Hello, my name is Zoe and I am the Manager at Happy Little Sunbeams; I have worked at the nursery for over 3 years now and initially started as a Nursery Assistant. Hello, my name is Delta, I am a Room Leader at Happy Little Sunbeams and have been here for almost 2 years now. I have three children and ever since I was a child, it was my dream to pursue a job as a Child Psychologist.
Growing up, I had many babysitting jobs; I used to babysit for neighbours as well as family and I loved it! I carried out a placement in a primary school whilst at secondary school and after my work experience ended, I continued to attend each day for one hour for almost one year as I worked closely with a child who had learning difficulties. I used the dot-to-dot letter formation technique to support the child to write their name and watch how proud the child was and how overjoyed the parents were, this was the moment I knew I wanted to work with children to support them to thrive in life!
