Overall Experience

Both of my children are currently attending Magdalen Nursery The Lodge and have had an outstanding level of care. Both started in the baby room and have worked their way up over time - supported all the way and progressing with their small group of friends. The key worker support, levels of daily updates

and progress, nutrition, activities and sense of community are fantastic - with the small setting it also is a great way to get to know many of the other parents and children too which provides a great basis for preparation for school.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been at the nursery for over two years now and has loved every minute. The staff are great and very quick to respond.
They managed the Covid situation extremely well and we haven’t had any bad experience with the nursery and our son will be joining in September.

Overall Experience

Great nursery. We have two children there and they love going in. The staff have consistently been incredible. They are supportive and caring. Moreover, they have created a vibrant community of carers and parents, which reaches beyond the nursery itself.

Overall Experience

My three-year-old has been at Magdalen Nursery - The Lodge for eighteen months and I couldn't be happier with the care he receives. The staff are superb and the management team are simply wonderful people. I've had no bad experiences with the staff at all. My son has strong bonds with his key workers,

is happy to go there every day, misses his teachers when he is not there and has made lovely friends. I couldn't ask for more. We'll both be very sorry to leave when he starts school.

Overall Experience

We love Magdalen, great room sizes, great activities for the kids and all the staff are wonderful! They cater to our allergies really well and make sure she never misses out on anything.
Because of the size, you really get a strong sense of community with the other families.

Overall Experience

Magdalen is a unique nursery - both in the care it provides the children and the quality of its staff. My daughter has been attending for the last eight months and loves every minute (she sometimes doesn't want to come home with mummy!). She joined just after turning one and the team helped her to settle

in and feel at home really quickly. They are kind, loving and fully committed to the children. They put so much effort into different activities and are attentive, caring and patient. They must be exhausted at the end of every day - we really appreciate everything they do. My husband and I feel so comfortable leaving our daughter in their care.

Overall Experience

Our son has been at Magdalen Lodge for about 1 and a half years.

We have been extremely pleased with the nursery throughout.

The settling in period was hard for our son but all of the staff really made an effort to help him get comfortable with the new routine. He soon grew to love it and has

a very strong bond with many of the staff.

All of the room leaders have been superb - dedicated and compassionate. The management team have also been great.

There are often exciting things happening - animal visits, themed days, parties etc and the staff really get into it.

We are having a second child soon and will certainly be hoping to send her to Magdalen as well!

Overall Experience

My son, who is almost three, has been going to Magdalen for 18 months. He moved up from one class to another about nine months ago, and all of his teachers have been wonderful.
He has developed so much during this time, thanks to his teachers. They have been loving, caring but also very good at pushing

him to learn more. I have been so impressed with things he has done or said multiple times, purely because he learned those in nursery.
The nursery feels like a small family, where all the staff knows every child's name. I love going in with my son and hearing so many people greet him. They have a lot of activities, toys and books.
The management are helpful and very responsive. They have been guiding us through the challenges of Covid and multiple changes to the procedures.
Overall, I would highly recommend this nursery.

Overall Experience

Magdalen Nursery is a wonderful place for children to learn, grow and thrive. It is widely regarded as the best nursery in the area (confirmed by it's waiting list)!
I get regular reports on my son's development suggesting areas that I can focus on to help his growth; these run parallel to the learning

at nursery so it really is a team and "wider-family" effort.
The staff have been wonderful at nurturing my son's strengths and are really encouraging to help him flourish in the area of sports - there is a large outdoor area and they have helped him with balancing, climbing, scooting and golf. They are focused on healthy meals and our son is a happy eater; he is comfortable trying lots of different foods at our family meal times: I believe this is down to the variety of food that he is offered at Magdalen. We are amazed at what he learn's each week and would highly recommend Magdalen to any parent. Magdalen, you are incredible! Thank you.

Overall Experience

We have had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Lodge with both our children. There is a real family feel about it and our children have been so well looked after, developing lovely relationships with all the staff. It really feels like the staff care about your children and their happiness and

development.

We love the cosy rooms as well as the great outdoor space which is fairly rare in London nurseries. They are also fantastic at uploading pictures/videos of activities which is a great insight into what the kids get up to! In summary, we really couldn't be happier with the setting

This is such an amazing nursery! All of the staff are so kind and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. They are all very responsive and provide regular detailed updates on children's progress. It's a relatively small nursery which gives it a real family feel where everyone is made to feel

Overall Experience

We are very happy to have chosen Magdalen Nursery for our son! He just turned one and since starting 4 months ago he has developed incredibly well. He seems really happy whenever we see him in the setting, and we receive daily updates by the wonderful staff who keep us informed on the children's activities,

Overall Experience

We absolutely love The Lodge. This is our second child to have attended and he is so happy in this setting. The staff are wonderful and every day they do different and fun activities. The food sounds delicious and they organise lots of different events to see and interact with your children (Covid allowing).

The

nursery itself has a beautiful garden which the kids love and they seem to spend a lot of time playing outside which is fantastic!

In the older rooms, they really help develop your child and get them ready for school.

I couldn’t recommend the Lodge highly enough.
