N Family Club in Hackney Downs is located in a beautiful listed building. The property has been sensitively refurbished so that the nursery is filled with character while equally purpose-built to support all aspects of the bespoke N curriculum. There is a specialist room which acts as both an art studio and children’s kitchen featuring state-of-the-art equipment. While outside, the enormous 8,000 sqft garden is packed full of features including a sandpit, mud kitchen, adventure playground and slide.

N has worked with the former Head of Nutrition at Jamie Oliver, Laura Matthews, to make sure that the balanced, nutritious menu supports every child’s developmental needs. The chefs prepare fresh meals in the nursery's café kitchen every day.

In 2023, Nursery World named N Family Club the UK's highest-quality nursery group by. With the help of leading experts, they designed their own unique approach to early years education. Their bespoke curriculum is designed to be unique to each child based on their development, needs and interests. The curriculum is delivered through play-based experiences, supported by educated educators. I started sending my son to this nursery when he was just 7 months old; he is now 16 months and thriving. The environment is outstanding and I've noticed significant stimulation and development in his skills. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and kind. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent

Love sending our nearly 2-year-old girl here, so many creative activities, friendly staff and a beautiful garden where all the kids play happily together. They’ve also been super helpful with our little ones' very complicated diet following it.

My son literally runs up the path leading to the nursery and all the way to the door to his room. He absolutely loves it, and his review is far more important than mine.
The staff are all really friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The facilities are all excellent. The back garden is an amazing
space for young kids to run around and have fun. The food menu looks exceptional - better than I ever had in school! - and the staff are very attentive to my son's special dietary requirements (he has several allergies).
I would give this nursery an A* and would highly recommend it to a friend.

N Family Club is a great nursery. All staff is really attentive and actually care for the children. Our daughter loves going there and has settled in really quickly.
Their app allows parents to know what happens throughout the day in details. We praise communication with the management which has always
been seamless.

All staff members are incredibly warm, patient, positive and empathetic. We couldn’t be any happier dropping our son off three days a week and really appreciate how hard the staff work to keep a creative and comfortable play space for all children.

Honestly, we love the nursery and would recommend it to anyone/everyone! The entire staff are all super friendly and engaging - it definitely comes across as a vocation for them rather than just a job. The premises are fantastic too - they have a massive garden out back which the kids spend loads of
time in and with the garden being on premises it means they can use it when the kids want/need it, rather than having to schedule in trips to the park at set times. The food is phenomenal too - they eat better than we do (it's so "Hackney" it's comical). They do loads of great activities as well - which have a really nice blend between fun and learning - the thing that I particularly like is that they are kind of child-led - so they really tap into what your kid enjoys. The highest praise I can give the nursery is that I feel it makes my job as a parent outside of nursery easier - I know my daughter is cared for/had outside time/eaten well/done activities.

Our daughter started in March and the team couldn’t have made the transition to nursery any easier - they have been so supportive to my daughter (and me!) and made us both feel so at ease with the whole process. All of the staff are so friendly and have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome.
There is a lovely atmosphere generally but especially in the classrooms and the teachers and assistants are excellent and have made my daughter feel so at home and happy in a new environment. The building is beautiful and everything is top of the range. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I'm very happy with this nursery, we tried a few nurseries before and N Family Club Hackney Downs is simply the best we've seen. The staff, facilities, kids' meals and activities are simply the best for our little one.
The staff are incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, warm and really care about
your child.
The reception/management team is fabulous as well, they make not only the kids feel like a part of the family but parents as well and it's just lovely. I have peace of mind when my little one is at N Family Hackney Downs Nursery.

We are very happy having our son at N Family independence place. They really listened to our concerns and they are so nice with us and the babies. I couldn’t be happier with the nursery.
My son has settled very well and I know he is well taken care of when I leave him there.
Also, the nursery is
so nice and the outer space is insane!

This is our first experience of sending our child to the nursery, and it has been such a positive one. The staff are wonderfully welcoming and were so reassuring about all that mum anxiety I had over leaving my little boy. The facilities are excellent for both parents and children - the large garden
is so amazing. My little boy absolutely loves it there, he’s full of smiles in the photos, and it’s obvious when I pick him up he’s had a great time. The staff focus on encouraging his development in such a variety of ways I can really notice the changes at home. We are 100% happy with the care he gets. Can’t recommend the nursery enough.

Lovely, large outdoor garden space which is rare for a London nursery and the children spend lots of time outdoors. The management team are attentive and caring and reacts quickly to any comments or concerns, with solutions that demonstrate their professional experience and knowledge. We are greeted
with a smile and by name every morning and afternoon and the staff take the time to get to know you and your child in a warm and kind way. The menu is varied and nutritious and encourages the children to try new flavours and meals. The activities for the children are well thought out and engaging and the staff go out of their way to help them settle in and get to know their interests and likes and dislikes. Overall it is a really lovely nursery and we’re very happy there.

We are so happy with our daughter at N Family in Hackney Downs. The staff are just so wonderful and lovely, they are all so friendly to us and loving towards her. We feel so happy and comfortable leaving her in their capable hands every day. The premises are brand new inside, it always feels and smells
very clean and is kept tidy. There is a huge garden for the children to play in which our daughter loves, and as the weather is warming up, they are spending more and more time in the garden. The management of the nursery is very slick, the app is so great for keeping parents updated and also keeping in touch throughout the day if needed. We unreservedly recommend the nursery!

Our son started the nursery in April and the staff have been so supportive with this transition - both to him and to me.
I have been kept up to date with his progress and I've been able to contact nursery staff whenever I've needed to for reassurance.
Unbelievably his key worker has managed to help
him nap well - this from a toddler who has always resisted naps.
Staff are always so friendly on drop off and pick ups. Thank you to the lovely team!

We couldn’t be happier with N Family Club. The facilities are beautiful and the staff highly professional. Plus, the food is better than you would get at some restaurants. However, what we love most is that every child is treated respectfully and as an individual - every morning when we drop off our

We love N Family Club Hackney Downs. Our little ones started in January and had an incredibly smooth transition thanks to the exceptionally thoughtful and caring staff. The rooms are fresh and well thought out and the staff put so much effort into creating fun and engaging activities. The equipment
is brand-new and clearly thoughtfully chosen.
The huge outside play area (complete with real grass!) is a huge hit with the kids. The meals are amazing and wholesome. We've found the nursery to be a warm and friendly community for parents and caregivers and would highly recommend it.

Our son has a medical need and N Family Club has been amazing in accommodating his specific care plan. They have been so kind, calm, understanding and thoughtful throughout the entire settling-in process. Our child (and I!) found transitioning to nursery tricky to begin with, but the staff did everything
that they can to make his time so special and to reassure me! Our child now loves going to nursery and enters and exits each day with a smile.

We couldn’t love N Family Club Hackney Downs more! The people, the facilities and the overall positive energy are unmatched. The socialising and daily activities for our daughter have been incredible for her development, she comes home each day having learnt something new. The staff are incredibly attentive
and caring. The weekly menu is very nutritious and our daughter eats it all so it must be delicious too! Can’t recommend this nursery enough.
