There is a team of qualified and experienced practitioners ready to welcome all children and their families to the new setting. The nursery is based in Paston, Peterborough, and is easily accessible by car and public transport. The team are able to cater for children aged between 2 and 5, and the nursery will be open from 8:30am to 3:30pm during term times.

My daughter is happy when she goes to kindergarten, that means she likes it there. I'm happy with the activities they do. The teachers team are very friendly, all the time they speak very nicely and at the end of the day they explain everything regarding my daughter's program.

My little brother is doing really well at this preschool. He has good and bad days but they’re understanding his difficulties well. I am happy to say that this is the best preschool that any of my siblings have been to.

Staff are always very friendly and have great communication skills. They are very clear and give a detailed breakdown of my child's time with them. They have gone above and beyond to ensure my child could keep attending while she was dealing with a health issue. Highly recommend.

She is amazing with my son. He struggles leaving me but she manages to calm him down so well that he actually enjoys to play with other kids and comes out so happily, it's amazing to see I love it so much.

My son started at the beginning of January, and he was very attached to me, so I was worried he would not settle, but this bunch of lovely ladies managed to settle him in fantastically. The staff are so helpful, and I feel safe leaving my child in their care. His keyworker has been so amazing; she has
gone the extra mile for my son, so he's happy and makes me feel less anxious. Letting me know about his day; things they did; what he ate etc, really helps. I couldn’t be happier - thank you girls. Lovely setting with lots of variety for all ages, lots to do and a lovely outside area.

Such a brilliant setting, I looked around so many different places and I knew this was the one it’s so welcoming, clean and beautifully set out for the children. I would really recommend, my little one loves going and every time it is his day to go he jumps up and wants to leave the house before it’s
time and always goes on about his teachers there, just beautiful and nice people.

The pre-school has made my son enjoy coming to pre-school, they have helped settle him and and has bonded good relationships with the staff already. He enjoys coming home to tell us about what he has done during the day. Thank you for everything so far to help settle him and make his days more exciting

The staff are very friendly and they are very welcoming. They are really taking care of the kids. The personal care is really appreciated. The kids always are very clean. The kids always tell us the activities they had in school and that makes us very happy as parents. When we went to collect our kids,

Stars Pre-School Paston Ridings is a really good nursery. My child really enjoys attending the nursery because there are a lot of fun activities to do, and he gets to play with his friends. The teachers are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this nursery to someone else.

Brilliant staff, kind, friendly and professional, both ladies have been a great emotional support to myself and my family when my son struggles to part with us on his days at nursery. So happy with the care my son receives at this nursery, without fail always leaves with a dry nappy. He loves the ladies there. I cannot fault them with the love and care they give my little one. I feel at ease leaving him there, even when he does get upset. 100% recommend Stars Nursery Paston.

My daughter has just started nursery at Paston Ridings and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. She has only been around less than 2 weeks and today she was a little apprehensive to leave me, but then saw her keyworker and ran and gave her a hug which was lovely to see. She is always excited to
go and staff/management have been very accommodating with the times I collect my daughter as I need to get her early to be able to pick my son up from school.

Joined: 2017

I started my career in childcare over 20 years ago and joined the Stars Day Nurseries team in 2017. I am level 3 qualified and the safeguarding lead for my nursery. In the future, I will be study for my level 4 qualification. I have been managing Paston Ridings Pre-School since 2022 and absolutely love to see the children thrive in their development and love supporting my family.
