The baby room staff are brilliant. They make our baby feel safe and happy. They come up with different activities every day to keep the babies engaged and stimulated. Our baby has developed so much since being at The Pump House. The babies also have a really good space - it's big and there are various
different areas and toys for them to explore.

My daughter joined this nursery when she was just 4 months old. I was anxious about it. The staff were supportive and they took on board all my asks without judging (feeding with expressed breast milk, changing her cloth nappies etc). As my daughter got bigger, I could see how much she enjoys being
in her baby room. She laughs and giggles, she is definitely happy baby at the Pump House Nursery. The facilities are clean and modern, the staff are professional and friendly. There are opportunities to come to the nursery and meet other parents and children. I am so happy that we have decided to go with this nursery and would definitely recommend it.

I found the nursery very clean. Impressions from the staff was very good, very attentive and polite. I must say management was very clear and concise about what their nursery was about and not leaving anything to imagination.

Our daughter has only been with the nursery for a short time and during this period we have noticed a tremendous improvement in her development and engagement. Thanks to the staff members, she has become more independent and socially interactive. They are a true credit to the nursery. They have shown
that they are always on the ball and are able to identify key areas that need attention. There is always a plan of action going forward, with all the highs and lows continuously communicated back to us. We are so proud of her accomplishments so far and eagerly await what happens next. We are also extremely happy that she has settled in so quickly. Everyday is a new adventure for her, she is always so excited to get in and go play, with the morning routine being such a breeze. She has created new bonds and always has a smile on her face when we pick her up. This nursery has a beautiful team and environment, its home to home with much more toys and activities. Its a blessing.

My daughter has been at Pump House Nursery since November 2019, when she was 2-years-old.
The nursery staff are caring, friendly and brilliant! Gives excellent feedback on my daughter, informing me on her day, what she’s played with, the mood she’s been in etc.
Pump House nursery is full of fun,
life and colour! The atmosphere and environment are always happy!
I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent!

This place puts the dream work into teamwork. Every single team member at The Pump House was an absolute delight. My child settled in amazingly well, and his confidence in the language, art, songs, letters and numbers and making friends grew leaps and bounds. The days he attended, he literally couldn't
wait to get out the door, and each time I'd go to collect him, he would have the biggest grin and wanted to tell me all about his day.


I really loved the fact that The Pump House recognised my child's interest immediately. This gave me confidence that the team there really took an active interest in getting to know my son as an individual. There definitely wasn't a 'one size fits all' approach, and I believe the team really nurtured his inquisitive mind and imagination.


It's such a shame that we had to move because I really think that The Pump House nursery was the shining star of the area.

My daughter started at Pump House when she was 11-months-old. She loves it at Pump House. She has bonded well with the caring teachers and staff. As a parent, I feel reassured knowing that my child is in the care of people who know how to nurture and engage with such young ones in a way that stimulates
and develops them. The activities and outdoor play seem to be well thought out and enjoyable for the babies. Pump House also maintains good communication with parents. Would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter attends The Pump House Day Nursery. I find it to be an extremely warm and inclusive environment. Although starting nursery during Covid was not the experience I had originally imagined, (wearing a mask every day and keeping distance makes it harder to get a sense of things) the staff have
been amazing at adapting to what I imagine has been an enormous challenge for them. From what I can tell, they are an amazingly kind bunch, and my daughter is making huge leaps in confidence and ability since going there. They always make an effort to have a bit of a chat, and I get the feeling they know all the children individually really well. My daughter is excited to go to the nursery, and that is the best review I can possibly give. Would definitely recommend.

We moved our daughter in August to The Pump House as her previous nursery was not opening again until much later in the year due to Covid. It wasn’t an easy decision to make as viewings were done virtually and settling in was also carried out a Covid safe manner, which may have made it harder for everyone
involved, but our daughter quickly settled in, and she now loves it. The staff are all great, despite there being some changes recently, it has all gone smoothly and hasn’t affected anything negatively. Out of the nurseries in the area that we looked at, we are very happy with our choice.

We have 2 children at the nursery and are pleased with the care they receive. Thye always do fun and creative activities and come home smiling and tired. The app is great for communicating with staff and hearing about their day and it is lovely to see photos too.

Our 2-year-old has attended The Pump House Day Nursery at Brentford two full days a week since the end of August. She became more social and communicative, expanded her views about the surroundings and made a lot of friends. I am very impressed with the qualified staff, their abilities to entertain
all the children(especially my very active girl) and the weekly report they send to me regularly. I am very fascinated by the approach and all cheerful and smiley faces of the welcoming staff. The communication has always been excellent. Thank you, The Pump House Day Nursery!

I'm very pleased with the whole nursery experience. My daughter settled in quite fast thanks to the nursery practitioners. I'm also very happy with the regular updates on my daughter's development and achievements. It's also very nice to see photo's of her on the family app.

Hi, my name is Natalie and I am The Pump House Nursery Manager. I have worked in the Early Years sector for the past 13 years and I pride myself on being an approachable person, who always makes time for the children, families, and the staff I work with.


I have enjoyed creating nurturing environments where children can learn and grow with confidence. I find it incredibly rewarding to be a part of children’s developmental journeys during such a formative time in their lives. I believe that every child deserves the best possible start in life, and I'm committed to providing a caring and stimulating environment with my team.


During my career, I've worked with children with a wide range of needs and developmental diversities, and I'm pleased to say that I've been able to make a positive difference by ensuring our curriculum and environments are enabling for all children in my care.


I'm proud to say that during my time as a Nursery Manager, I've been able to motivate my team and create a positive atmosphere where everyone feels valued.


I believe that effective leadership is about empowering others to achieve their goals and providing them with the support they need to succeed. Clear communication, collaboration, and focussing on outcomes that support the children in our care is essential.
