My two children have been attending The Grove Montessori for 16 months. It is a really warm and welcoming nursery, with brilliant facilities. The staff put great effort into the children's learning, with varied activities within and outside the nursery setting - weekly yoga, music and forest school,
and trips to museums, shops, parks, library, train station and more. Children are exposed to various cultures and languages and gain real life skills. You can tell that the staff genuinely enjoy working with children and really care about them as individuals. Even staff who don't directly work with my children know their names. Management work very hard. They have created a collaborative parent-nursery culture, inviting parents to be part of activities, providing resources for home learning and holding a regular parent forum. They are receptive to feedback and always striving to improve. My children are so settled and happy at The Grove and growing in confidence all the time. Highly recommend it!

Our child enjoys every day at the nursery and is part of a very special family by attending here. The staff are friendly, hard-working and very caring. Our child has grown to become a confident toddler and is stretched every day to communicate better and learn new skills. The Montessori approach suits
us as we support our child's choices and independent learning. In addition, the food is high quality, no preservatives and cooked on site. The costs are high, but it does include everything needed each day (food, nappies, lots of resources, weekly yoga teacher, etc) alongside expert teachers. I would recommend visiting this nursery to see the lovely building and staff.

My son is very happy at this nursery. Staff are very professional - from the management team at the front to all the key workers in the rooms. In the preschool room, the staff are highly qualified and provide a range of activities that are engaging and interesting and I know my son will be more than
ready for school due to the well-planned curriculum. Forest School and a range of trips into central London have been highlights. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to another parent.

I have only had positive experiences with this nursery. I joined when it opened after moving my child from another corporate chain nursery and have been there for two years.
The staff genuinely care and loves the children and management is always looking for ways to improve and exceed expectations
with regard to child development. My child has thrived.
If there are issues, management are swift to respond with meetings, parent evenings and feedback forums. Plans to implement things for the better are quickly put in place.

As a retired headteacher and having worked in education in a variety of areas, including London, and also having worked as an education consultant in London - in nursery, infant/primary settings I believe I have the experience to write a review of The Grove, Montessori. I am also a parent and grandparent
and have experience with two other nurseries. I am a governor of a primary school.

I have had a grandchild in each room at The Grove and their experiences have been very different. The staff are amazing, they work incredibly hard, they know the children well and are passionate about the work they do! The management is positive, passionate, open, transparent and genuinely want to listen to stakeholders if there are any concerns, observations or areas to improve. They listen, reflect and take appropriate action.

My grandchildren are very happy, they love the staff, have appropriate relationships and have made progress in relation to learning and their social development.

My son has attended this nursery since it opened and is now in the preschool room. The space and facilities are excellent, including a tropical fish tank, a garden with huge sand and water areas and a Swedish hut where they toast marshmallows and read stories by twinkly lights. The staff in the rooms
are highly trained Montessori practitioners and the care and passion they have for the children are palpable. The range of activities seems endless. This week the children were taken in small groups to China Town to learn about Lunar New Year. They are constantly surrounded by interesting learning opportunities and, at nearly four, my son can have such intelligent conversations. The nursery is incredibly well managed and the staff turnover is very low, which I think says a huge amount as it's rare in this industry. They have weekly forest school sessions, visit the local shops and library regularly and learn about their environment and community. My son is so happy there.

My son has attended The Grove since it opened in April 2021 and has experienced every room as he has got older. The quality of staff is amazing which is a stand-out feature compared to other nurseries I visited. Although the nursery struggles from time to time with staff turnover like the entire industry,
each room has had long-term permanent staff who have been there from the start which is wonderful for the children for attachment and support. I would also add that the temporary staff that have been used are also regulars and I have found them to be lovely and of high quality. My son is very happy at the nursery and has excelled in his development since joining, I feel happy leaving him there each day knowing he is safe and loved. The facilities are new and to a high standard which is an added bonus. I would highly recommend

As a mother (like you will all know) it's so hard to leave your child with strangers. Having a year off and returning to work was giving me anxiety but having met the manager and the team I felt comfortable to do so.

What an amazing nursery. My son has been attending The Grove Montessori for over a year now and I have been so impressed. The staff are amazing and I feel so comfortable leaving him there. The manager is a brilliant manager, she is so warm and welcoming. The staff in my son's room are just fantastic,
all the activities they do he really has learnt so much from being at The Grove. His speech has really come on. Thank you to The Grove, I really appreciate all you have done for him.

This nursery has the potential to be amazing with some wonderful staff. However the management is poor, and procedures are poorly implemented leaving me as a parent to question the care. My children had some lovely experiences here but after some terrible experiences with management, I decided to remove
them and use alternative childcare which has been the best decision for our family.
I am very curious/concerned there are no other reviews. We attended this setting for 2 years from opening.
