Every child who will end up a winner and be a leading name in life must be well guided during their early years. This brand new nursery located in the heart of Moston neighbourhood aims to do just this.

At WMB Born2Win Day Nursery, the aim is to raise children with winning attitudes through the application of tried and tested godly principles and use of early years framework.

WMB Born2Win Day Nursery is the 6th nursery owned and managed by WMB Childcare Ltd, an outstanding nursery operator within Manchester.

Their nursery is custom built and has undergone full refurbishment with three amazing open plan base rooms, large cosy reception customers, extra sleep room for children which will also serve as a sensory room, a play area like no other in Moston for the babies and the 2-4-year-olds.

The teaching and learning within their nursery is second to none. The manager and her elite staff team will ensure that all children's development and learning is a priority.

The nursery has a new play area. WMB will never be able to describe it appropriately in words. It was constructed to give children the most amazing outdoor experience and the opportunity to explore and express themselves in the most unique way possible.

The entry to every base room within the nursery are coded for the security and privacy of all children. The nursery is protected by CCTV which has been remotely linked and can be put to good use in preventing intrusion. The nursery’s car park will accommodate 8-10 cars.

Since my daughter has started at the nursery she has come on in leaps and bounds, it is a fantastic nursery and I would recommend it to anyone. I'm so happy that she goes here and am looking forward to what else she will achieve whilst here.

I am happy with the nursery and the staff are doing a great job. My daughter has developed a lot since coming home from Nursery. The management is always willing to help and the staff are amazing. The food is great and the feedback is on time.

Born2Win has been amazing and has been very patient with my son. The staff are so polite and very welcoming, my son is always so excited to come and play with his friends and there are never any issues I'm very glad we chose this nursery as he has been improving in his behaviour and how he plays with
other children.

Amazing staff, easy to communicate with and my little one loves it. They have a lot of activities inside and outside when the weather is nice. He started nursery when he was 11 months old and he used to cry when we were coming to take him home. Can't recommend enough.

Have nothing but positive things to say, the staff are always helpful and friendly. Great setting, my child has grown so much in himself and his confidence.

The staff at the nursery are doing a great job under the current pandemic conditions. Since my son registered at the nursery, I have been able to notice a lot of positive improvements. Small improvements here and there but overall, I am happy with the nursery.

This nursery is perfect. My little boy has only been attending since the beginning of January but he has settled in so well. I have no worries about leaving him, all the staff are lovely, caring and hardworking and I also love the fact that the manager seems to really get involved with the children,
which is great. I was so worried about leaving him after having a bad experience with my other son at a different nursery and also because he’s only ever been with me or his Grandma but wow he’s totally surprised me in how well he’s adapted. He’s obviously very happy and well cared for which makes me happy and content. I would recommend this nursery 100% and I’m looking forward to watching my son develop over the coming months.

My daughter (3 years old) has been in this wonderful nursery for a year and a half now and has been the most happy little girl in the world! (Her mum too).
She would go there running in the morning and be sad to leave!
When I am talking to my friends and colleagues about the different activities
my daughter is doing every day, they can't believe it. How imaginative and proactive the staff is! She is growing up and learning so much with these wonderful nurses and I could not dream of a better daily life for her.
I am myself an artist but I still don't know how the girls find so many creative ideas to keep the kids busy and so happy!
Every day, the staff would send pictures, photos, describe the activities done; they would also support the potty training and help the child growing up as much as they can.
If someone would have told me, I would not have believed that a nursery could be so fantastic for kids.
I would definitely recommend Born2win for every single child!

I had a baby (son) with conditions, he couldn't do something despite the age, but within 2 weeks of joining the school, the improvement was clearly shown. Both physically and mentally. He couldn't stand or walk. Unfortunately, I was depressed a bit because of this. Now I am so glad he can stand on his
own and even trying to move without holding anything slowly with the support of the staff. He always feel excited whenever we got to school premises.

I am very satisfied with the nursery. My 2-year-old daughter is attending at the moment, staff is highly dedicated and professional, extremely caring, joyful, active, creative and deeply involved in day to day activities. My child is so happy and feels secure and happy. Since we moved to this nursery,
her language improved, she is singing a lot at home and speaks new words. I am impressed with heartwarming and smiley staff always there to help and nurture children development.

Claudia

Claudia Adamache

Job Title: Area Coach

Joined: 2016

Claudia is the Area Coach of WMB Childcare. She is one of the longest-serving members of the senior management team. She has a Level 6 qualification in Childcare and a Level 3 qualification in Team Leading & Supervision, being awarded distinction.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Special Education and has undergone a series of training to effectively support children with special educational needs. She understands Inclusion & SEN values and priorities. She applies them to her practice on daily basis.

Claudia has over 14 years of experience in Childcare and another 9 years in Special Education Needs. She enjoys working in several nurseries, supporting children’s development, building positive relationships with parents, and role-modelling staff practice.

She has a passion for working with children with SEND, completing her Wellcome and SENCO training, and working closely with Rodney House and other agencies such as SALT teams, and CAMHS.

Claudia is vast on the quality assurance framework and has worked closely with the designated quality assurance officers from the Manchester City Council to ensure that all settings are meeting their criteria
