Overall Experience

My daughter, has been attending the nursery for two years, and absolutely loves it. She asked to invite all of the team to her birthday which is the highest praise. The facilities, outdoor space and activities organised by the team are fantastic. The drama classes and a recent visit by some animals

are a few of my daughter's favourites, not to mention the endless sensory play available every day. The engagement and communication with us, as parents has been exemplary. I recommend Sutton Magdalen Nursery to everyone.

Overall Experience

This is a fantastic nursery and we are so happy to have found it. Our daughter started at Magdalen Nursery when she was 7 months old, and despite teary handovers at the start, she quickly grew to trust the staff, and so did we. She has now been at the nursery for approx 10 months and is very happy there.

Something that stood out on our first visit was that every colleague we encountered seemed to know each individual child and positively engaged with them. We receive regular updates on activities she undertakes each day, and their weekly menus put my home cooking to shame (+ they’ve been able to creatively accommodate dietary requirements and allergies). There have also been a number of occasions where we parents have been invited in to ‘stay and play’ with our children and experience the fabulous facilities they have on offer. Magdalen is such a warm, welcoming and natural community to be a part of and everybody I’ve encountered seems to be genuinely committed to my daughter’s wellbeing.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been at Magdelen’s for over a year and we couldn’t be happier with this nursery. Having experienced a different setting with our older child (different area) this place really stands out. Firstly, management is excellent - they really go the extra mile to ensure activities are relevant

and inclusive. Parents are regularly invited to join stay and play activities (post covid) adding a community feel. The large outdoor area is perfect for curious toddlers to explore, whatever the weather. What I’m most delighted with is consistency amongst staff and how beneficial this is to my daughter's development. The standard of care is second-to-none and the fact my daughter literally runs in each morning full of excitement is testimony to this wonderful nursery.

Overall Experience

We absolutely love this outstanding nursery and both of our girls are here and will be until they leave to attend school. We have always been so impressed with the way the management and staff embrace a real family atmosphere and this has rubbed off on our children brilliantly. They are so happy here

and absolutely love attending. What more could you ask for! They have brilliant facitilies for little ones, allowing them to develop their own interests and foster their creativity. And as a working mother I love the fact they serve three healthy meals a day too, something I didn’t find when looking at other nurseries in the area.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been attending Magdalen’s Nursery since she was 7 months old and the level of care and attention that has been provided has been excellent. All staff are highly trained, the nursery is very communicative and my daughter is happy to there. We had a tricky settling in period when she moved

from the baby to toddler room but the staff handled it with lots of care and consideration and she was settled sooner than I expected. My daughter is now flourishing there and is given the space to practice her basic skills in a warm and friendly environment. I recommend this nursery to anyone living or working in the area, who want a nursery that has a wonderful community feel to it and who have the safety and education of their children at the forefront.

Our two sons have been going to Magdalen for more than a year, since we moved to Sutton, and we couldn't be happier. The team have a brilliant mix of professionalism and warmth, making sure that we feel our kids are both well fed and supervised but also receive individual support and warmth. They love

Overall Experience

My son (3 years) is going to this nursery for more than a year, 5 days a week now. He has really flourished since he started. He started at a different nursery but couldn't settle. At Magdalene, he was comfortable from day 1. All the staff members are very good. Lots of creative activities are planned

Overall Experience

We have two kids at Magdalen for over a year and couldn't be happier. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and are like family to the kids. The nursery has excellent facilities and structure to their day and also organise many extra activities for parents to join in and get a peek into what the kids

get up to! Most importantly, the kids love going and always run out with a smile on their faces.

They are really facilitating the older child transitioning into school and have been super patient with the younger one starting potty training. They provide a day sheet summarising each day but are also happy to chat at pickup so any concerns or funny/proud moments are relayed. They implement the online parent's journal so you can see uploaded pictures and achievements logged that way.

Couldn't recommend enough and sad for the older one to be leaving to school soon!

Magdalen is really a great place for young kids. My son has been in the nursery for nearly 2 years and he is still excited every day. I will send my younger daughter to the nursery soon. The staff there are very caring and loving, and attend to each child. They also did a very good job helping the kids

Overall Experience

We have two children that go to Magdalen Nursery with the eldest starting not long after it first opened in 2019. We have always been delighted with the care received here, particularly with how great all of the staff have been with both of the children. This genuine care really shines through in how

much they look forward to going to nursery in the mornings and how happy they are when they leave in the evening. The activities and events they put on during the week (such as the drama based story play) are both engaging and educational for the children and we have really seen this reflected in their development. There are plenty of celebratory days and one off events throughout the year which involve the parents and vary the children's routine such as sports day, Mother's/Father's day events, Christmas celebrations and the visit of the travelling zoo! The food is also excellent, with a three full meals a day and a varied menu that the kids always eat all of! All in all a great nursery.

Overall Experience

Lovely nursery based in Sutton, close to the town centre and train station. Very attentive nursery management and staff, all very caring and professional. The nursery has a lovely garden which is a great place for outdoor activities. There is a lovely front courtyard which allows space for pickups,

drop offs and good improved parking space for those with cars. The nursery follows EYFS and keeps us updated with our child’s progress and development. Very good nursery chef who caters for all types of food requirements and seasonal focussed menus. They also organise events and regular parent teacher meetings. We are so impressed with them and highly recommend Magdalen.

Overall Experience

My child has attended this nursery since she was 15 months. From the very beginning, she has been taken care of very sincerely. All her needs are supported and she has developed rapidly with the help and care of the nursery teachers. Nice garden with play area, nicely decorated building area and accessories,

food prepared is fantastic and all of the staff are amazing. The teachers are very reliable and supportive and the management always responds when a call is made or email is sent which is extremely helpful. Overall I am very happy with the nursery.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been going to the Magdalen Nursery in Sutton for over a year. She started in the baby room, with the warm and welcoming team she would go into nursery each day without any fuss. She has progressed to the older classroom and we have seen fast development with literacy and numeracy skills.

Lots of time is spent in the beautiful garden and the inside is a creative environment for play and learning. A yearly calendar of activities includes lots of stay and play dates. I would highly recommend the nursery as the team are caring, engaged in each child and extremely friendly.

Really the best place you can choose for your little one.

I cannot recommend Magdalen Nursery highly enough.
My daughter who is now 2 and a half years old started attending the nursery at 10 months. With the support of exceptional staff she has developed so much in all aspects of her growth and milestones, this is down to the vast range of activities which

are fun, interesting and educational, social interactions with staff and other children and the learning environment the nursery sets. They also provide the children with nutritious homemade meals and snacks (parents are involved in menu making). The nursery is always in constant communication with parents. All the staff are approachable, friendly, helpful and caring. The management is a top notch higher and not to forget how clean the nursery is. I feel happy and secure when my daughter attends this nursery, I basically found everything I wanted for my daughter at magdalen nursery. I couldn’t have found a better childcare provider.
