We are so happy that we chose Orton Longueville Playgroup for my little boy. He only attends part-time as I would happily keep him home with me, but the opportunities and experiences they offer are too good to miss!
The sessions are free-flow, with an amazing outdoor space to explore, a sensory room
and a soft play area, along with the usual reading corner, and crafts available daily. All the children look so happy and content.
The staff are so lovely and make me feel they truly care about each child there. If I have any questions or queries they are answered efficiently and reassuringly either at the door in person or via the app during the day.
We would highly recommend this Playgroup!

Orton Longueville Playgroup is an incredible place. My two eldest children were unable to attend due to the logistics of work so had to attend another local nursery and I only ever heard great recommendations for the playgroup, however, I have been fortunate to now send my youngest child to the playgroup.
My child loves it and goes in and comes out with a huge smile on her face. I get the feeling all the staff love the children and make them feel safe at all times. When my child isn’t at playgroup, it’s all she talks about.
I would really recommend this playgroup, it encourages the children to be independent but in a safe environment and the outdoor space is incredible, just be aware the kids love the sandpit so you will find sand at home when you take their shoes off. I also love the 2-way communication which is great and all managed on an easy-to-use app, the highlight of my day is going through the photos at the end of the day with my child.

A lovely, kind-hearted team work here. They have helped my shy daughter settle quickly. She always comes home with a smile on her face having had a nice time. The setting has outstanding facilities with lots of outdoor activities for the children.

My son didn’t enjoy attending a childcare setting until we discovered this playground. My son has so much fun when he attends, and the activities are great and educational. The space is amazing, with lots of outdoor activities too. The staff are all amazing and have really helped my son manage his emotions
with targeting setting, patience and a calming influence. I couldn’t recommend this playgroup enough. This playgroup is a 20 minutes drive from my house but is worth the travel, and I’m hoping to send my youngest son here too when he is old enough.

The best playgroup in Peterborough.
I can proudly say this is the best playgroup I have come across.
My son has been here, and now my daughter is here.
Very understanding, polite members of staff, well-organised, cleanliness 100%, taking kids out, they have sensory rooms.
Quick response in case
we have any issues.
It's not just about the learning as well; it's also about how they are bringing up these kids emotionally strong and much more with activities.
They understand the need of the children and then gives so much support.
I live a little far, but I come every day here to Orton to drop my girl off.
Absolutely worth every penny.

My child recently joined Orton Longueville Playgroup, and I’m so happy with how quickly he has settled in. He was always a little reluctant to attend his last setting, but he’s so happy to go into Orton Longueville Playgroup. The staff are great at keeping parents informed about what is going on during
the day, which is much appreciated. My child is excited to tell me about what he’s been doing during the day, and it’s nice to be able to ask him about specific activities that I can see he’s been doing.

A wonderful place where children have so much fun. My daughter asks to go every day. The staff are all lovely; they genuinely care about the children and are happy to join in with the children’s games and activities. We often see pictures of them with their faces painted or hair styled by the children.
The variety of activities they do is amazing, and they are child-led, so often buy new equipment in response to requests from children. As well as great indoor facilities, including a soft play room, they have a fantastic outside space, which the children have free-flow access to in all weathers. Communication with the staff is great, with daily updates on the app so you can see what the children have been up to.

Orton Longueville Playgroup is a fantastic setting for children. The staff are amazing and treat the children as their own. The free flow and child-led activities mean that children are able to explore and learn in their own way at their own pace.
As a parent, I feel well-informed about what happens
each day. The end-of-day photos are lovely to see, and being able to go in for a stay-and-play session feels very special too. Communication, in general, is very good.
I'm so pleased that we chose Orton Longueville Playgroup, and I will tell anyone who listens!

Amazing playgroup with brilliant staff. It has a massive outside play area, inside has sensor room, a kitchen where kids can learn and bake, and different areas for lego, painting and story corners. My child is going in every day and is always happy!

I absolutely could not be happier with the playgroup, and I wouldn’t send my child anywhere else. I signed my second child up when I was still pregnant, as I was so pleased with them! Every member of staff is excellent, and they are all absolutely amazing with the children. My son is developmentally
delayed, so I had a lot of concerns and worries, but he has made incredible progress during his time there. I can’t fault them in the slightest, they are all dedicated, and the resources at the playgroup are fantastic. My son has never had a bad day and always comes home with a smile on his face. I recommend the playgroup to everyone I meet!

Orton Longueville Playgroup is a brilliant setting. My son has loved attending since day one of joining; he has been really happy. The facilities are great, and the children spend lots of time playing outside. I’m really happy with the consistency in the care given to not only my son but me too. The

Amazing preschool, the best in Peterborough. My daughter loves attending. The staff are amazing with the children. The curriculum is brilliant. Different things are planned each day to give them variety and keep them interested and focused. The feedback and communication are excellent. The garden area
is amazing, and the children have free flow all year round. My sons attended too, so we have been there for nine years, and the same staff are still there,e which speaks volumes! I would highly recommend.

An amazing nursery with caring and friendly staff who are quick to pick up any development areas to focus on and put plans of action in place, making learning fun with great activities. Fantastic outside areas giving children the freedom to explore, mud, water, sand, utensils and herbs in the mud kitchen,
growing vegetables and swinging and climbing. The use of recycling and natural objects and having access to the woods gives even more learning opportunities. They also promote independence by letting the children do a lot for themselves in a safe controlled environment.

Orton Longueville Playgroup is a brilliant setting. My son has been attending for the past two years and since day one of joining he has been really happy. The facilities are great and the children spend lots of time playing outside. The playgroup is right next to the woods so they also get to go on
some exciting adventures and learn about nature. The staff are absolutely brilliant with the children. Many of them have worked there for years (my daughter also went there 10 years ago). I would highly recommend this playgroup.
