Very happy with Monkey Puzzle Hither Green. My son has been going for the past year, starting at seven months old. The staff really care about the kids and there are lots of fun and creative activities. I have always felt comfortable dropping him off each morning knowing he is in good hands! The building
is also very nice and the outdoor area is huge for a London nursery. My son loves it there and is progressing well through the milestones as well as making friends and having fun. Thank you to the whole Monkey Puzzle Nursery team!

The staff at Monkey Puzzle really do go above and beyond for all children here! My child was having some behavioural communication issues, and the SEN teacher has gone out of her way to gather resources and create ways in which they can help. They've been incredibly kind and provided us as parents with
additional information on what we can also be doing at home. We feel our child is thriving here and always runs into nursery without a backwards glance, excited to be there with such a brilliant team of carers for the day and friends they have made. The rooms are bright and well stocked with toys and activities that encourage creativity, learning and a thirst for exploring. We couldn't be happier here after a bad experience at a previous nursery. The outdoor space is also excellent, with a forest school area at the back.

The staff, care, activities and outdoor learning space are absolutely wonderful at this gorgeous nursery. But what’s really lovely is how much everyone cares and the creativity and passion they put in. It’s a lovely atmosphere and we love the communication, photos and observations we are sent. We are

Extremely pleased with the care, attention and professionalism displayed by the nursery and its staff, during the first month of attendance for our son. It was a challenge for all of us at home to adapt to this new stage, the nursery, however, really made it easier as we saw our son adapting and enjoying

Our son joined this nursery at only 3 months of age and being so young, we were initially very anxious about finding the perfect place to care for him and to promote his development.
The staff are amazing, with such a warm, caring mindset. They really make an effort to keep us informed about any
concerns regarding our son, changes and developments as well as ongoing efforts to meet his individual needs.
The environment is clean, spacious and welcoming. There is an app where updates and pictures are regularly uploaded. This nursery is an amazing place and we couldn’t ask for a better nursery.
Our son has been going there for 3 months, he absolutely loves this nursery and we feel that he is valued and loved there.
The management are very warm, responsive, competent, assuring and really committed to providing a safe, caring, fun, and loving environment and we’re extremely thankful to them as well as the whole team.
Please keep up the great job that you all do!

As a first-time mum, I was unsure of what to expect from a nursery. The Monkey Puzzle staff have totally exceeded my expectations. They are friendly, caring and nurturing. My baby has grown in confidence and clearly enjoys her time there so much.

Fantastic management, fantastic staff, fantastic environment. I couldn't be more pleased with the choice I made for my first nursery experience. Everyone is extremely lovely, welcoming and with great energy. From the very first moment, I have received a lot of reassurance, flexibility and willingness

Our son (22 months) started only 2 weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier with the care he is receiving. The nursery provides a wide range of facilities in a large, bright space. Absolutely wonderful and dedicated staff who have gone above and beyond to support my little boy to transition to a nursery environment. He is still settling however I feel they are doing everything possible to help him build his confidence and he has built lovely relationships with the staff. The food
is obviously very good as he eats it all (and more!). It’s a really bright and spacious with a lovely garden.

We have both our boys here age 1 and 3. Our youngest was the first baby in and we have had such an amazing experience.
The boys love going to Monkey Puzzle every day and the staff are amazing.
The garden is just huge, perfect for busy boys.
Finally, the daily updates on activity are fantastic. The
carers keep the children entertained all day with so many activities and give us full updates as and when needed.

We have had a superb experience with Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery. We have two children at the nursery and both have settled in extremely well. The environment is light, spacious and inviting, and the team are outstanding, caring, engaging, creative and fun!
The outside space was a real selling point,
a big garden with a forest school area which gets well used whatever the weather but we have also been really impressed with the scope and variety of daily activities, including trips outside nursery and baking!
Communication from the team is another highlight, daily updates from the rooms show the range of the activities (everything looks so fun!) and weekly individual feedback on your child highlights a particular activity or learning point. Seeing pictures and videos of our eldest engaging in her first phonics and maths activities has been really touching.
I would not hesitate to recommend Monkey Puzzle Hither Green to prospective families.

Monkey Puzzle is a brilliant nursery, with lots of space and great activities organised by the staff for children. They are all very nurturing towards children and I am very happy to be sending my daughter there and see the brilliant children's progress.

Monkey Puzzle Hither Green are excellent! Our daughter has attended the preschool group since December 2022 and genuinely loves the whole experience from the creative play, baking, playing in the large garden and interacting with the carers. The nursery is very well managed and we love the focus on

Our little girl joined just before turning one year in January 2023 and we have had a great experience with Monkey Puzzle so far. The team make every effort to ensure that the children are happy and stimulated as well as keeping us informed on a regular basis with detailed updates both on the app and
in person. They set up different activities every day which are well thought through and my daughter especially loves the messy play!
They have an amazing outdoor area so there is plenty of space for them to run around in the fresh air and I have been really impressed that they have also been taken to the park. When I have made suggestions, they have taken these on board and actioned them which has been appreciated. Overall we are very happy.

Our little one joined Monkey Puzzle Hither Green in February as a 17 month old. Big selling points were the exceptional facilities, the room settings for the different age groups and the nursery values. Our little one had never stayed with anyone other than her parents before so we were apprehensive
about the settling in process (and beyond). We need not have worried! The management and the entire staff are all wonderful, not only extremely professional and knowledgeable but they also genuinely care about each individual child and adapt their style in order to get the best from them and to help them to flourish. Our little one settled very quickly, formed an incredible bond with her key worker and we have seen huge progress in her confidence and development ever since. She is excited to go to nursery every day. It’s a second family for her. It can be a daunting process choosing a nursery for your little one but we could not be happier with our choice. Exceptional nursery!

Fantastic from start to finish. We moved from another local nursery and it was a breath of fresh air, great staff and leadership. The staff clearly genuinely care and they apply best practice.
