We try to compensate for the lack of allocated outdoor space with our outings to the parks and walks around the area that the children love. Our curriculum really focuses on communication and language as that is an area our children need support with so thank you for recognising that and being a witness to our efforts!

Dear N, We are so sorry that you are not happy with the nursery's policies. We tried to explain verbally that your child eats his snacks well whilst in nursery and drinks water throughout his time here. Our nursery has a Healthy Eating Policy and we have received the Healthy Early Years London Silver award last December which states exactly what we need to do in this regard. Our menus have been reviewed and follow the "Eat Better, Start Better" guidelines. We asked you to email the nursery because you were very aggravated and we didn't have a chance to explain the reason why we cannot accept juice in the nursery, not to complain and much less to review our nursery without giving us a chance to explain our policies and procedures. We have an open-door policy and re easy to reach by telephone, email, Educational app, Day nurseries website, or even through our website. Little Fellows Management Team
