We have been having an excellent experience with Perfect Start Sevenoaks and our little boy loves his time there. Settling in was challenging for him (and for us parents), but the staff was absolutely amazing and always kept us up to date on his progress. Their communication is great and there is always
space to do proper drop offs and handovers. They know my son's personality, what he loves and what he doesn't and they do an amazing job at helping with his development.
The rooms do sometimes feel a bit crowded, but I feel like they do an effort to keep the kids busy with many different activities.

Perfect Start Nursery in Sevenoaks has a wonderful management that reflects in turn a very professional care of children throughout their time there. Our son had to receive first aid at the nursery and the team were fantastic not only handling the inside but informing us and following up. It's a true
privilege to have our children growing up as a part of the Perfect Start community.

Our daughter has been attending since she was 7 months old, she is now 3 and has moved up through every room. The staff have been amazing and she has always been lucky to have great key workers including her most recent one who she really misses since moving into the bigger room in the last few weeks
as he was really great and engaging with her - wanting to help her progress. She has learnt so much since being at Perfect Start and the staff are always great at coming up with new activities and ways of learning. She is a really confident child and I think the nursery has done wonders for this. It can be a scary thing leaving your child in someone else's care all day so having a welcoming face from staff each morning does really make all the difference. Our only concern which we have raised prior is the door security - we don't feel it is adequate enough (more due to other parents holding the door for other parents) we feel anyone could easily enter if they really wanted to!

My eldest has been going to Perfect Start since 2020 so has been in all the rooms at the nursery. They have been fantastic. They are kind, interested in each child and their development. They know the child’s personality so immediately notice if something isn’t right. My daughter’s confidence has grown
and she really enjoys going to the nursery. The outdoor space is brilliant. I found the parents' evenings really helpful to gauge how my daughter was getting on and what we could to help too. A great nursery.

We have always been happy with Perfect Start Sevenoaks. Our first child joined this nursery when they opened in 2019, and almost 5 years later our second child is enjoying his time there just as much as our first did. The staff have always gone above and beyond expectations with the love and care they
show towards the children. They continuously provide a fulfilling day for the kids and are remarkable with the amount of new and fresh ideas they come up with for entertainment, learning and enrichment. The staff, at all levels, are always very welcoming towards the parents too and always make the time to tell you about the children’s day. Our youngest was recently having some behavioural issues and the nursery put a fantastic plan into place to bring him back on track promptly, the effort put in by all staff during this challenging phase was truly outstanding. We feel fortunate to feel a part of Perfect Start Sevenoaks and are very grateful to all the wonderful staff members there.

Perfect Start has been amazing with my son who is 18 months old. He has been attending since October, first in the baby room and now in the senior baby room. The staff are so lovely and caring and I am confident that they really care about his experience and development. He is involved in a huge range
of activities and we receive regular baking and arts and crafts! He has come on so much in terms of his development since starting which has been lovely to see. I would not hesitate to recommend Perfect Start!

Our daughter has been at Perfect Start for the last year. The staff have been incredible and supportive through all her learning, various toddler bugs, and general development. Perfect Start have been fabulous with my daughter who is 18 months old. She has been attending since December 2023 and already she has so much more confidence and is coming on in leaps and bounds at each development stage. The team are so friendly and patient and I am grateful for their expertise and
kind approach. The facilities are great and they have a fab outdoor space that gets used as much as the English weather will permit.

Perfect Start have been amazing with our youngest who is currently in the senior baby room. She gets involved with an amazing set of activities each day and from an early age they have ensured that she is learning key skills associated for her age. We receive regular updates on progress and development,
as well as photos of what she gets up to. The environment is fabulous with outdoor play areas separate to the older children. The staff are wonderful and we have no doubt that she is well taken care of and learning in a supportive and caring environment. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Perfect Start Nursery in Sevenoaks are amazing and I can't recommend them enough! They have been a huge support to us as a family as well as to our little boy who is autistic. The team have been amazing since he started in 2022 and were the first to bring to our attention our son's delayed development
and they have been supportive, caring and proactive in helping us to navigate it and I can't thank them enough for that. Our little boy loves nursery and they have done so much for him to support him and help him thrive. Their SENCO and management have been brilliant and every member of staff we've met in every room has been wonderful and caring, taking time to understand him and his needs. The facilities are great both indoors and outdoors across all the rooms. Our second will be starting there next year and we wouldn't want them to go anywhere else given the high level of care and support we've received.

The staff at Perfect Start Sevenoaks do an all-around wonderful job at providing a safe, caring, engaging and fun environment. They go above and beyond their roles, tracking and encouraging development and their hard work is certainly tailor-made for each child. My son really enjoys his time there and
has wonderful relationships with the staff. We feel so fortunate.

My daughter has now been attending Perfect Start Nursery for 2 years after transitioning from another setting and she couldn't be happier. The staff are lovely and have been very supportive of her development. It's great to hear about the subjects they have been learning about and the wide range of
activities they get involved in. The nursery is a lovely clean setting with great facilities both indoors and outdoors. I can't recommend this nursery enough!

All of my children have attended Perfect Start (two are currently still there). The level of care for each individual child is outstanding. The different needs of each of my children have been consistently met and I could not ask for more from a nursery. Through difficult stages, they offer a tailored
approach towards each child to ensure they settle and enjoy their time at nursery but also develop as an individual. I am so grateful to all the staff in enabling me to drop off my children with the comfort of knowing they are receiving the highest level of care.

Our two daughters attend here - our eldest has attended for over 2 years. The people are simply incredible - all so caring, creative and have such positive energy. The facilities are beautiful. We feel so lucky that there is an on-site chef! It’s made my return to work after both maternity leaves so

I highly recommend Perfect Start Day Nursery, Sevenoaks. The thought of leaving your child in someone else's care is very daunting, particularly at the beginning, but from the moment you walk into Perfect Start you know it's the right environment for your baby, toddler or child.
The staff are exceptional,
friendly, welcoming and led by a superb management team who are always open to discussion and feedback. When you walk into collect your child, you often see them tearing up the outside play area on bikes or marching around the playroom role-playing 'We're going on a Bear Hunt' with a very animated member of staff - it's truly brilliant.
The activities are endless and numerous photos captured the fun and are put up on the portal for you to view - you soon realise why they ask you to pack 2 outfit changes per day!
And the food! Hats off to the on-site chef for the wonderful and varied array of homemade food you manage to provide for the children.

My son has been attending Perfect Start for a year now having transitioned from another nursery setting. The staff in the rooms are keen to encourage children to work on skills appropriate for their age. Everyday my son's room has new activities set up for him to try out and are often within their theme
of the week. The staff invest in each child. My son has been receiving additional support for his speech by having one-to-one time with his key worker and playing his "game". The office managers have communicated well the development milestones for him and offered their support to progress his speech.
The communication during pickup each day is always tailored to what the specific parent wants to know and we receive weekly photos showing how much fun the children have had alongside quarterly development assessments.
I would not hesitate to recommend Perfect Start Day Nursery to any parent.

Perfect Start have been super supportive of our son's development, who faces some motor challenges. They have listened closely to us when new goals are set and have found ways to adapt his environment to encourage certain skills. I was super nervous about sending him to nursery and all the staff who
we've come into contact with have been amazing and reassuring - we can see how much he likes spending time there, and he especially loves all the messy activities they come up with every week.
