Nuffy Bear Day Nursery is situated on the site of Nuffield Health’s Fitness and Well-being gym on Medway Valley leisure park. It offers childcare and early education to children aged 3 months to 5 years. This new site has a separate baby unit for up to 2 year old children. The Toddler and Pre-school room share the larger room. The Nursery will open from 8am to 6pm.

The Nursery vision is to provide a “Healthy start for your little ones”, through a safe, warm and stimulating environment for all children to play, learn and develop freely, creating independent and confident children. The nursery champions health, to give every child the best start in life.

The nurturing staff go above and beyond to enable each child to develop in all areas and reach their potential. Once your child attends Pre-school, they can participate in swimming pool sessions, where they can gain confidence in the water through the Duckling programme.

Nuffy Bear Medway benefits from an enclosed outdoor garden, newly refurbished Nursery with new resources, home cooked food, free gym membership with every full time Nursery place, 10% sibling discount and £100 to £250 off your nursery invoice when recommending a friend. Once their child starts attending the nursery, the discount will be deducted from your next invoice. Children aged 3 years old will be offered swimming lessons each week.

We have been part of the Nuffy Bear Nursery since 2022 and we are so glad it is the Nursery we chose.
We love how personable the nursery has always been and it has never changed throughout the time we have been there. The team are incredible and everything the nursery does and provides is more than
you can imagine.

My son started 9 months ago and has been in the baby and toddler room. Since joining I haven't had a bad word to say about the staff or any experience we have had. The staff are excellent and show a genuine care for the children. I'm extremely happy to send my son every day.
The staff communicate
well and really friendly at drop off and pick up.
Moving from London I didn't think we would get the same quality of care and education but it's just as good. Highly recommended.

My two-year-old son has been attending the nursery since Jan 2024 and settled in very quickly, thanks to all the efforts made by the team. I am so happy that we managed to get a space for our daughter at Nuffy Bear, Medway. Her key people and the whole team have been amazing! They have supported my daughter through her transition from baby room to toddlers and she has learnt so much during her time there. My daughter loves her nursery
days and they have made putting my first child into nursery and returning to work so much easier! Thank you for all your hard work... if you are local to this nursery, it's definitely a great choice.

My son goes to this nursey and the team are the best. They care for him so well and he loves going in every day. They give good feedback on how his day was and upload pictures on the app for parents to view with information. I will definitely recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been with the nursery since March 2024 so we are only a few months in but so far I would 100%recommend the nursery to other parents. I was so worried about leaving my daughter at a nursery but the staff were so good at reassuring me and updating me on her progress. They really took their
time and helped her to settle in. I love it when I pick her up I get full updates and I can see her playing and enjoying her time. They are very honest and tell you if she is having a good or bad day which is nice to know you're always getting updated with the truth and not just what they think you would like to hear. The staff are so friendly and professional it's what made our decision to chose Nuffy Bears.

Nuffy Bear Day Nursery have been nothing short of amazing since our son started there aged 9 months. His development has come on an incredible amount from the engaging interactions the staff give him on a constant basis. He had a medical emergency during his time at nursery and the staff could not have
been more attentive to him and went over and above to look after him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nuffy to parents/parents-to-be.

My son has been with the nursery since 2022 and he is very happy there. The staff are so friendly and caring; they are good at welcoming my son at drop-offs and giving me sufficient updates during pick-ups. I also feel like my son is receiving the right level of attention when he is there which gives
me peace of mind at drop offs especially with his speech delay.
The only thing I’d say is it would be nice to get more child-specific updates through the app during the day in real-time; whenever I have received updates via the app on what my son is getting up to, it is usually on his day off! So it would be nice to see those updates much more closer to real-time.
Overall, lovely clean good nursery and I would 100% recommend! Preschoolers also get to attend swimming which is a great addition.

My son has been enrolled in Nuffy Bear Medway for eight months now, and in that time we have watched him grow and flourish leaps and bounds! He started just four months after breaking his femur which caused a delay in his physical development, but with the help of the amazing staff he is now confidently
walking! We have also seen a huge difference in his communication, language and motor skills, with him coming home each day having learnt something new. The staff are very professional and friendly, and I feel so confident leaving him in their care, as I can tell how much he is cared for by all of them. My son is at a stage where he is very shy in other environments but he always lights up with a smile when we walk in each morning. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to all of my friends and family.

We looked at several nurseries before deciding on Nuffy Bear and our mind was made up as soon as we walked through the door. The staff are so welcoming, you're invited into the nursery and see what play and learning is happening on a daily basis. The communication is excellent and if like us you are
nervous during the transition period, they are always at the end of the phone. Our daughter has flourished in her time at Nuffy Bear, she looks forward to going every day and strides in without looking back; which obviously means she feels very safe and welcomed. The staff are incredibly well qualified and this shows in the feedback and play opportunities they organise each day. I rave about Nuffy Bear to anyone that will listen to me, if you are looking for a nursery make sure you put Nuffy Bear on the list!

My child started at this nursery in January 2023 and I must say I don't regret my decision. It's been a positive experience since then. The rooms are bright with plenty of toys and equipment for children to play with. It's always clean and tidy which makes me feel assured that my child is in a safe
and healthy environment. The staff are friendly, approachable and clearly experienced in working with young children. My child seems to be developing and learning new skills every day. We have had a fantastic experience with the whole team at Nuffy Bear nursery. Our son has been attending Nuffy Bear Nursery at Medway for a month now. The nursery staff have been absolutely amazing in supporting him and us with the transition. We love the smaller group size, the settings are very nice and the use of the swimming pool is a great bonus for the children. The nursery

My daughter has been at this nursery since October 22 and absolutely loves it there! She always willingly goes into the nursery and has great relationships with both staff and other children to the point where she speaks about them all at home. She has come such a long way in terms of speech, intelligence
and confidence and always completes different tasks each day. My daughter also goes outside at least once a day based on myself providing the correct clothing for all weather types which she absolutely loves! She loves being outside and getting some fresh air so this is a huge benefit to her. The staff are also always singing and teaching her new songs. They also eat a great variety of healthy food, with lots of meals included throughout the day (breakfast/snack/lunch/pudding/snack/tea). This is incredible for the amount of money you pay. My child loves it here, I would most definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery. Great value for money!
