Outstanding Nursery
My daughter attended Richborough Nursery and Pre-School for the best part of a year and I cannot express enough how outstanding this nursery is. From the first day we met, to settling in, to the outstanding care and attention they pay to the children every day; Richborough excels
across the board. The communication with parents is fantastic, the time spent planning activities so the children can progress at their pace, goes above and beyond most nursery standards. The feedback and observations are reassuring. The kindness and compassion they show the children is wonderful and it feels like a family. They also prioritise developing and retaining staff, which is a huge positive for the children. The safeguarding and procedures and processes are also of excellent quality. It was a great sadness to leave such a fantastic setting. My daughter loved Richborough and we miss it a lot. If you are local and considering a nursery, I have yet to find one better than this.

Richborough nursery is outstanding, we love the care the team provides, the healthy and varied food, the vast range of imaginative and educational activities both indoor and out, and how focussed they are on creating a happy and nurturing environment for the children. It is a growing and professionally
run nursery, with a very special boutique and family feel to it. Communication has been easy, feedback is constant and care is of the highest standards. We highly recommend Richborough Nursery and will miss it a lot.
