing experience throughout our setting. I am passionate about ensuring that every child that comes into our care receives the individual support and care they need to progress their learning and development in readiness for their big futures.

Our dedicated, longstanding and passionate team actively promote learning through play and devise planning and activities around the children’s interests keeping them engaged and enthusiastic every single day, working together cooperatively, sharing our ideas and taking part in team building days, our team is one big support network and we are here to ensure that families have the best possible childcare solution that fulfils their needs and requirements but also assures that their children are in the best hands.
