Our daughter started at Monkey Puzzle before her first birthday, and as her graduation approaches, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for everything this nursery has done for her.
The caring and professional staff have been incredible, always communicative and supportive. They created a nurturing environment
that helped our shy little girl come out of her shell and guided her through big milestones like potty training with so much patience and care.
We've been amazed by her growth, from building confidence to learning so much academically and socially. Monkey Puzzle has truly been a second home where she has felt safe, loved, and inspired.

I can't thank the team at Monkey Puzzle Surbiton enough for the outstanding level of care they provide. Their commitment to maintaining exceptional standards and working together with shared values has been truly inspiring.
The team creates such a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe,
valued, and supported. Their respect, kindness, and inclusivity shine through in everything they do, and the way they work together so seamlessly ensures that every child's needs are met with care and attention.
It's clear they're passionate about what they do, constantly striving for excellence and staying innovative in their approach. This has made a huge difference in my child's growth and happiness. Love Monkey Puzzle, the team are great, responsive and attentive to detail. Our son has loved it since day 1 and is always excited to run into nursery to see his friends in the morning. The team always have events on and put so much effort into them. They frequently have meet-the-team days and these

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Monkey Puzzle. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and nurturing. The activities are thoughtfully planned, The environment is both safe and stimulating, with a wonderful outdoor space where the children can explore and play. Communication from the
nursery is fantastic; we always know what our child is up to and the progress they're making.
Most importantly, it's clear that the team genuinely cares about the children. They go above and beyond to make each day special.
We recently attended Monkey Puzzle's meet the team day, which was fantastic. So much effort had gone into making the event special. Our little one loved the animals the best!

Great nursery all around. The staff are amazing, our son really enjoys his time there, and he’s always really well looked after: he’s always clean, eats well and loves going to Monkey Puzzle. Anytime there are any concerns, the staff communicate promptly and are very flexible. Couldn’t recommend more.

We are so glad we chose Monkey Puzzle Surbiton. Our four-year-old son absolutely adores going - he's grown in confidence over the last 18 months and has made lots of friends. The manager is very dedicated and hard-working. She thinks about all the details carefully, and you can tell she puts her heart
into her job. All the staff are friendly and caring; the whole place has a lovely vibe. The kids are active every day and always busy learning new things. It's also very multicultural, which brings different experiences to the kids. I'll be sad to say goodbye when we leave for school in September!

My daughter has been going to Money Puzzle Surbiton for a little over a year now and she absolutely loves it. She is so excited to arrive there every time and always comes home happy. The communication from management is great and we get regular updates on the app throughout the day. We have also recently
started potty training and the team have been really supportive and cooperative. I would without a doubt recommend this nursery to others!

My son has been going to Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery for the past 5 months. He joined when he was just under 1 and had no issues settling in. We chose Monkey Puzzle over other nurseries because when we met the owner we felt that she genuinely cared about the children. This is true for everyone else we’ve
met at Monkey Puzzle as well!
The team also go above and beyond to celebrate special days and include the parents at key times of the year. This happens on a Saturday which is super helpful for the parents though appreciate that’s personal time for the team at Monkey Puzzle - another testament to their commitment! Thank you all for looking after my baby!

Our son has attended the nursery since he was a baby and is now thriving in the pre-school room. He’s developed amazing social and communication skills thanks to the hard work of this amazing team. They cannot do enough for our son and keep us updated regularly with feedback and pictures of his days.
The nursery offers regular “meet the team” and special celebratory events which are really well attended. We couldn’t have been happier with the choice we made and as an educator myself, I was always going to be fussy where our son went. If you are looking for a nurturing and secure environment in which your child will develop - look no further.

Our daughter absolutely loves going to Monkey Puzzle, she has absolutely thrived since starting 10 months ago. All staff are so loving, kind and caring. Her key worker is fantastic! The communication with parents is outstanding, you never feel 'just like another family'. We also really love that the
staff make an astonishing effort to celebrate all special days/holidays together with children, decorating the nursery inside and outside, making sure that the children learn as much as possible about the world and different cultures. Being part of Monkey Puzzle feels like a constant celebration! We can't recommend it enough.

My son was well cared for at Monkey Puzzle, the manager and her team worked hard to make his time there enjoyable. My son formed a good relationship with his key worker who I was able to message via the app whenever I needed to know anything. The food menu was healthy and my son ate well there. The
manager was particularly supportive and went above and beyond when I had a few family issues before we relocated to a different city. I would recommend them.

After having a bad experience in a previous nursery we were a little bit worried about picking a new one.
Monkey Puzzle has been the opposite. Our daughter absolutely loves it and runs in, in the morning. The staff are friendly and professional and our almost 3 years old daughter feels at home. She
learnt a lot in the past 2 years and came out of her shell. The facilities are great too and we love the feedback we get at the door every day.
The staff are amazing.

My daughter attended from August 2021-2022.
The settling-in process was dealt with amazingly by the staff. I was very grateful, as my daughter had spent very little time away from me or with bigger groups of children due to all the lockdowns, and me working from home.
All the staff have so much love
to give. My daughter was very happy and loved.
The staff go above and beyond with activities. They have hatched ducklings, learned about caterpillars and played in an amazing paddling pool on hot days.
I wish all parents had access to this quality of childcare for their children.

I was so nervous going back to work but Monkey Puzzle has made it so easy for me! They have been amazing with my little one and he truly loves every day in there! They are so caring and compassionate and treat them wonderfully. They know every child by name and always keep you up to date via the app
with messages, they also send you pics regularly so you know what your little ones is up to. My baba is so happy to go to them every day when I drop him off. Highly recommended.

My little girl started here when she was 1 and had some serious separation issues. The manager and her team have been so patient and kind with her and now she's thriving! She's developed so much and now she's started talking she comes home with new songs. She's very happy and loves her days at nursery.

The nursery manager is extremely dedicated and professional and has created a wonderful home-from-home atmosphere at Monkey Puzzle. She knows every child and every parent and she and the staff have so much energy and tirelessly create new and wonderful experiences for the kids in their care every day.
Our daughter has been extremely happy from day one and we will be sending our son to join her. A wonderful nursery - we highly recommend.

My son is going to be 3 soon and he is going to Monkey Puzzle nursery for the past 2 years.
We trust the staff always, they are the best. My little one absolutely loves to be there. The nursery got huge collection of toys, books and excellent outdoor place for the kids to play.
Parents are always
updated about their kid's activities, food menu and the kid's nap time.
The nursery conduct parents and staff meeting more frequently and it is an excellent way to get to know about the kids.

My daughter absolutely loves it here! I was so nervous about going back to work but I had no reason to be. The staff are so caring and she runs in happily every morning and doesn’t look back. There is a brilliant timetable of activities and the baby-specific garden is fantastic to allow the little ones
a safe space to play. The app is also brilliant to keep you updated and the weekly photos always make me smile to see what they’ve been up to. A huge thank you to all of the staff at Monkey Puzzle, it really is a very special place.
