Marie has 25 years experience working in nursery settings and 12 years being management experience.
Diploma in Nursery Nursing -NNEB level 3 qualified, Paediatric First Aid trained, Designated Safeguarding Lead for the setting, SENCO trained, Fire marshall training, behaviour management trained and Health and Safety officer.
Marie is married and has two children.

Amy holds a level 3 qualification in childcare and is working in our baby room with Emma the room leader.
Amy is also new to the team this year and is excited to grow with the nursery.
Job Title: Deputy Manager/Preschool unit support.

Sam is a level 3 practitioner who has 8 years childcare experience, working in larger nursery chains but wanted to make the change to our small family feel nursery. Sam took over the Deputy Manager role in Jan 2023, and is learning all the different aspects of managing a nursery. Sam is also the SEND co-ordinator for our nursery and is able to liaise with other childcare professionals, complete personalised plans and EHCP's When supporting Preschool, Sam works alongside Gracie, Kate, Hollie and Tia. Sam loves the challenge of Toddlers and Preschool age children and finds helping them to learn and grow very rewarding.

Hayley is a level 3 practitioner who has recently joined our team in November 2021, after initially joining us as a baby rom leader, Hayley went on to have her own baby in the summer of 2022. Hayley returned in May and took on the new challenge of being Preschool room leader. Hayley is shortly off on Maternity leave again in January 2024.

Emma has recently joined our team and is working alongside Amy and Tayla in our baby room. Emma has been leading the room from strength to strength and has worked hard to create a "home from home" environment, that the babies all enjoy.
Emma has over 20 years of experience as a practitioner and also has a son of her own.

Tia joined us in October and had recently been a nanny but had also had 3 years of nursery experience. Tia is based within a preschool unit working with our 2-4-year-olds.
Tia loves being creative and getting messy!! Tia is able to support the room leader with the organisation and running of the Preschool room.

Gracie has graduated from school and is undertaking an apprenticeship with us to gain a level 2 qualification in childcare. Gracie will support the nursery in rooms where they require an additional helping hand and this will allow Gracie to gain experience in working with children aged from 0-4 years old.

Kate qualified as a level practitioner in July 2022 and joined us in January. Kate has the ultimate goal to become a teacher and will be looking to join university later on in the year to achieve this goal. Kate will use her time with us to gain experience with under 5's and she is based within our Preschool unit.
Kate is very creative and loves providing exciting arts and crafts activities for our children.

Shelley has worked within Primary schools in the Breakfast clubs and also as a Midday supervisor. She is also looking for tasting experiences for our children and updating our menu to reflect seasonal food changes.

Lucy has joined our lovely baby room team and was very keen to learn about child development. Lucy enrolled on the apprenticeship scheme and has been steaming ahead with her course.
Lucy has experience with young people with special needs and has settled in well with our nursery team.
