WMB Born2reign Day Nursery is the 5th Nursery managed by WMB Childcare Ltd.

It was formerly a Sure Start Centre under Manchester City Council and was subsequently taken over by WMB Childcare Ltd. It is situated on Claremont Road next to Claremont Primary School in Moss Side area.

WMB Born2reign Day Nursery aims to skilfully and wisely craft a solid early years foundation for children with ‘C.A.R.E’ (credibility, accountability, relationship, and exemplary leadership) by providing them with a caring, nurturing, stimulating and example-led environment thereby enhancing their moral, physical, social and spiritual values making them exemplary leaders of tomorrow.

The nursery operates from three base rooms. One large room is subdivided for older and younger children. There is also a fully enclosed outdoor play area available. The nursery opens Monday to Friday all year round except bank holidays. Hours of opening are from 7.30am until 6 pm. Children attend for a variety of sessions. The nursery provides funded early education for two-, three- and four-year-old children.

The nursery opens Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 6:00 pm, all year round, with the exception of bank holidays and Christmas holiday periods.

Each of the rooms holds a level 3 qualified practitioner and every member of staff is working towards a minimum of level 3 or above.

The nursery contributes to the development of young practitioners by taking on apprentices who are all working towards their level 3 childcare qualification.

My child had a great place to start his first school. The staff were really nice and they gave me updates on a daily basis, which eased our tension. I always recommend this nursery for all new starters. I would recommend it.

My daughter started a couple of months ago but within a month of enrolment, there were massive changes observed in her speech, communication, independence, activity participation and interaction. I am confident of the professionalism of the staff to impact positively on the children.

Very friendly staff, my daughter loves attending, she loves the staff and is very happy when she comes out of the nursery. They always make sure to keep me updated with how she is during the days and what she eats etc.

My son started the nursery in September and I couldn't be happier. He has settled so well and all the staff are lovely and understanding, especially his key worker, she goes far and beyond to assist him and keep me up to date. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My son loves this nursery, he has progressed a lot since being here. The staff are very friendly and lovely, the food they provide is so nice. I’m so happy I bring my son here, I would highly recommend this nursery to every parent, it’s the best.

Getting my daughter into this nursery has been one of the best things I have done for her. She has learned many things since attending here. I always look forward to the online journal where I get the daily updates of my child. The staff are amazing and very welcoming and friendly. I mean all of them
are very polite and very helpful especially her key worker, she’s so nice, she helped her with potty training which was quite a hard step for me as a parent. I couldn’t thank her enough. I highly recommend this nursery.

Great nursery, the staff are wonderful.
My daughter is very happy and has learned a lot since attending.
Her skills and language have improved.
Her teachers are really nice and caring and work really well with her.

This is my second child to attend the nursery. I am very happy with the staff, they are supportive and welcoming. My child has a nice time here, she is always excited to come and comes out happy. The management is amazing. I will highly recommend this nursery.

In September my 2 years and 4 months old son started going to WMB Winstanley and he loves going to nursery. The first week was hard for him to settle in but by the second week, he literally walked in without a tear. Updates about my son are updated daily from what he had for lunch to toilet activity
etc. Observations are posted with pictures which are pleasant to see what he is up to. The daily updates are updated almost instantly, sometimes when I get home I've got the update already. From day one, all the staff have been really friendly and welcoming, they all work extremely hard and yet keep up with all smiles and professionalism which is why they need to be credited. I can see my son is ready to be toilet trained at home and after speaking to one of the nursery nurses at pick up, she has been very encouraging and giving me advice. The nursery staff have been very cooperative with his toilet training and he is no longer wearing nappies.

My little girl has recently started and is absolutely loving her time at nursery. The settling-in sessions were brilliant and really helped put my mind at ease, especially with me starting back at work. The staff in the Toddler Room are super friendly and enthusiastic and I can't thank them enough for
their support in what could have been quite an emotional rollercoaster. I highly recommend this nursery to every parent, it’s the best I have seen in Moss Side.

The greatest daycare place I have ever seen. Nice staff and a clean playground for kids. Highly recommend it! The manager is friendly and is happy to discuss anything related to your child. Very happy with it.

Sabina leads the team at Born2reign Day Nursery. She holds a BA honours degree in early years professional development at level 6. She is passionate about making a difference in children’s early year's childhood.

Sabina is always striving to improve and get better, and this is a philosophy she uses for motivating and setting high standards for herself before anyone else. Through continuous reflection, she has ensured that she has continuous and consistent improvement.

She is currently studying for a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) as she is passionate about teaching and believes that the children in her care are only as good as the adults teaching them. She sees this as a way in which she can contribute to the learning and development of staff and children alike.

She always strives to be a good role model to the staff team she leads and so is very keen about leading by example.
