Thank you for your review. We are delighted to hear that you rated us highly in several areas, including care, staff, food, cleanliness, and safeguarding. However, we apologise for not meeting your expectations regarding the administration side on this occasion. Our top priority is always the children, which sometimes means our managers may be away from the office. We are sorry to learn that you feel our facilities deserve a score of two; our rooms are spacious, bright, and filled with beautiful resources and activities for the children. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into account as we strive to make improvements.
