My daughter has been attending Lottie's Day Nursery from the beginning of June 2020. The staff has been very attentive in putting in place all the safety measures following the Covid-19 pandemic. They have excellent team and equipment and a lovely outdoor space where kids can play and do sports. My
daughter is always happy to go to nursery and comes back home with a smile every day. The activities are interesting, engaging and always different. My LO especially loves messy play with sand, flour, playdough, water and watercolours. She enjoys dancing and singing and listening to stories. There is a sport for tots session bi-weekly where kids can get to know several sports with a trained coach.
There is an app where you can check your LO progress, photos and videos, but it's only updated every 1 to 2 weeks. Although I would love to see daily updates, I am overall happy because you get a normal verbal or written report with the essential activities, lunches and nappies.

My son has settled in very well to preschool. Lottie's is very well organised, with lots of key activities arranged each day. They provide daily feedback and are always available to discuss further if needed.

My daughter started at Lottie's Day Nursery in September 2020. Before her start date, she had a four day settling period, which included me staying for the first settle which was brilliant, as I got to know the staff who would be taking care of my daughter, also I was able to fill out all the forms
that were needed. Her settlings also included staying for lunch one day and then both lunch and tea, which I was surprised about as another nursery didn’t do settles for a long period of time.
The staff at Lottie's Day Nursery are very friendly and knowledgeable and have the children’s best interests, safety and well-being at the heart of everything they do. During Covid staff have been taking the children’s temperatures on arrival making sure everyone is safe, I have also been receiving emails regarding changes that have occurred during the pandemic to make sure my daughter is kept safe during this time.
I feel so comfortable leaving my daughter and can’t thank the staff enough.

I am very pleased with the nursery, they are very warm and extremely good with the children. They are always professional and accommodating with regards to extra days, they always have the children's best interest at heart.

My son began attending Lottie's in August and from the moment he crawled enthusiastically into the baby room I instantly knew I had made the right choice. He claps as soon as he arrives and is full of smiles for the staff. Administratively Lottie's is efficient and thorough. The manager clearly prides
herself on being accessible to parents and responds to messages very promptly. In addition to the efficiency of the office, the information provided to parents is a huge comfort. The staff regularly post observations to the app and the daily contact book ensures you have vital information with regards to nappies, sleep and food intake. My son has a suspected allergy so information such as this is critical. Incidentally, I have been very impressed by the management of his nutritional
needs.
The environment is clean and creative and my son takes part in a great range of activities that engage and stimulate him.
I feel that my son is receiving the best care that he can.

I like the nursery. Lovely staff, fantastic management and happy child. Very good facilities and lots of activities for kids including sports. I quite like that is not crowded and children have lots of attention. I have noticed a lot of confidence in my daughter's behaviour recently. My girl is almost
2 and really enjoys coming to nursery now. In fact, she is packing her nursery bag on Saturday and saying "play, play" pulling me towards the nursery. I think this is the best feedback from a child I can ever ask. Staff seem really caring. The communication is very good with the management, I feel comfortable to ask all the questions I have and always receive an almost instant reply. Thank you to the manager and all staff in general. Overall I am very happy.

This nursery is brilliant. The staff did a great job of settling in my child after a stress-free application process. My child loves it at the nursery. The online platforms used for communication are easy to use and the setting is good at sending regular comms through these channels. The staff are
very caring and my child is always willing to go in every morning. Thank you, Lottie's - keep up the good work.

Our son has been going to Lottie's for the last few months (baby room) and we have been really impressed. All the caregivers are really fantastic and seem to very much care for the kids. They're also very responsible, and completely transparent, so any problems can be dealt with quickly and calmly.
Our son loves going in every day. Would highly recommend Lottie's to any parent thinking of sending their kids here.

My daughter started Lottie's in March this year and it has been an amazing experience for her. She loves going there. The teachers and Management are very friendly and everyone is treated equally which is good and they are also very welcoming.

I am very satisfied with the nursery/pre-school services provided by Lottie's Day Nursery. My son was very happy ALL the time being there. His speech and recognition improved so much, very great development work done by all the staff members which, to say the least, are very nice people.
We are missing
all of it/this
P.S. I liked the fact we could show up some minutes before 8 A.M. and would still be OK - no need to stand outside in the rain or freeze or heat just because the bus arrived a bit earlier than expected.
