The Butterfly Patch in Sutton provides excellent childcare to little ones aged 3 months to 5 years over 51 weeks of the year. Their long hours are suited to all families as the nursery is open from 7:30 am to 6 pm, offering full days, AM and PM sessions during term-time.

They strive to provide outstanding care and education for your little ones in their precious early years with the support from carefully selected trained and passionate staff.

They have a free-flow garden for toddlers and a free-flow garden for preschoolers.

This Sutton nursery follows the Curiosity Approach which offers babies and toddlers fantastic sensory opportunities to learn through real-life, natural, holistic objects and thingamajigs!

This enables them to use all of their senses to play and explore to further their development.

My son has had the best experience. His learning and social skills have improved dramatically! All the staff are very friendly and happy to answer any question you have. We’re looking forward to seeing what the next year brings and excited to bring our youngest into the experience of nursery. Definitely
recommend to anyone!

My son has been going to The Butterfly Patch Avenue Primary Academy and he loves it. The manager and her team are incredibly lovely, patient, very encouraging, have a friendly approach, great communication and lots of positive energy. I have full confidence in them when I leave my little one in the
mornings. Great learning place. I couldn’t have chosen a better nursery. I can’t thank them enough for the amazing work they do.

My daughter absolutely loves to go to The Butterfly Patch Avenue Primary Academy. She has learnt a lot of new words and saying thank you and sorry has become second nature. There are many things which drastically improved since attending this daycare like trying to do an activity on her own, trying
to become independent with self care skills and play skills. Highly recommend.

Having had a really successful week of settling sessions, my daughter (aged 3) then started getting very upset at drop off. The staff were incredible with both myself and her at dealing with this and within a fortnight she was skipping through the door (quite literally). My daughter now loves The Butterfly
Patch and has made some great friends there who she talks about all the time at home. She was previously used to a much bigger nursery set-up and I like the more personal touch that is being given at The Butterfly Patch.

One of the hardest things I’ve done as a parent is to leave our daughter and transition back to work after maternity leave - during a pandemic. I couldn’t thank enough the caring staff who have helped me do this. I feel relaxed leaving her, knowing that she will be safe and have lots of fun.
Much effort
goes into providing a wealth of stimulating, fun and exciting activities and the staff are great at interacting with her. I love that she plays outside in the fresh air every day, which I think is extremely important.
The staff give feedback at the end of the day and the app provides a daily ‘Diary’ and observations during the day.
I’m happy we chose The Butterfly Patch Avenue.

Our son has been attending Butterfly Patch at Avenue since September 2019. The staff have helped him to settle well into the nursery and he loves the time he spends there. We are kept up to date with his daily activities and can see he is having so much fun! I was initially worried about him being able
to sleep in a different environment but the staff have been fantastic and he is happy having his daily naps. All food is provided and he loves what he is given, often having 2 hot meals a day as part of the daily menu. The environment is brand new and a lovely place to be with a nice sized garden. It is also nice to be located within the school as it feels very safe.

The staff at the nursery have been very welcoming and easy to get to know. My child has settled in easily, and I have no worries about leaving him there all day. He seems happy and well looked after and is enjoying the range of activities available to him. As the nursery is new, their outdoor area isn't
quite ready yet, but we are looking forward to seeing what they can offer soon. We love getting updates on our child's day and learning on the app and find communication is good.

The nursery is beautifully set up and organised. Every day it is clean, inviting and has a different range of activities on offer as well as familiar toys and self-selection. The children are greeted warmly and with a real personal touch. The staff have got to know my child very well and he has settled
in and feels confident and happy. The staff always let you know the details of the day and the app gives you the daily diary and observations during the day, which is great! I am very pleased with the care and kindness that the staff show.
