The Cobham nursery has been fully refurbished to a very high quality specification. The building is fully air-conditioned throughout and has CCTV in all rooms. There is a garden area and a fantastic range of toys and equipment for the children to play with and learn from. There is also a separate sleep room for babies.

The staff team are carefully selected, trained and inducted so that they can deliver the high standards of care and education that Perfect Start expect.

In order to maximise each learning opportunity for the children, the nursery use 'in the moment' planning, which enables the staff team to develop each individual 'teaching moment' that occurs during the day, without the burden of additional paperwork to complete. This results in a tailored learning programme for each child that is adaptable, full child-centred and leads to maximum individual development for the children.

The Company Directors have worked with over 100 day nurseries previously, including as Practitioners in the nursery rooms. This invaluable experience has been ploughed into Perfect Start to ensure that each of the nurseries have all the tools that they need to embrace the company ethos of the Children being at the heart of every decision that is made.

Every child has their own bespoke settling-in programme and individual care plan written for them before they undertake their first visit to the nursery. Parents are then able to watch their child settle in on the CCTV cameras in the parent room.

All the staff are absolutely amazing and the nursery is very well managed and organised they always call me when there is even the slightest issue with my child and my daughter absolutely loves being there which helps and they are also sending photos every week which I love.

We couldn't have asked for a more supportive and loving nursery. All of the staff are full of smiles and know all the children so well. My son is so excited to attend nursery and is sad when he realises we're going home saying "nursery gone". Knowing he is excited to attend and has such full and engaging
days is really comforting as a working parent.

Our daughter has been at Perfect Start Day Nursery since she was 8 months and loves it, she's now nearly 2.
Staff are great and so many fun activities for the kids and clearly care about them all individually.
Good variety of food. Rooms and communal areas are always lovely and clean.

Our son joined the younger babies room in September and settled in straight away. I was very nervous having just gone back to work but he always has a lovely time, has a smile on his face at the end of the day and gets to do lots of different activities. We are really happy with his development since
joining.
The staff have been absolutely fantastic and our son has built a great bond with them. They keep us informed with what he's done and clearly care about every baby in their room.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone!

My son has recently started at Perfect Start Cobham and I can not believe how quickly he has settled! He absolutely loves going into nursery to see his peers and teachers! He is so excellently stimulated each and every day! He loves all the food and always leaves a happy boy! I rate this nursery higher
than my previous one and feel like its name says it all! The most perfect start for any small child! The team are so welcoming and acknowledges each and every child’s needs it’s wonderful to see! Highly recommend Perfect Start Cobham!

When I returned to work earlier than planned, at 7 months, I was really apprehensive about leaving my daughter in childcare and found the settling in sessions hard. The team at Perfect Start in Cobham were wonderful and helped to put me at ease but the biggest help by far was how much my daughter clearly
loves being there. When I drop her off she's all smiles and will happily go to any of the ladies in the baby room for a cuddle. My daughter being so happy with Perfect Start has made my return to work so much easier. We get a full run down of her day when we pick her up and little photos to see what she's been up to that week. The team have been lovely and really communicative. The only thing that would make it even better would be the option for half days, and even more photos. Big thanks to the team

Perfect Start Day Nursery is such a wonderful nursery! The manager and her team have built solid, trusting relationships with me and my partner. The support and quality of care that my girls receive is head and shoulders above our previous experiences in other early years settings. Both of my children
come home happy, content and well fed. They are always really excited to tell us about their day. Every member of staff has a real connection with our children and it is obvious that they genuinely care and have their best interests at heart. The manager has created a lovely environment with a great team of people. I leave my children at nursery knowing they are safe, cared for and loved. I couldn't ask for more.

I couldn’t rate highly enough the manager and other staff at Perfect Start in Cobham. It is just the sweetest nursery and our daughter (20 months) actively looks forward to going. The premises are top-notch, the garden area is brilliant, the pastoral care is excellent, meals are delicious. She always
comes home exhausted but very happy after a day with her friends. Particular shout out to one member of staff who is wonderful. We love it!

Perfect Start has been a breath of fresh air for our little 2-year-old. We were let down last minute by a different nursery (which was closer to home) the manager and the team at Perfect Start made it so seamless to settle our daughter in so quickly. She takes regular medication which has been handled
in such a professional way by all of the team, I drop her off and she runs to the staff with excitement which says a lot for our child as she has always been very clingy and hard to settle. They have helped support me in speech therapy and have lots of experience in this regard. The team are so friendly and has hardly little turnover. The safety procedures are very thorough in regard to accessing the building and the governance of adults in the building. Overall so happy, the facilities are wonderful, I had visited many nurseries and am so pleased with the services and care we receive. Our little girl absolutely loves it there.

After moving to Cobham last year, I've had my son (4) in the nursery for four days a week. I've also had my daughter (2) in the nursery on a variable number of days, as I was doing some childcare myself while looking for work. The nursery and management team could not have been more helpful in trying
to be as flexible as possible and accommodate my family's needs. At the beginning of this year, the team managed to get my daughter in on the same days as her brother and we have really appreciated the lengths they have gone to in helping us out. The kids are always happy to go in the morning and are in good spirits when we pick them up - A really positive environment!

My kids are too happy spending time in this nursery. The staff are very attentive and my children got used to new people very quickly. When I leave my little ones in the nursery, I know that my kids are in good hands and completely safe.

Our daughter never wants to leave when it's home time at the end of the day. She absolutely loves it there. She is always in the happiest mood on nursery days, singing endlessly and rattling off at a rapid pace about all the activities she took part in. At home, she refuses to potty train, use the toilet,
nap, or eat anything that isn't a plain grain-based meal, but at Perfect Start Cobham, she eats just about all the meals, she uses the toilet by herself, and she takes her nap; the staff are miracle workers by our judgement! I constantly recommend Perfect Start Cobham to friends with little ones on the way. It is a truly wonderful place.

I feel so humbled by everything this nursery has done to help me and my husband raise our daughter into a lovely little girl, so happy and so confident! As we are both full-time working parents, with no family in this country, it was an absolute precondition that we enrol our daughter in a reliable
childcare institution that we can fully trust.
Since the new manager took over, we have witnessed the blossoming of this beautiful nursery in every way.
I am very grateful for everything that all staff members did to help our daughter in this challenging phase of her life. She is in toddler's room currently and started when she was 16 months old. She finishes every day with a big smile and names all her friends and nursery practitioners.

Wonderful in every way! Great staff and great environment. I have two children at Perfect Start Cobham (different ages) and they are both happy, feel safe and comfortable and have never had reason to worry about them at all. The space is clean and engaging with well thought out structures to everything,
from the learning activities to the space outside, we love it! May I also say, that as an SEN family we have also been impressed with the support, care and pure joy the staff have in accepting, indeed, loving our kids. Thank yous are not enough!

We found Perfect Start, Cobham after moving to the area. My daughter joined at 18 months in the younger baby room and has recently moved into pre-school. Throughout her time at the nursery I cannot fault her care. The staff are all wonderful and caring and nothing is too much trouble. The nursery itself
is bright and airy, with a lovely outside space. The thought and effort the staff put into the day to day activities for each age group is outstanding. There is always a variety of exciting activities and adventures for all the children to take part in. We also get regular updates and pictures of what our daughter has been up to. The nursery manager is also brilliant and has been a very positive addition. In our view, she has added structure and organisation to the nursery and taken it to another level. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone. It's a lovely place to be.

My little one joined the baby room 2 months ago and the team have been amazing at welcoming and settling him in!
He has gone from only sleeping 10 minutes a day to 1 hour a day and hopefully even more! He is very happy at Perfect Start Day Nursery as are we!

My daughter joined Perfect Start Day Nursery in Cobham just after she turned one. After being at home with myself or her dad for her first 12 months of life and me not being very familiar with the English system being from another country I was really dreading this transition. I took a long time to
choose a nursery and on paper I loved Perfect Start and I got a really good feeling when visiting. At the beginning I had a million questions, I asked for a lot and worried a lot. The staff and management at Perfect Start Cobham met me with understanding and respect in every aspect. They cared for me and my daughter in this transition and made it the best it could be. The room leader in the baby room is an absolute gem and I could not be more happy with the effort and care she has put in with my daughter. The other staff I have engaged with are also lovely. The nursery management are great at communication and keeping in touch. The nursery building and grounds are also amazing.

My son has attended Perfect Start Nursery in Cobham for over 2 years and my daughter for over a year. Both settled in really well and are very happy going in each morning. The staff are brilliant and I’m always impressed with the different activities that they set up each day.
My son is nonverbal
and needs extra care and attention and they have been really supportive attending to his needs, working with his speech and language therapist and completing separate activities with him in order to help his development.
We're really pleased we chose to go with Perfect Start Nursery.
