We moved our child to this nursery after bad experiences at a prior nursery, it was recommended by our friend who's child attends here. Our child settled in so well and as we'd hoped, no bad experiences whatsoever have happened since moving to Lottie's Day Nursery. The staff are very caring and are
always willing to listen to us parents. If we make a recommendation for our child, the staff act on it at a personal level and give good feedback.
Our child is very comfortable attending and we are happy, knowing he is in good hands and that he is having a fulfilling growing up experience at Lottie's Day Nursery. We wish this nursery was around when we started our nursery journey! I would recommend this nursery to any parent.

My kids absolutely love Lottie's Day Nursery. The staff are great and so are the facilities. Everything is very personal which I love and everyone knows your name. I have recommended the nursery to family and friends. From when they opened, with my son being one of the early joiners, they have really
grown and should be very proud of how much has been achieved.

Lovely and friendly staff. They are knowledgeable and educated to make a quick and effective connection to your kid. The manager is experienced, cooperative and most importantly a flexible person and made a good team at nursery. The charges are fair and far better than most of places. An absolute value

My son has been attending Lottie's Day Nursery for a little over 3 weeks now. The management team have made it a priority to be present and help me and my partner settle our son into his new room. The team are so supportive and encouraging. They understand our needs especially since our son has obstructive
sleep apnea, and leaving him can make us quite anxious. He has immediately started using new words and talks about his new nursery all the time. It makes us so happy to see him settled and enjoying his time away from us. The team promote positive attitudes and behaviour in a calm and encouraging way. They support each child as an individual and try as much as physically possible to accommodate every need that may arise.
I honestly have found the transition to Lottie's Day Nursery so much easier than I originally thought. Thank you Lottie's!

Lottie's is a lovely warm, welcoming setting with kind, bubbly and caring staff. The rooms are lovely and spacious and there is a really great range of toys and activities - including an indoor slide. We transferred our daughter here from another nursery, as we loved the space and the manager's commitment
to creating the best environment for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers to thrive. Our daughter loves it at Lotties which is the best recommendation you can have as a parent.

I would highly recommend Lottie’s nursery. It is a caring and nurturing place and our boys absolutely love it. The staff really do go above and beyond (for instance, our son doesn’t eat bread so they always offer him alternatives!) Our youngest has just started and I can honestly say I feel so happy
leaving him there as I know that all the staff will do their utmost to make him feel as happy as can be. All the staff know both boys’ names and have a great rapport with my eldest.
I’m so happy that we found Lottie’s and really do think it is an amazing place for children to go to!

My child loves Lottie’s and had settled in happily within his first couple of weeks. The staff are so kind and friendly and always remember his interests and events in his personal life. The communication is excellent, we always know what he has been up to and what he has eaten! We have noticed a real
improvement in his speech and concentration span since he started and he enjoys the variety of activities on offer.

I was nervous about my son starting nursery. At 15 months, he'd not spent much time with anyone besides me and my husband (especially due to COVID). However, the manager and all of the staff at Lottie's totally put my mind at ease. Their communication is always hugely thorough and helpful. No question
is too silly or too small, which I'm thankful for. I love seeing what my son's been up to via the Learning Book app and the logbooks the children are sent home with. He's now been at Lottie's 2 mornings a week for almost 2 months and we'll shortly be adding in a morning due to how much we can see him enjoying himself there. The staff definitely appear to take interest in my son as an individual as opposed to 'another child in the baby room' and have suggested activities they might bring in for him, which he'd enjoy. I feel really happy with our decision to go with Lottie's for our son!

I was in need of a local and flexible day nursery for my two children, Lottie’s ticked all the boxes. The setting is really great, the rooms are really big and clean with lovely toys and equipment for the children. The staff and management are very approachable and are great with the children. The children’s
needs are really considered on an individual basis. My son had a great time with them and still looks forward to visiting when dropping his sister, who walks in without hesitation.
Another bonus is their flexibility with the 30 hours childcare funding, I haven’t seen this at any other setting and it really helps. I would definitely recommend this nursery, they are great!

The day nursery is easily accessible and the centre environment is friendly and spacious compared to other centres. The lovely staff are absolutely happy to welcome my son and to meet his needs. He settled quickly and seemed to be enjoying himself which is encouraging.

Both of my children attend Lottie's Day Nursery. My son who is three attends both the day nursery and preschool and he absolutely loves it! The staff are great. His key workers made him feel really welcomed and he is constantly coming home showing and telling me new things he has learnt. I have also
seen a great change in his development and social skills since attending. I love receiving videos of him playing with his friends and skills he is learning whilst at school. My daughter is 18 months and has been with Lottie's Day Nursery since she was 12 months. I was a little worried leaving her so young but I was put at ease straight away! She has the most amazing bond with her key workers, she cannot wait to leap out of my arms to give them a cuddle when we arrive each morning. I have also seen a huge growth in her development since being with Lottie's and I love seeing the daily photos and observations to see how she is getting on. I fully recommend Lottie's Nursery!

I moved into the area in November 2019 and was desperately looking at child care options. The general manager found my plea on the local FB pages and contacted me saying she managed a new nursery that had just opened. My daughter had been at another nursery prior which was only OK. In hindsight, Lottie's
showed me what a real nursery and care practitioner should be like. Not only are the premises very new and absolutely huge, but the staff have real life and fun to them and don't see it as 'just a job'. You can tell they all love the children and want the very best from their development and care. I found a lot of the 'boundaries' which were in the old nursery didn't exist here and there is a real calm and fun atmosphere from Lottie's. There are regular updates from their online portal and any concerns the owner is more than happy to help. It ticks all the boxes for me and I would highly recommend this nursery to any parents out there looking for options for their kids.

Our daughter loves going to nursery, there is so much for her to do and she loves the indoor slide! The team are brilliant. They are encouraging with all the activities, with her learning and just ensuring she always has a great time. They communicate really well and we always get verbal feedback at
the end of her day as well as videos and photos on the learning book nursery app. This is our only experience of a nursery but could not be happier as our daughter is thriving. Definitely recommend Lottie's Day Nursery.

I have found the staff at Lottie's to be warm and friendly, but also very professional. It's clear they care about the children and put a lot of energy into fun developmental activities for them.
The management of the nursery are good communicators which has been especially important during the pandemic.
There is also a lot of flexibility around days and hours, which was not the case with other nurseries we looked at.
I have already recommended Lottie's to a family member, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

We were really impressed with the facilities and newness of Lottie's when we visited for the first time, particularly all the eco-friendly wooden toys, slides and sensory activities. The outdoor space is not vast, but it's more about what activities there are outside than how big the area is really.
We haven't been able to go inside the nursery much since the boys started due to Covid, but the correspondence on email, the digital learning journey and paper diaries is frequent. The carers seem really nurturing, particularly in the baby room. I haven't had a lot of contact with the ladies in the pre-school room - yet. The menu sounds delicious with lots of hot 'proper meals' and puddings. Our boys have only been attending Lottie's for a month, so I can't comment on all aspects of the nursery, but so far so good. I feel happy leaving the boys there and for us working parents it's a big bonus that it's open until 6 (or 6:30 if you wish) and is open during the school holidays.

A wonderful nursery. The staff are warm and friendly with the children and it seems that they genuinely care for them. The nursery setting is spotlessly clean, well organised and feels very safe. All guidelines seem to be adhered to and I have never felt less than comfortable leaving my son there. Having
experienced a previous nursery setting, I would highly recommend Lottie's Day nursery.
