This award-winning day nursery is located in Bretton, Peterborough (sitting above Safari Adventure Play). Jungle Tots is a wonderful, bright and spacious environment with an amazing outdoor space for the children, and regular access to the largest soft play centre in the East of England. The main goal is to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where your children can explore, discover and grow.

Activities are carefully planned and tailored to each individual child and staff work closely with parents to guarantee the best possible start for their child.

Meal times are social events and the nursery's professional chefs prepare meals fresh on-site. Children are served nutritiously balanced food based on their dietary requirements.

A well-run nursery.
Our daughter is always excited and happy at the start of her day with Jungle Tots.
The nursery team are creative - organising many enjoyable activities and varied developmental challenges.

Our son has been attending Jungle Tots Day Nursery since he was about 10 months old and he absolutely loves it.
He loves using all the facilities including the safari soft play area and the garden equipment. The daily activities are engaging and he is always excited to show us what he's been up to.
The staff are always happy and polite and have a wonderful relationship with our little boy.

I have 2 children who go to Jungle Tots 3 days a week aged 1 and 3. We have had great support in the development of our children and it has made a noticeable difference in the speed of their learning. Both children love attending nursery and feel safe and confident with members of staff. The staff clearly
love the children and provide great communication, both in person and with updates on the app throughout the day. They are quick to react to any concerns and are very supportive throughout. The facilities are excellent and children have access to an outdoor space daily. If the weather is bad they take the children to safari soft play instead, which is situated on site and I believe it is one of the biggest in the county. Children are guided through organised activities throughout the day designed to encourage their learning and social development with other children. Meals and snacks are provided during the day which have proved a hit with both children regularly eating seconds.

My son has been attending Jungle Tots since last summer. From the moment our son has started at nursery, we have felt nothing but positivity. The staff are all brilliant, approachable and friendly. My child enjoys a range of activities and experiences that the nursery provides. I feel like the staff
really understand my son and his personality, and always have stories to tell about him so the handovers and communication are personalised and not generic. Our main priority is that our son is happy, and he undoubtedly is. He loves nursery days and doesn’t ever want to come home. Another positive is the app. We receive regular updates and observations and can see what he has had to eat at meal times etc. Thank you everyone!

I have my now 1-year-old son here. He's been coming since he was 11 months and we couldn't be happier. He is our only son and I toured at least 6 different nurseries before deciding on Jungle Tots. It is the closest one to us but that's not why we chose it. The facilities are brilliant, it looks clean
and bright and fun. Most of all tho is the staff. There's not been one member of staff we haven't liked and respected. They are all wonderful with our son who has possible autism. He yelps with excitement when he comes in the morning and realises he is at nursery that day. His walking and playing and confidence has increased lots and he is tired but content at the end of the day. The nursery has been proactive in trying to bring together parents in a fun way and we have already had a parents quiz night and have a bingo one soon. Would definitely recommend this setting!

I was very happy with this nursery. My child loved going everyday. The meals are very diverse so there is something your child would certainly eat which are all healthy. Loved the key sports opportunity for my child and the fact there is access to the soft play area. Had no issues with staff they seemed
quite friendly and caring. The nursery is very safe as it relates to security. Unfortunately due to relocation had to change nursery. I would highly recommend.

We could not love our child’s nursery more. The manager was so kind and reassuring from our very first meeting. The nursery team are diverse and knowledgeable and they really do take the time to talk to us about our child’s day. We’ve never felt a burden and nothing has ever been too much trouble for
them. Our child absolutely loves going to nursery. There is a huge range of activities and we love that meals are all home cooked in the nursery kitchen. We love the soft play element that my son gets to play in he absolutely loves going to safari play. We are so pleased with our nursery choice and feel content knowing our child is safe and happy here.

Taking my child to nursery as a 9-month-old was an experience that I won't forget, few tears and a real let go. As days went on, confidence grew in both of us, she soon began smiling on entrance, the staff were helpful and happy to see her. She has been doing lots of activities and playing with various
toys and objects, she is happy being around other children and is well looked after.

We have had a very positive experience with Jungle Tots. Our son has attended since he was 12 months old and we are confident he is in safe hands. The staff are lovely, the facilities are excellent, and the food provided is high quality. I have recommended the nursery to many people looking for childcare.
As
an extra bonus - it's very easy to get to, traffic has never been an issue even at rush hour, and there is ample parking.

Fantastic nursery.
The staff there are so lovely and made me feel welcome and at ease as a first-time mum handing over my boy. You can see they care about the kids and love what they do, and are quick to respond to any questions I've had.
He loves it, and runs in most days! He has learned so much
from being there.
It's joint with soft play and a great garden! The app is great! You get loads of picture updates and a breakdown of their day, what they've eaten etc... there's also a messaging option which is super useful. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Amazing nursery. Best place for your children. My daughter totally loved this place and will miss it a lot.
All staff are friendly and professional. They treat everyone with love and respect. They not only bond with children but also with families, which you don't see everywhere.
After a bad experience
in another setting, Jungle Tots was the best choice I could make. This place improved my daughter's confidence and she also learnt a lot.
Thank you, everyone, for your amazing job, especially to pre-school practitioners.
This nursery will be my first and only choice for my second daughter too. I can fully recommend this place to any parent who is looking for a safe and friendly nursery for their children. Worth every minute of travel.

My child had been in the nursery since he was 1 year old and he loved it. He was always looking forward to going there. He made friends there.
All the staff is great. They are very helpful, giving updates, and friendly. If you have any issues or need help just tell them or ask them.
He also loved
the fact they could go to soft play, make pizza, walk and lots of other activities.
I also loved the graduation as it was so cute and a great memory for us all. Thank you for everything.

I already know my son will miss the nursery where he spent the last 3 years! He absolutely loved it and we did too. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they really care about the kids, knows everyone’s name and little details about every child. The jungle tots facilities are very good and
kids get to use the safari soft play as well! Nursery is very flexible when you would like to change the care arrangements, nothing was ever a problem. Overall 5 star experience.

I have recently had my two boys aged 1 and 2 start at Jungle Tots Day Nursery due to taking them out of another nursery. I would highly recommend Jungle Tots to anyone who is looking for a nursery in Peterborough. The nursery overall is so wonderful, the staff are all lovely, the rooms are so well laid
out and spacious, the garden is so nice and children are taken out daily and I really like how they get to have fun and play in the safari soft play. Since my boys have started at the end of February they have really loved coming into nursery, they are so comfortable walking in with no fuss and come out very happy. I really like how everything is logged on the app from when they arrive to the time that they leave. There is nothing better than knowing you are leaving your children in safe hands, a place that will help your children progress and give them good fresh healthy food.
