We have been at Owl & Bear since Sept 2022. One of our kids is now at school and the other is still thriving at this nursery. The premises are amazing, the children are loved and fully supported by each member of the staff. They plan multiple different activities throughout the day and we receive regular
updates and pictures. They also have pets and animals which is not so common. We are grateful to all the staff for their passion and our kids are always enthusiastic about their day at nursery.

Our son has been going to Owl and Bear since 2022. Being a lockdown baby he struggled to leave us at first, however it didn’t take long for him to settle due to the caring and great staff and key workers. He thoroughly enjoys going to preschool at O and B. They are always doing different learning activities
and keeping us parents informed on the app which is lovely to see. My son especially loves the big garden space that they have. They have been or are planning on a few lovely trips too. Thank you O and B.

I cannot rate this nursery enough, staffing and management are both very engaging, helpful, caring and supportive. My daughter started here Oct 2022 not long after they opened and I cannot believe how much she has developed, her own character just makes me and my husband laugh. She goes in happily and
walks out happy, telling me about her day with friends (this includes the staff and management).

Our first contact with Owl & Bear was a little more than 2 years ago when we transferred from another nursery that was not providing adequate care to our child. We felt very welcomed by the staff there and every time we raised a concern, we saw it taken care of. The staff and management gained and still
have our full confidence, so much so that earlier this year we enrolled our second child. Our older one has developed very well in all aspects in their care. On the way back home, he will always talk about his group of friends and the activities they had during the day. Recently, he is even re-playing them at home with us. Our younger one is following on the older's footsteps and we are already seeing developments since he was first enrolled, mainly on his fine motor skills. But we can also see how he is developing both his language and social skills. All and all we are very happy with the environment and services provided by Owl & Bear and are happy to recommend them to our friends.

Both of my sons attend O&B Daycare in Eltham, one since 2022, and my children happily part from me every morning with smiles on their faces. The staff are fantastic and you can tell they genuinely care about the children; they are interested in their development and they understand each child's individual
needs. The daily activities are always fun, interesting and educational and I am always kept up to date with what they have been learning about, the book of the month/week and other items. The range of food they offer is great and the app is updated after every meal so I can check what they have eaten. The manager is extremely approachable and always welcomes feedback or chats with the parents. They strive to create a beautiful space for the children and get the best out of amazing facilities they have to offer. The garden is fantastic and my boys love being out there. Overall my children are safe, cared for, looked after and given all the help and assistance to develop well.

We have 2 children at O&B, both are extremely happy and are developing well. The nursery is a spacious setting and has an unbelievable garden, with lots of playing facilities and a chicken hutch. The staff in general and our children’s key workers are absolutely fantastic, our children have a real connection
with them, providing us with extra comfort that they are in the right place. An outstanding nursery, which I would encourage to any potential applicants.

Our son has been attending Owl & Bear Daycare Eltham 3 days a week since October 2021. Having been born during the lockdowns and not having spent time away from me and my husband, I was concerned about how he would settle in to nursery. The staff were fantastic at welcoming him and helping him to settle,
and supporting us as a whole family through this transition. My son now has a smile on his face when we arrive at nursery and gets involved in lots of activities while he’s there. We love receiving updates and photos via the app about what he has been doing. The staff are friendly and really care about the children, supporting their development in many ways. They are always happy to chat and support things that we are doing at home to ensure consistency - for example with our approach to potty training. Choosing a nursery is a big decision, especially as first-time parents, and we’re honestly so pleased we chose Owl & Bear and that our son loves it there!

After a bad experience in a previous nursery, I was concerned my son would have a difficult time settling in but thankfully I was wrong. Owl & Bear staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth transition, taking in consideration my son is so attached to me. I have no words to express how
happy I am with them. Highly recommend it to all parents.

My son started Owl & Bear - Eltham Daycare in November 2 days a week, after him only being looked after by family members he found it very hard settling in. With the help of the staff, he is now starting to settle in and enjoying being at nursery. They have an amazing garden which my son loves.
We
get daily updates with activities they have been doing throughout the day, which is nice to see.
Definitely would recommend Owl & Bear.

Our son has been attending Owl & Bear - Eltham Daycare for 2 days a week, since January 2022. He started age 9 months. Prior to him starting we were quite nervous but the staff were very reassuring and put us at ease.
He has settled in extremely well and is always excited to go in when the door opens.
Already we have seen a big improvement in his development. He has also had the chance to try a variety of different, healthy foods.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are approachable and we feel he is well looked after.
We receive regular updates and some photos throughout the day, so we feel we know exactly how his day has been.
We would highly recommend this nursery.

We've been very happy with Owl & Bear - Eltham Daycare - all of the staff have been great and our son loves going there. They did a great job helping him get settled - he seems to be learning a lot as well as enjoying himself and the size of the garden is fantastic for him to play in. Would definitely

Our son has been attending Owl & Bear - Eltham Daycare for 3 months now. All the staff we have come into contact with are caring and compassionate and despite his young age, we can see that our son has bonded with the key workers just from the smile on his face at drop off and pick up. At our viewing,
we could see that the nursery was very well equipped and I’m sure lots of time will be spent in the huge garden once the weather improves. Our son has progressed leaps & bounds in all areas (eating, communication, motor skills, general physical development) and we get regular updates throughout the day via the app on all aspects. Choosing a nursery is such a daunting decision, particularly for first-time parents but we are confident in our choice and are really pleased that we chose Owl & Bear.

We decided to send our twins to Owl & Bear - Eltham Daycare after being very impressed by the staff, the environment (lovely large rooms and separate messy play and sensory rooms), the huge garden and just generally the good feeling we got when looking around and speaking to staff.
We were a little
concerned about how our twins would settle in, not having spent any time away from family, but thanks to the staff they settled in very quickly and come home very happy - sometimes doing actions to, and wanting to sing songs that they have been singing during the day!
They are given a good variety of food and we are kept updated through the app.
We would definitely recommend this nursery.

My grandson has been at this nursery for 3 months and he comes home full of happiness and excitement to tell us all about the different activities he has done and new things he learnt at preschool. The staff are all very helpful and support the children in their transition into nursery very well. We

Lovely nursery our son enjoys going to.
Great nursery, everything fresh and new, lots of equipment and toys for the children to enjoy.
Lovely big garden.
Our son started in October and has settled in very well despite never being without me or his dad.
Very pleased with the staff's efforts, levels
of engagement and range of activities our son comes home and talks about.
