N Family Club - Moseley is centrally located between the artery into Birmingham just off Alcester Road and the leafy suburbs of Moseley and Kings Heath. The Moseley nursery was freshly refurbished in 2022, and features large, modern playrooms that are designed to support every aspect of the bespoke N curriculum. There is also a specialist sensory room to support yoga and mindfulness, and a huge natural garden for exploring and learning during Forest School-inspired sessions. To make family life that little bit easier, there is a buggy park for those travelling on foot, and a large car park to facilitate easy drop-offs and pick-ups.

Nursery World recently named N Family Club as the highest-quality nursery group in the UK. Having been on a mission to rethink early years education since 2017, N have devised their own curriculum supported by early years experts, and influenced by a variety of learning philosophies including Reggio Emilia, Bruner, Forest School and Montessori.

Fun activities planned for children, children are safe and treated gently. I've not noticed untoward harshness or shouting, providing a calm atmosphere for everyone. The garden is vast and provide plenty of play opportunities. Staff are usually approachable and easy to talk to. Food is prepared in-house,
is healthy, good variety.
Hand over is smooth- no issues with communication here. There are some communication issues with management- things aren't always communicated which has caused confusion. Response time to emails should be improved (should reply within two working days without prompting).
Overall, my child has had a positive experience and has grown in confidence and developed positive relationships with their peers and staff.

I am delighted with the care my daughter is getting at N family. All the staff are wonderful and so dedicated to making it the most caring and creative environment. They have a low turn over of staff which is a great sign of staff morale but also means my daughter has real consistency of care. The staff
go the extra mile all the time and genuinely love what they do. The space itself is really homely with a wonderful new outdoor garden as well. The food is also really really good. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since December 2024, and we've had a fantastic experience so far. The staff are always polite, friendly, and welcoming, creating a warm and supportive environment for both children and parents.


My daughter absolutely loves spending time in the Burrow, where

she has lots of fun and takes part in a variety of engaging activities. It's been lovely to see how much she has learned in such a short time, picking up new skills and growing in confidence every day.

Our child has been at N family for 8 months now.
We have been very happy with this nursery. Both key workers and management staff are caring and take time to know and understand the children and the parents. If you have special requests they will always try to accommodate for you.
The menu is amazing
with fresh food prepared every day by the chef who is lovely. They cater for different dietary requirements such as halal/vegan which we were impressed by from the start.
Children participate in a wide range of activities indoors and outdoors and the nursery provides updates via their app which is very helpful for parents.
They are able to add on days or half days if they have availability which is very useful.

Our son has been in The Nest for four months now, at the start he really struggled with drop-offs and pick-ups but with the wonderful support of the educators at N Family Moseley, he is now happy and content at nursery. The communication from staff is brilliant and I really appreciate the daily updates
on the app. The facilities are clean and tidy.

Our grandchild has been coming to this nursery since the turn of the year and has settled in well. The staff are always friendly and on collection give you a good idea of how the day has gone in the Nest. The app is an excellent feature and allows us to see events during the day: nappy changes, naps
and how much of the meals have been eaten. Menus look varied and exciting with everything cooked from scratch. Excellent in all aspects which allows for peace of mind that your child is being well taken care of.

When scouting nurseries for my little one, N Family Moseley stood head and shoulders above the others from the very start and was an easy choice to make. As we've started nursery over the past few weeks, the staff have been outstanding in supporting both my little one and myself through the process.
The team in the Nest are brilliant - caring, attentive and confident in managing whatever comes up. My little one is settling beautifully which allows me to press ahead with work knowing that they are in safe hands.
More broadly, I've been impressed by the whole N Family experience - drop-off and pickups are well-managed, the starter pack including a rucksack, blanket and coffee cup was a lovely touch and the monthly online seminars are a great option to support with parenting at home. The app works seamlessly and provides that peace of mind that little ones are enjoying their day. Finally, worth reiterating what other reviews have mentioned; the daily menu sounds delicious!

This is our son's fourth week at the N Family Club nursery on Moseley. Our son has recently turned one and he is attending The Nest room. Leaving a child at the nursery every day is difficult, but from the beginning we felt that we were leaving him in good hands. The Aunties from the nursery try very
hard to ensure that our son's adaptation to the new place is done with understanding and tenderness. The educators provide him with many activities during the day, they take care of his well-being and needs. We love the N Family Club app. At any time we can see whether our son had a nap, how long, whether he ate meals and how much, when he had a nappy change, etc. This is very helpful and calming. The meals are simple and tasty. Our son is just starting to learn to eat independently and here the aunties in the nursery help him with this every day. N Family Club is really well organised and safe. The staff are very friendly, professional and competent and they listen to our needs.

N Family Club Nursery, Moseley branch is the best nursery I have ever come across. The staff are always very kind and so supportive and understanding. It really feels like we are a part of a big family. My daughter is currently in Burrow Class and she absolutely adores the staff working with her. She
has gained so much confidence and learned new skills since joining the nursery. The staff working with her are very caring and kind individuals. I have been always updated about her progress and the staff always did their best to accommodate any requests I had. All of my daughter's progress can be tracked on the nursery app that's being regularly updated and I see exactly how much she ate when she was changed and what lovely activities she was doing. This is so reassuring and puts my mind at ease. Thank you so much for your brilliant work!

We knew the settling-in process was going to be difficult with our baby as she has only ever been around mum and dad 24/7, but the team at N Family has really helped her to settle and enjoy life outside of the family home. She enjoys playing with her new chums and has warmed to a few key workers at
the nursery which has made dropping her off feel so much better. The food menu always sounds delicious too! Shame the parents can't drop by for lunch!

My baby daughter has had a fantastic experience here. The staff really seem to care about her and know her well. I always get pictures of her happily playing and they change the activities regularly. They also eat so well, healthy diverse food is made freshly on-site by the in-house chef. All the staff
are friendly and want to talk to me about my daughter, even if they don't regularly care for her they know who she is! If I've had any feedback it's been gratefully received by management and resolved straight away. 5 stars and more for N Club Moseley.

My little one has been at the nursery since April and has settled in so well. The staff are all caring and kind and work to help the children settle in and get the most out of their time. Absolutely wonderful nursery - they've really helped me as a first time mum get my 18 month old transitioned to a huge 4 full days at nursery per week, from being with myself full time, so that I'm able to enter back into work comfortably. It really helped knowing my child is looked after by the best
team possible out of the nurseries I'd seen in Birmingham, and my child has bonded with a particular member of staff so well and quickly, despite the initial tears from us both, 1.5 weeks later and she's saying goodbye to me at the door at home happily and not crying when Dad passes her over to the mentioned member of staff. I couldn't be happier, the updates are great, prices aren't as high as everywhere else, inclusive nappies, creams, wipes etc, and she even has her own curated trendy little menu every week (inclusive of price) which I'm pretty envious of working from home! Beautiful toys and activities, with photos on a news feed weekly. Blown me away much more than anywhere else I saw. Love!

From day one of visiting this Nursery we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. We were made to feel so welcome and the facilities are just perfect. All the staff have continuously been professional, helpful and always happy with a big smile. The actual time our child spends here is just incredible,
always keeping him busy, keeping him interested and giving him such a great start to his life ahead. He has progressed so much with his learning skills, communication skills and social skills. He is always buzzing when I collect him at the end of the day, full of smiles, and sometimes hard to get him to leave. Our son's primary educators do everything and more, always so attentive to everything, just superb with both the children and us parents. A massive thank you to all the team. A few last things. The food is great, nutritious and has great variation. The nursery is constantly keeping us parents updated through the app with all relevant info and progress of our child's day.

My daughter started here at 6 months and they tailored everything to her needs. She has formed the loveliest bonds with the staff in her room and generally loves nursery. They have gone above and beyond to learn what she likes and encourage her development. The chef was fabulous at helping our weening
process and worked with me tailoring meals introducing new foods in line with what I was doing at home. The rooms are large, and clean with so many toys to help the babies learn and build important skills. Communication and updates are received throughout the day alongside lovely photos. Can't fault the nursery. I looked at a few in the area and can strongly recommend this one knowing I made the right choice picking it for my little girl.

My son started at this nursery in November. He has additional health needs and having viewed this nursery, it has been the best decision to send him here. The staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much for them. They have shown curiosity to learn about my little boy. The way in which they meet my son's
holistic needs, can not be praised enough. With his attendance for a short period, I have seen massive improvements in how he has developed. I can't thank the staff enough.
I love that they have their own chef on site and she is very approachable and friendly. She prepares fresh meals for the children. Again I can't thank the manager enough for accommodating my son's diet needs. The food not only looks delicious but I have been honoured during a parent taster day, to have had the opportunity to try it. Tastes fresh and delicious.
The nursery provision also has facilities for parents to grab a coffee or tea as they rush off to work during drop offs which is very handy.
