Great nursery. We chose this nursery as it’s between us ( the parents) and the nanny of our child so easy enough for with to pick up if we are not able to get there in time.
Staff are very kind and friendly. Our child is speaking more and picking up words and phrases so much quicker now. During the
day our child has a routine/structure while at nursery.
He loves it here, he has no problem walking in (getting his morning daily apple).
He loves being outside, so the fact they have an outside area and go out of the nursery sometimes for days. He really enjoys it.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

The learning tree is a wonderful nursery. Each day we walk through the doors, we are greeted warmly and with a smile. As working parents, it makes a great difference every day. The nursery is quite clean with a Scandi-style aesthetic. The rooms are spacious and warm.
Our son really seems to be enjoying
his time there and it is lovely to see how he is progressing. We are kept abreast of his day on the app and love seeing his photos as he goes on about his day. All the staff members are quite caring and attentive towards our son.
We could not have asked for anything better. Highly recommended.

As a first-time parent, I can definitely relate to the apprehension of sending my daughter to nursery. We hadn’t spent much time apart since her birth, so it was a big step. However, I’m incredibly pleased with my decision to choose The Learning Tree. The staff at The Learning Tree are exceptional.
They are welcoming, patient, and gentle with the children. The rooms are fully equipped and kept clean, and it seems like the children engage in something new every day. While the outdoor area is a bit small, they make up for it by taking the kids to the park or out for walks. Overall, I’m satisfied with the level of care my daughter receives. Her development has truly blossomed since joining the nursery

Our little girl started at the nursery in November 2023 and is in the baby room (Willow). Since she started everyone has been so welcoming and made her settling-in period so smooth. She seems so happy there and has really developed. We love getting updates and seeing what activities/games she's engaging
with and her daily diary. The nursery is very diverse and welcoming of different cultures and we love that they celebrate this with different activities throughout the month to showcase everyone's differences. Leaving your child with a daycare provider feels really daunting at first but we really feel like she's in the best hands, being really well cared for and that she is thriving in the environment.

We've recently moved home and had to move our little one to a new nursery. The team at the Learning Tree have given us so much support throughout the process and have gone above and beyond to ensure that our little one settles quickly. We're given ongoing updates and pictures of their activities, little
ones are encouraged to explore new interests. We're constantly pleasantly surprised to see the new things our little one learns. And the setting itself is very modern, newly built and set up to give little ones independence as soon as they are ready.

I have seen my daughter's social skills improve drastically since attending the nursery. She used to be stuck to me all the time while out and about and strangers would just have to look at her and she would burst out crying. I thought the transition would be really hard on both of us. But she settled
in so well within few weeks of attending the nursery, credit to the willow room staff who are very caring and attentive. I love seeing the photos of how her day is going and the staff fill you in on how she did at pick up. I particularly love how spacious, light and airy the nursery looks and feels. I highly recommend it.

My son has attended this nursery since I went back to work in March 2023, when I viewed the nursery I knew I wanted my son to attend here as they had so many different things for the kids to do and plenty of space for them to explore. We get photos during the day showing us what he’s doing and he always
looks like he’s having a fun time.

We looked at many nurseries in the Romford area and this was my favourite by far. The nursery environment is very welcoming and it's a joy to enter. The reception staff are always very friendly and helpful. My daughter has been attending for 4 months and I am extremely pleased with the communication,
daily updates and her progress since starting. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others.

I can’t recommend this nursery enough.
My son has been attending The Learning Tree since March 2023 and he is now 19 months. After a few settling sessions and some tears, to be expected after spending 14 months solidly with me, he settled so well and started exploring the Willow Room, making friends
and learning lots. The room is bright and airy, with so many different activities for them to explore.
The Willow Room staff are attentive, and caring and want the best for your children. The developmental leaps I’ve seen in my son since joining are incredible. He has learned to communicate with some words and actions, he is up on his feet walking and is such a happy and cheeky character. The staff give picture updates throughout the day so you can see what your child has been doing and seeing happy makes me feel at ease.
If you are in the area and looking for somewhere for your child to go, do not miss out on viewing!

I have two children who attend this nursery, and they are so happy there.
The staff are great and really helpful.
It’s a beautiful, clean space.

Both of my sons attend The Learning Tree Nursery. The eldest of which has been there since its opening and has loved it from the start. My youngest recently started in September and with him, we knew it would be difficult to settle as both are extremely different characters. But thanks to the brilliant
staff in the Willow (baby) Room, they made what was quite a difficult time, much easier with their constant support and efforts to help him settle. He now enjoys the nursery like his older brother. This has reminded me how fortunate we are to have our children attend this nursery. Thanks again!

We're thrilled with the positive transformations and enhancements at The Learning Tree. Both the new manager and office manager have displayed excellent communication skills and provided exceptional support, particularly during the arrival of a new addition. It was reassuring to know that our son was
well taken care of. The teachers are attentive and adept at maintaining communication with parents. The nursery environment appears to be more organized and stable. Keep up the good work.

My son started with The Learning Tree in January and so far it has been an amazing experience.
The building is new and clean and you can tell the staff put a lot of effort into making this place a proper enjoyable place for the little one.
My son suffers from CMPA and SOY allergy and the staff have
put in so much care and attention to his need.
They have constantly provided us with reassurance to ease my anxiety about leaving him. They provide picture updates when possible and tell me all about his day when I collected him.
My son absolutely thrives in there - he eats well and sleeps well there and developed a lot of social skills and I can't thank them enough.
Cons: turnover of staff - management changes quite a bit although it was the start of a new nursery so I guess it is normal.
No holiday period so you are constantly paying. While some other nurseries offer holiday periods where you can request leave without paying.

Outstanding nursery, always receive a warm welcome. The staff have done everything they can to make us comfortable, they have been very supportive with behaviour which has been incredibly helpful also with potty training. We have had great developments since joining only a few months ago. They will

I had been a little worried about sending my child to a nursery, he has underlying health issues and having seen all the settings around, I was very much settled on this one.
The staff are all qualified first aiders which really put me at ease.
The manager put in place a health care plan, assuring
his needs are met.
They are warm, welcoming and friendly, always showing care towards my child as well as the group just melts my heart.
Taking a step back as a first-time mummy and allowing others to teach and care for my son was something I found hard, I felt I have made the right decision as he is flourishing and so social. As a child with two languages, this is welcomed and also supported in his learning.
Thank you to the team and manager for all that you do, I can see he is a very happy boy when he comes running in the morning to see you all and runs up to me on collection to tell me all about his day.

We saw all the nurseries in the Romford area, and this was without a doubt, exactly what we were looking for. A gorgeous and spacious environment for our child to play freely in. My daughter has just started here, and I can't thank the girls enough for settling her so well! The rooms are clean, tidy and very spacious. I love the fact that there is an indoor garden for them to use, as she's not yet walking either. Everything is sustainable, so she's learning about the environment
and helping the planet. The managers go above and beyond for the children, they are always there welcoming with a smile and a high five. The meals are served to a high standard, she's not fussy luckily but all allergens and meal preferences are catered for. The menu looks amazing! I can't think of anywhere else I'd like my baby to go.
