Really happy with the communication and care they provide our child. We feel really well informed and our child really enjoys her time there. There is a good variety of things they do to entertain and educate. She is always really happy when we pick her up. They are able to tell us lots about her and

My daughter has been attending Little Adventures for a year now. She enjoys going and I feel confident that she is safe and happy. Staff are dedicated and communicative. There is an app for updates and daily activities with a log for meals and sleep. There are excellent activities as well as adapting
to allow for children's ideas and needs. I feel it's a very good nursery.

My daughter has settled extremely well here, the staff are amazing. Huge range of activities for the children each day, plus their garden space. I get regularly updated via the app on what my daughter has eaten, nappy changes and what she has done that day with pictures, we get monthly observations
and have had a parent evening. I'm really impressed with the staff here, always on hand to answer any questions I have, and always get a handover on pickups. I really cannot fault the staff, the cleanliness, the updates I get and the range of activities my daughter gets which varies day to day and encourages their learning. My daughter attends on afternoons and gets a snack and an afternoon meal too. Thank you everyone at Little Adventures.

Little Adventures has been amazing to both my sons, we always get welcomed with a smile and they always ensure that the kids are taken care of properly with safety procedures in place to ensure the kids are safe, giving me some peace of mind.
Both my boys love coming to the nursery, growing in confidence
and independence. Staff are all absolutely amazing, all are very nice and they're good at keeping us up to date with what has happened during their day and anything else that we need to be aware of.
I've already recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so even when my boys have gone off to primary school.

I am pleased to say my daughter attends Little Adventures Weston-Super-Mare. She has progressed massively, and enjoys telling me about her adventures she has been on throughout the week. Communication is strong using the app and accommodations are made if I've ever needed an ad hoc day. I partially
like the Thrive targets and the observations of these, it gives you a real insight into the work that is being done.

My son has attended this nursery since it opened in 2022 he loves coming all of the staff are so attentive and really look after the children they do so many fun activities and he always comes out having had a brilliant day. I moved my little guy here from a different setting as I had heard so many wonderful things from other parents. It has been a wonderful transition and I have increased his hours due to my confidence in the setting. The place is amazing and so much outdoor space to play freely. We really enjoy our walks
to the blue gate and door each morning and I know he is in safe hands. Especially when it's Boogie Beats Day!

My daughter has been attending little adventures Weston Super Mare since January and she loves it.
She started when she was 15 months old and is now 20 months. The amount they have taught her during this time is astounding considering she only attends 1 day a week. The staff are all so fantastic and
friendly, the communication is brilliant overall, and the setting is amazing. They do loads of different activities throughout the day, and everything is always different.
Cannot thank them enough for how fabulous they have been in the almost 6 months my daughter has been with them.

My son has attended this nursery since they opened. When viewing the nursery I instantly got a good feeling from the area manager, which is why we chose this nursery. You can see the staff care about what they do and it isn't just a job to them. I get daily updates and photos of what he's been up to
during the day and I love having the app so I can see what he's eaten that day. I also get monthly updates of his progression which is great. The staff are always friendly when dropping off/picking up. They let the children make use of the garden when the weather allows them to which is brilliant as my son loves being outside. I feel perfectly comfortable leaving my son there knowing he is comfortable with the staff and if he does get upset when I leave, I usually get a message just after to say he's fine, which puts my mind at ease, so the attention to detail is fab. A good variety of food each week.
I can't fault the nursery or the wonderful staff and I'm so pleased my son attends.

This nursery is a breath of fresh air. Things are just done that need to be done without asking.
My son thrives in this nursery. He loves every minute. His development has come along leaps and bounds. To find somewhere that my son feels as comfortable as when he's at home is priceless.
We've been
to others where the standard of care was just not there.
I've never had any issues with this nursery. We've moved out of the area and I still commute in, as I can't imagine anywhere else I'd leave him now. They really care about the whole nursery experience for child and parent and don't just put on a facade during drop off and pick up times.
Excellent place. Excellent staff it's honestly just the best.
The garden is incredible he absolutely adores the activities. The food is amazing and the staff are lovely. I get updates on the app by the time he's home.

My son joined Little Adventurers from another nursery. He has gone into pre-school and having only been there for two months, it feels like he has been there for so much longer. He has settled in so well and the staff have been so welcoming, and my son has connected with them so well and so quickly.
He loves the variety of activities in the room and has come on so much since joining the nursery. The setting is so lovely. With great toys that are a little unique, like a camera, and a typewriter along with the usual dinosaur, trains and books. It is also a bonus that we get a free soft play pass for the parent company, Ocean Adventurers.

My daughter joined the preschool room when the nursery first opened due to her previous nursery closing. The staff have been amazing as she became reluctant to separate smoothly with the change in nurseries but once she is in she absolutely loves it, has lots of friends and especially enjoys the extracurricular
activities the nursery provides, like dance and rugby. Would highly recommend, has a lovely garden space which they use on a daily basis no matter what the weather and the children get the opportunity to be involved with everything even making their own playdough.

My daughter recently started Little Adventures. We were able to do two settle sessions before starting her first full day and this made it a smooth transition for when she started properly. The app is great as it updates us throughout the day with care details and lovely photos. The staff are really
nice and welcoming and they have lovely space for the children. We are so happy that we chose this setting and look forward to our daughter’s confidence growing further.

As this is my first child and first experience of a nursery I’ve been very satisfied so far. As a new nursery as well it’s been a bit chaotic at times but they have handled every situation well.
I’ve been very impressed with the App and how I’ve been updated on my child activities and how she managed
to settle after drop off.
I would recommend to anyone thinking of signing their child up.

Absolutely amazing nursery, my little boy went to the one in Worle and I was impressed there but Charlton Road nursery is just beyond amazing. He loves being there and loves the staff. I also think the staff are amazing. The place feels like home from home and that is very important for me. They do
cute little activities and you get updates regularly, contact between nursery and parents are top-notch.

Hi, I’m Jay. I joined Little Adventures Nurseries in November 2021 as Nursery Development Manager.


I have been working in the Early Years sector since 2009. During this time, I have held various positions from Nursery Nurse to Area Manager overseeing 4 nurseries in the Southwest. My most recent job was as a manager of a 129-place nursery. I feel extremely fortunate to work in the Early Years as I know how important these years are for children. I completed my BA (Hons) in Early Years Education in 2017 and this has helped me further my own knowledge of how children learn and develop. I have a passion for ensuring that the teams are trained to a high standard to deliver the best quality care. I have a son of my own so understand how important it is to ensure that you choose the right setting for your children.


In my free time, I like nothing more than exploring with my little family and we absolutely love baking together, especially the tasting part.

My name is Angelene and I have over 25 years’ experience working within the Early Years Sector. My main experience has been within Nursery settings where I have run busy, Baby Toddler and Pre-Schools rooms.


For the past 14 years, I have had Leadership and Management roles including managing a 100 place Ofsted Outstanding Nursery. My experience has enabled me to support, mentor and train staff. I have worked for Little Adventures Nurseries since June 2022. My role is to develop staff training, this is implemented through e-learning modules, company-wide inset days, in-house training for individual settings and specialist training days at our designated Training Hub. I have also obtained my First Aid Instructor qualification so I can ensure all our staff are paediatric first aid trained and confident to administer first aid.


My role also includes visiting each nursery at least bi-annually to complete Quality Audits against our company policies and values as well as the Ofsted Grade Descriptors. This part of my role is invaluable face-to-face training to our teams as well as giving quality assurance to our families that our nurseries are sustaining the highest quality of care and standards.
