The friendly and supportive management and team provide a family feel and a home from home approach to childcare focusing on lots of love, nurture and care as priorities alongside their child-centred curriculum.

They are proud of creating lots of bright, beautiful and exciting spaces for the children to play and explore providing the highest quality childcare to children aged from 3 months to 5 years.

They take great pride in being part of the vibrant town of Tunbridge Wells and are looking forward to extending and creating further links within the local community with Primary schools and additional services to further support families with local exciting opportunities.

They are extremely passionate about their inclusive practice approach and their dedication to SEND, supporting all children to thrive and have fun! They are also fully committed to the Local Offer which gives children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities and their families information about what support services the local authority think will be available in the local area.

They are very lucky to have extensive outdoor spaces in the nursery and a separate area for both babies and the older children to play and explore. The outdoor environment offers a rich multi-sensory environment that is full of fun, stimulating and motivating activities for the children and they have specifically created indoor garden areas so all the children are able to enjoy the outdoors all year round.

All food is freshly prepared on site by the wonderful kitchen team who produce a varied and delicious menu providing nutritious meals for the children and staff with all dietary requirements catered for.

We're so happy we found this nursery! As working parents, the longer hours really work for our long working day, and we can't say enough about how professional and caring the staff are. Our daughter absolutely loves it here, and we feel so relieved knowing she's in such a warm and nurturing environment.
The staff are amazing-super friendly, responsive, and always on top of things. They create such a fun and engaging space for her, and it's clear our daughter is learning and growing every day. Communication is always spot-on, so I feel really comfortable knowing she's in good hands. We're so lucky to have such a great nursery nearby, and I'd definitely recommend it to any parent looking for a caring and exciting place for their little one.

I'm so happy I chose Monkey Puzzle. The nursery is really spacious and clean with great outdoor space. The staff are so friendly and the communication is excellent. My son has a great variety of food and drink across the week and the nursery organises great activities such as singing sessions and yoga.
I feel so comfortable with my son being at Monkey Puzzle. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery have always been very supportive and patient with my little boy. He loves his key worker and it is so lovely to see their bond. My sons has lots of fun and has made a great group of friends. I have seen a huge amount of growth and progression with my son and love seeing updates
of his day via the app. Monkey Puzzle also have in house chef's who make the most amazing food for the children and even let the children help and learn about food and cooking.

Monkey Puzzle is amazing, since my son joined there, he has grown into a happy chatty boy who always rushes into nursery and always tells me about all the amazing activities he has done. The staff are so welcoming and have really helped him to grow.
Also very lucky to have all the food prepared fresh
on site so I know he has lovely home-cooked food.
So pleased I found Monkey Puzzle!

Our daughter joined Monkey Puzzle when she's just turned a year old and we couldn't be happier with our choice. She's now a happy, thriving, sociable, nearly three-year-old who is always excited to go to nursery. There are so many activities for her to take part in every day. She has a great bond with
her key worker. We receive regular updates on her progress through a nursery app, along with ideas for how we can support her development at home too.

My daughter has attended Monkey Puzzle for 3 years and has experienced all of the age groups from the baby room to preschool. She enjoys attending Monkey Puzzle and has felt at ease with the staff who are always kind, capable and welcoming. Monkey Puzzle has been an important constant in her life where
she has received support at each key stage of her development from weaning, learning to walk, talking, potty training and now reading and writing. The facilities are great both indoors and outdoors. Monkey Puzzle is extremely well managed and it is clear to see that the staff enjoy working there. The app is updated regularly not only with basic information about food, nap times and potty training but with child-specific updates describing a particular activity with photos. I have also appreciated how easy it is to communicate with the management staff who have been very supportive and professional at every stage. My daughter and I will both miss Monkey Puzzle. Thank you!

Me and my partner are very proud of how the staff in the nursery handles our daughter. We were worried at the beginning our daughter would not integrate with the system as she was speaking only our foreign language. But after a few days of her being there, the staff knew how to manage her and she now
speaks both languages. The staff are amazing and are doing an amazing job at keeping our daughter happy and healthy. We are pleased that our daughter is going to preschool and we are happy for choosing this nursery. Thank you Monley Puzzle!

I really love Monkey Puzzle Nursery. The staff are so warm and nurturing and it really feels like being part of a special community. I can see every day how much the adults working with my boys care for and support them and I feel very confident they are being looked after in a caring and compassionate
way. Management have always been very supportive and value transparency and partnership with parents. The nursery offers a great variety of activities and supports each child's individual development needs. I love going in and picking up the boys and seeing how happy and confident they are in their rooms and having the opportunity to talk to staff and build relationships. Thank you Monkey Puzzle team!

I just wanted to say thank you to all the wonderful people who work in the Discoverers Room. My child has thrived over the last few months being in there and that's all down to the amazing people who work in the room. They always have a smile on their face and are so welcoming and friendly. We are so happy with Monkey Puzzle, having moved our eldest from a smaller setting. Both of our children have thrived in their rooms, and all the staff are brilliant and genuinely interested in my children, their development, and their lives. As parents, it definitely takes a lot to feel comfortable
leaving your two children in the care of others, but we feel really lucky that both boys are so happy there and hopefully will continue to thrive.

Our son has been attending Money Puzzle for over a year and he is very happy there. The staff are warm, and nurturing and I am confident that he is well cared for and developing really well. Preschool in particular is excellent and has a great setup with free flow into the garden and brilliant activities.
His key worker is wonderful and I really feel a sense of partnership in terms of addressing any concerns with my son and helping him to thrive. Management are friendly, responsive and helpful. Lots of opportunities to provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Overall I would recommend, especially preschool.

If you have the opportunity to send your child to Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery, do not hesitate to do so. I promise it will be the best decision you've ever made. All the staff absolutely adore the children and couldn't be more accommodating to all their individual needs. There is no one-size-fits-all
here. Our little boy is extremely sensitive (particularly following a bad experience at another setting) and everyone has gone above and beyond to adapt the day and make him feel more comfortable than ever. I have genuinely never seen him smile like he does after a day at Monkey Puzzle.
Positively beaming from ear to ear and just so incredibly happy. He often doesn't want to come home! A truly fantastic setting that I wish we'd discovered sooner.

Since my daughter started (in 2022), she has gained so much confidence and thoroughly enjoys going to nursery. She has made lots of friends and loves all the staff (especially her key worker). I feel happy to leave her in the care of the staff at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery. Everyone is kind and helpful.
I'm particularly happy with the home-cooked food, my daughter almost always eats all her meals. I would definitely recommend Monkey Puzzle to others, I have signed up my other child to start next year.

The nursery is owned by local businessman Arlind Marku, who graduated from Middlesex University in 2007 with a BA Hons in Business Studies and Italian. Since graduating he has run a number of family businesses, always with the intention of returning back to his dream of owning a children’s day nursery. Arlind was always aspired “to own a nursery that is full of happiness and joy, creating an environment where children can thrive”.

He grew up with very strong family values where children’s upbringing and education was always paramount. “I believe that a child’s successful journey starts from very early education so it was extremely important for me to choose sites which provide the best settings for children to have enjoyable and fun learning experiences”. I enjoy using my business knowledge and passion for children to support our team and improve the opportunities for our children. I am a firm believer that children are our future and we must give them an understanding of how powerful, important, valuable and perfect they are.” I am now extremely excited to be embracing the challenge of opening our fourth nursery and creating another wonderful setting within the local community of Tunbridge Wells. Nick has been working within early years for over 15 years and joined the company as our Operations Manager. Nick supports our Bromley, Orpington and Tunbridge Wells nurseries providing valuable support to our management teams and overseeing recruitment and operations of the nurseries.
“Our vision is to create a wonderful space where children will be safe, cared for, loved and happy. Our children and families will always remain at the centre of what we do. We will provide a space where children and our team can learn, grow and develop with support, encouragement and positivity being the keys to ensuring a high-quality provision.” Nick has previously worked for Asquith Nurseries where he began as a volunteer. He completed his Early Years qualification and worked towards becoming Manager of the company’s flagship nursery helping to achieve an Outstanding Ofsted grade twice and being held over 9 years. Nick’s passion is focused upon supporting both the children’s and the team’s development and helping to deliver the highest standards of childcare across all areas of the nursery. The best part of the day though is always seeing the smiles on the children’s faces as they laugh, learn and play. Nick is a huge sports fan, who especially enjoys football, tennis and cycling. He also loves watching films, reading, visiting the seaside and meeting up with friends over a good cup of coffee to help relax.

I have been a nursery Manager for over 18 years, previously achieving an Outstanding rating from Ofsted.
I have lived in Tunbridge Wells for 12 years and I enjoy building strong links with the local community.
My passion is to create inviting and positive environments where the children can thrive and develop through play and new opportunities.
I love to see the children grow in their own abilities and become confident young learners and I am proud to be part of their journey.
My favourite part of the day is when the children can be heard laughing and be seen to be exploring, developing their minds through their own imagination and creativity.

I am based at our Bromley branch but I also support our Orpington and Tunbridge Wells nurseries.

I have worked in Early years for over 10 years and I could not imagine doing anything else. I love being a part of watching the children develop and grow, supporting them to reach their personal milestones.

I have previously supported and led Ofsted inspections supporting nurseries to achieve Outstanding outcomes. I felt extremely proud that we had achieved the highest standards for our families and team.

I have had experience in a variety of different roles, I started my childcare journey, newly qualified as a bank member of staff. I was offered a full time position as a nursery nurse and not long after I became a Room Supervisor and began to develop my leadership skills.

A few years later I was given the opportunity to work as a third in charge in the nursery. This is where I gained more managerial skills and began the children and the teams across a range of ages. After a few years, I was a Deputy Manager where my passion for supporting children continued to flourish and I added the role of SENCO, supporting children with additional needs and further developing our inclusive practice.

I continue to support many children with additional needs, their families and our staff teams with children’s learning outcomes working closely with the local boroughs and relevant agencies.

As part of my role, I support with providing enabling environments and with the quality of teaching and learning.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and going on holiday to visit new places.
