We have had our daughter there for more than one year. All the staff are very nice, friendly and very helpful with children.
I am very happy when I go there to drop off or pick up my girl. She is happy to go to the nursery and see all her teachers. Feels like a big family there.

We have been with nursery for past two years. We really appreciate the efforts staff take in order to look after children in a homely environment. They are always approachable and smiling. We love the updates we get from nursery on our child's progress. Nursery managers are very kind and always there
to help. They celebrate all festivals and involve us as parents in their celebration. We as parents and our children are very happy with the service.

My daughter started the nursery since the covid time in the beginning it took her a while to settle in the nursery, but we found very great and understanding staff after she moved into the preschool. Now she cries every single Saturday and Sunday because she cannot go to the nursery. They do a variety
of activities, including bringing kids outside. We couldn't choose a nursery better than this. Many thanks to all of the staff of Better Community Centre.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was one year old (she is over 3 now) and we have been very pleased with all the effort, attention and genuine care she has received. The nursery was very supportive during lockdown, arranged for phased return, kept all the kids and staff safely having
all the measures in place. The communication was excellent.
Currently, the nursery introduced an app that is regularly updated with kids meal, nap times, toilet (when toilet trained), activities and photos. Staff is very caring, attentive and one can feel they enjoy doing what they do.
My daughter wakes up at the weekend and says that she wants to go to preschool! That is a testament to what a fantastic nursery that is. We are very sad leaving the area and moving out of north London but will miss hugely all the staff and other kids/parents.
I highly recommend the nursery.

My daughter has attended this nursery for 1.5 years and we have been extremely pleased throughout. My daughter really enjoys going into nursery and I can see that she has special bonds with the staff who genuinely care. The staff work hard and always have time to discuss what happened during the day
etc or answer questions. The management is really well-executed, there is great communication through the nursery app or via email and the nursery staff are well managed which is shown as the turnover of staff appears very low. They do lots of activities and have a great space to explore on the premises as it is connected to the gym - the sports hall, soft play, fields, vegetable patches etc. The nursery always appears clean and well organised. They do a lot of varied activities and get opportunities to learn new things throughout the day. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent nursery.
The staff pay great attention to the kids and the environment is excellent for kid's development. They have activities scheduled throughout the day to keep the kids engaged. A place I will recommend to anyone. My kids love it.

Staff are great, really pleased with the level of service they provide here. Wide range of healthy, freshly cooked meals every day. Overall, the standard of management, staff and cleanliness are at a very good standard.

My son joined Burnt Oak Community Nursery three weeks ago. I was nervous as he had a bad experience in his last nursery and just would not settle. It makes me so happy that he now enjoys nursery and is happy there. He is always greeted with a smile and all the staff say hello and ask how he is. I can
see he is comfortable and likes all of the staff. They take time to make sure his favourite toys are ready for him when he arrives. He loves going to the football pitch to play football and going to soft play. He hands me paintings and things he has made at the end of his day. In such a short time he has developed his social skills and has friends he talks about and physically he is more confident using cutlery at meal times and even pours his own water into his cup. When I collect him I always get good feedback about his day. The staff seem to really enjoy looking after him. He has settled so quickly into nursery and I can’t thank the staff enough for all the love they show him.
