Perfect Start Day Nurseries - Farnham Nursery opened on 13 July 2020.

The setting, based in Farnham, cares for children aged from two months to five-years-old. The nursery is a completely refurbished building with many great features, including an area for families to watch their child settle into nursery on CCTV. The building is fully air-conditioned for additional comfort for all and has been designed by a team with over 20 years' experience in the childcare industry.

All of the children have individual dedicated care plans and the nursery provides an exciting Curriculum covering all areas of learning.

The children are all settled into nursery with a bespoke Care Plan and cared for by a loving staff team. The nursery fees are inclusive of all nappies, wipes and formula milk.

Healthy food is provided for children from a carefully selected menu.

We loved our experience at Perfect Start. Our son was in the older babies room and the teachers in his room were incredible. They were so creative with all their activities they planned. They always were so happy and full of energy. They work really hard and I always felt like they were truly taking
excellent care of our son. The only reason we decided to leave was for a logistics move with my work and it was a really hard decision. The management was also wonderful - very friendly and professional. We have already registered our 3rd child who we are expecting in July for September 2026 because we wouldn't want our #3 to go anywhere else.

My little girl has always struggled separating from me and is quite emotional. All across the building the staff have been kind, patient and caring and have done everything to ensure she is settled. She has settled in each room she has been in and now will wave me goodbye. I know she is in such great
hands in the building and I wouldn't have her anywhere else. The managers of the building are always welcoming and friendly and present in the rooms which is a big bonus.
I couldn't recommend perfect start more.

Our son loves his Perfect Start family, having been attending since he was a baby (now 4!) The staff are kind, nurturing and really get to know the children and their likes/dislikes. Our son has hilarious 'in-jokes' with various staff members from across the nursery, including a particular fist bump
with the chef! He is always happy at pick-up, usually running around outside with his friends. Communication between nursery and home is brilliant, as is the management of dietary needs (my son has a dairy allergy and I am always confident this is taken seriously and he is provided with suitable alternatives). He learns so much at nursery, he has developed great verbal skills and is making great progress learning to write. I have no doubt his time at nursery has set him up brilliantly for school in September and we will be so sad when he leaves this summer!

Our son attends Perfect Start and we have been blown away by the lovely staff and high standards of care. From the onset, their professionalism has shone through and their passion for ensuring the children are cared for and supported at all times is evident. I feel they truly listen to the parents and
any concerns we have and strive to ensure we are kept informed at all times in what is happening both on a day to day basis and wider. They have been extremely supportive with potty training too- which is stressful as a parent but at all times they have worked with us to ensure a smoother transition. Their friendly faces and caring personalities give us the reassurance we needed that our son is in the best possible learning environment. Thank you ladies!

Highly, highly recommend Perfect Start. My little boy has thrived in the year that he's been there. The staff are brilliant. Kind, fun, nurturing and seem to really want to see the kids thrive. The environment is warm and friendly with the perfect amount of structure and play. It's also very clean
and organised. Genuinely couldn't think of anything negative to say aside from the fact that there's a long waiting list due to it being so popular!

Both of my children have really enjoyed attending Perfect Start, Farnham. The staff are very friendly, kind and have a very warm nature with the children. Availability to increase days is limited which is frustrating but the same issue that all nurseries are facing at the moment.

My son has been at the nursery over two years now. I can’t recommend Perfect Start enough and I could honestly ramble on so much about why. So I’ve tried to summarise some key points:
My son is my third and last child as such I’m particularly protective and on occasions can come across such. I’m fully
aware this is not okay. However when I do I’m met with ten most understanding, reassuring people and responses and feel completely validated constantly.
When I address any concerns to anyone at Perfect Start about my son’s development, I’ve never once not felt validated. They listen to me, offer support, offer reassurance and most importantly in a hugely busy setting give me their time.
My son thrives at Perfect Start. My son has a few health obstacles and I’m honestly amazed on a weekly if not daily basis what he learns, whether it’s more speech, writing, letter and number understanding. It melts my heart and blows my mind. I’d have written more if I could.

My nephew attends this nursery four days a week and I do a few of the drop-offs and pick-ups in the week. I know his parents are super happy with the nursery and all that they do. My experience with the nursery and team so far has been very warm and welcoming. I love that they give me an information
sheet about my nephew's day to give to his mum and dad when I take him home. My nephew is always so happy when I drop him off and he adores all the staff there which is all any parent can ask for!

Overall we rate Perfect Start quite highly. Our child seems happy and has been progressing and hitting all milestones. Staff are cordial and nice when reporting back the day.
The only slightly disappointing point is the overall lack of flexibility in accommodating extra sessions. I have also requested
to increase my child from 2 and half days to 3 days which was denied. I understand staff availability and overall capacity, but also there should be a little bit of an understanding that circumstances may change for parents from when they sign up a baby through the duration of the 4 years in nursery.

My son began his settling-in sessions before Christmas 2023 and the nursery staff made the transition to nursery life seamless! My son has recently begun weaning and the chef and staff have supported me and my son as we’ve introduced foods and he has been provided lovely puréed meals at nursery. Even
though he is a non-mobile baby, the staff makes sure he gets to spend time in the garden with his friends every day. We are a bilingual family and the nursery have made an effort to learn keywords and phrases that we would use at home. The nursery even recently invited us and other parents of bilingual families into the nursery to teach the staff and children some nursery rhymes in a different language!

Fantastic nursery, with lovely staff who show their passion, love and care for all children.
My grandson is always smiling at nursery and settled into his classroom with ease this year.
Even though I am a grandmother, the staff team give me full handovers about my grandson's day and always welcome
me with a smile. My daughter shows me photos that the nursery have shared via an app and my grandson is always joining in with the lovely activities even though he is currently 5 months old.
The garden is great and safe with astroturf grass and I like that the nursery provide the essentials such as nappies and wipes.

We are so pleased that we chose Perfect Start for our son. All of the staff are so invested in the children, it gives a sense of a home from home for the babies/children. The communication is great and they are accommodating to each child’s individual needs.
The activities the children take part in
throughout the day have great variety and there is something different to do every day.

My eldest child has been at Perfect Start Day Nursery - Farnham since he was two and a half and my youngest started four months ago. We are extremely happy with the outstanding care both of our children are receiving. My eldest son loves being in the preschool room and has built strong bonds with both
the staff and other children. The staff have helped him improve his verbal skills and learn to express himself more clearly, as well as helping to prepare him for school. My youngest child is in the babies room, the staff take great care and attention in making sure they are stimulated with age-appropriate activities and have been really flexible and supportive of our wishes and sleep schedules. The nursery makes the parents feel very involved with parents' evenings and even providing breakfasts on the go for busy parents doing the drop-off.

I am so happy with the nursery. The staff are genuinely caring and considerate, they are always thinking of creative ways to encourage learning and development. My child has loved the messy play, learning to paint as one example. When my child has been sad they are quick to offer comfort. The chef
creates wonderful food. The staff provide great updates and are in regular contact with me. I love how the managers also engage with the children. I feel very grateful to have found a place where my child is so happy and well cared for.

Both my children have attended Perfect Start Day Nursery - Farnham since Nov 2021. My oldest is now in Reception at school and the transition for him was a lot easier because Perfect Start's pre school programme is excellent. My younger one has now transitioned to Preschool and looks forward to going
to nursery every day. The staff are all excellent and genuinely interested in the children's wellbeing. I recommend Perfect Start to anyone who is looking for childcare.
