Waverton House Day Nursery in Wavertree, Liverpool, is a renovated private nursery, with a key focus on keeping children safe, secure and happy. The passionate staff focus on children's individual needs and interests to ensure they can achieve the best possible outcomes when learning through play and every day experiences. Children spend a significant amount of time extending their learning outdoors, in all weathers, and are provided with a range of experiences within the on sight Forest School environment. My son started in the baby room and since day one, the love, care and guidance shown to him have been outstanding. He is now full of confidence and words going into nursery and that is all down to all the staff. It feels like dropping him off at home when I bring him to nursery!

The best nursery by a mile, honestly cannot believe how lucky we have got, every single time we put our baby into nursery we know he is looked after and every single person truly cares about his development. I can't even put into words how amazing this nursery is, everyone feels like family, and they
treat my child like their own.

I was a nervous first-time mum, anxious to leave my little one for the first time but the staff in the baby room really helped put my mind at ease. Everyone greets us with a big smile on their faces in the morning. Any requests or changes to routine eg with timings of bottles are written down and followed.
The staff are always ready to chat and provide updates if I call throughout the day to check on my little one. My little one absolutely adores the girls and smiles going in each day which really puts my mind at ease. All of the staff are polite and friendly.

We all absolutely love Waverton House. We will have our second starting there soon. The staff are absolutely amazing - so kind and helpful and really get to know the children. They run in every morning without a second glance back at us! Forest school is an absolute bonus and they really do love outdoor
play. I can't recommend them enough.

Kids Planet Waverton House has an excellent and caring team. All the staff are amazing and the care and love they provide to all children is fantastic. Nursery is clean, welcoming and the curriculum and sports that they do with the kids is wonderful.

I have nothing but wonderful words for this amazing nursery. Both my sons have been there since they were 9 months old and my eldest is due to leave in a few weeks. From day one this wonderful place has never ever given me any reason to regret my decision of putting my boys in there care. Words just
do not describe how fantastic the staff are. The bonds they have with the kids is just amazing. They genuinely care about every single child and do everything to make sure all their needs are met. Over the years I have gained a great relationship with the girls myself and feel so comfortable going to them with anything. Their only priority are the kids and making sure they are happy and well looked after. Genuinely will be having another baby so we get to see them for more years to come! Love you guys and thank you for everything you do. It never goes unnoticed.
P.S the nursery is spotless and such a beautiful, calm environmen.

My daughter is coming to the end of her time at Kids Planet Waverton as she starts school in September.
Firstly I would like to say their preparation for her has been excellent, she has been given superb guidance and is ready more than ever.
This has not just happened lately this has been happening
in the 3 years that she's attended. Throughout the nursery, the staff are second to none with the children on a daily basis. This year my daughter has been in Pre-School, where she has excelled in everything from writing to number learning, feelings and emotions etc. All of this has been done with the affection and care of staff members. My daughter dotes on her key worker and it's obvious why, when she's at nursery we feel nothing but calm she's in safe hands.
The nursery is a wonderful place for children to learn and grow, highly recommend it to anyone.

Words can not describe how amazing Waverton House is! The kind and caring staff made me feel so relaxed when handing my daughter over knowing she's in safe hands. The home-from-home setting is beautiful with so much for the children to interact with. I love hearing about what my daughter has been up
to and seeing the smile on her face when she talks about it. 100% recommend it!

Both my children have attended this nursery, could not speak more highly of it everything about it is amazing!

There aren’t words to describe how grateful we are to all the team at Waverton House. Our little boy started in the baby room in late Feb 2024, our first child and we were all braced for a difficult transition. The staff at Waverton House have been every bit as warm, loving and diligent as we could
hope for - he absolutely loves them and being at nursery! The food is fabulous - he eats everything, he is happy to nap there, is stimulated and enjoys the activities they plan. He greets the girls most mornings like an extension of our family, and the app keeps us up to date on his day which is hugely reassuring when we are at work. The staff on reception is worth her weight in gold and nothing is too much trouble, his key worker has taken the time to really get to know him and you can see they have a lovely relationship already. The manager is often seen mucking in, and all the team in the baby room are fabulous. Thank you.

He absolutely loves going to nursery. Staff are clearly knowledgeable and always helpful.
He completes a range of activities and the outside space is exceptional.
Lauren is always a friendly face in the morning and answers the many queries that I have asked.
The whole staff work as a team to make
sure that the children are well cared for. I recommend this nursery to anyone who asks.

For 2 years my children have been under the exceptional at Waverton House. The nurturing environment has allowed them to engage in a variety of enriching activities, fostering valuable friendships and relationships with staff. The supportive atmosphere has contributed to their social and emotional progress.
The nursery has become a 2nd home for them, providing a sense of security and comfort. Management are committed to ensuring top care for the children. They not only prioritise the well-being of the children but also strive to motivate and empower the staff. This dedication has undoubtedly had a positive impact on my children, as evidenced by their remarkable development and growth. Knowing that my children are in a safe and nurturing environment brings me immense gratitude. The regular outings to the local community have been particularly exciting for my daughter. Her enthusiasm in recounting her experiences, such as visiting the neighbouring care home, leaving lasting impressions on her young mind.

This nursery is the best thing that ever happened for my little boy! As a first-time mum the nursery staff go out of their way to support parents and children in new territories. The staff are warm and welcoming and my child's development has come on leaps and bounds. I have felt fully supported through
weaning, potty training and now getting ready for school in September. Highly recommend.

Firstly I would just like to say thank you to all staff at Kids Planet Waverton House! I know my child has only been here since the beginning of the month but it's been amazing since the first day! From the Easter event staff put on for all our children to his settling-in days to now being in two full
days it has just been fantastic!
From the minute you walk through the door staff just make you feel so comfortable and at ease! Always very polite and bubbly!
Key leaders have also been excellent on the start of babies' journey! He is trying different foods and activities and he is loving them so far I can tell just by how the staff update the app and let me know at the end of the day when collecting baby! Baby has no trouble going to staff already at his morning drop off he is already making that bond with them! You can truly tell they love their job and making the babies' day fun from morning through to afternoon is what I love about this nursery! Love that the app always gets updated.

The best nursery! I have two babies in nursery now and one who went a few years ago. It still has a few girls that were there when my eldest went which makes it so much better for me, I feel like I know them all.

We’ve had such a great experience with Waverton. All the staff are so lovely and really care, the updates on the app are really informative and reassuring and my daughter loves going. It’s made going back to work so much easier. Can’t highly enough recommend.

I have worked at Waverton since 2016, starting straight after completing my degree in Education & Early Years. After spending time leading baby room, Tots room and Pre School over the years and completing my Masters degree in inclusive practice, I then became Manager in 2022.
I have always enjoyed watching the journey children experience throughout their time in nursery and I am glad I can continue this whilst also working closely with all families across nursery. My biggest passion is the benefits the outdoors can bring to children and I am so proud of our amazing outdoor space and how this is utilised by the staff team in nursery.
