They have been supporting my daughter for years but over recent months, I have relied heavily on the support of one member of staff, in particular, to pull together all the documentation
Staff are so accommodating in helping my daughter transition from lower pre-school to preschool and discuss the progress of this regularly with me so we can all work together to make this as easy as possible for her.
Another member of staff is my daughter's favourite person and she has so much patience and love for her. In October my daughter had a seizure at nursery and this member of staff, along with the other staff, did so well at handling it, especially as I was away for work and couldn’t get there.
Lytham Lodge is an incredible nursery with incredible staff. My daughter can be challenging yet nothing ever is too much trouble.

I have worked in early years for a long time, working from practitioner to senior manager.
I currently hold a Ba honours in early childhood studies.
I have been in the management side of early years for over 10 years.
