Overall Experience

My little boy has attended Buttercup Corner Day Nursery since being 12 weeks old, at that time I was self-employed and my other children had attended here prior to him starting. From day one, the staff have been like his second mums, let me go to work and know he is in a safe and secure environment.

His development has grown, confidence shines through and I am so sad for him to leave this setting. Although he will still attend holiday club, his journey has been one to be forever grateful of, not only his but my other two children too.
The manager and all her staff have always made it feel like home. I would recommend this setting to anyone who ever has any doubt of a nursery, it's a haven of happiness. Thank you all.

Overall Experience

This nursery isn't a normal nursery, this nursery goes above and beyond for every single child they work with. They put their heart and soul into making sure that every child has the ability to achieve their full potential. Unbelievable staff and they are the reason why so many children achieve above-age

expectations when beginning their school journey.

Overall Experience

My daughter has attended Buttercup since 12 months old, as a permanent setting whilst I went back to work. We had regular daily updates, photos and detailed journals of her days. There was always so much variety for the children to do and lots of days out and parent days. Ensuring the safety of the

children in the nursery is paramount and this has always shown as excellent in picking up and dropping children for general day-to-day safety. The manager is an amazing woman who truly cares for the children. My daughter is now in full-time education but accesses the nursery for after-school provision and I have my new expecting child on the waiting list. An amazing nursery with fantastic staff.

Overall Experience

Amazing nursery and amazing staff!
They put all their efforts into the children by keeping them safe and providing fantastic learning opportunities. They are very well linked within the community and teach the children life skills that they can use now and take through to later life.
I feel 100%

confident that my child is well looked after whilst at Buttercup Corner.
The communication between staff and parents is great and are always willing to help where possible. Could not recommend this nursery enough!

Overall Experience

Having a baby start nursery during such a difficult time during COVID, was not easy for anyone involved. But the staff at Buttercup went above and beyond to help families feel safe and cared for and put their all into making the children feel like all was normal. Ever since then, they've just gone from

strength to strength. They listen to parents' opinions, they're attentive, and the level of care and education is outstanding. It will be a sad day when my boy has to leave.

Overall Experience

Buttercup Corner Nursery is absolutely brilliant. The activities that they do with my son are great and the quality of care is very high. They are always there to answer any questions I have in relation to my son's progress, which is a nice relief.
They do a Christmas party each year which is fabulous

for the little ones.

My daughter has been going to Buttercup Corner since she was 8 months old and she is thriving! She is now almost 3 and loves going to nursery. The staff at Buttercup have helped my daughter grow in confidence and have really supported us as working parents by ensuring all her needs are met. My little

Overall Experience

My daughter started at Buttercup Corner when she was 9 months old, she is now nearly 3 years old and absolutely loves going to nursery, she's so happy going to nursery and she's learned so much. I feel at ease going to work knowing my child is looked after, cared for and learning each day. The communication

between staff and parents is 10/10, can't fault them at all. I'm so glad I chose Buttercup Corner, I would highly recommend them.

My daughter started at Buttercup Corner in November 2023 and has been really enjoying it since. The settling in period was very thorough and gave both me and my daughter a great opportunity to learn more about the nursery and meet the staff etc., all of the staff are very friendly and great with the

kids. They put on so many activities for the children which I think is great. I also really like the amount of updates we get via the app so I know what my daughter has been up to. Would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Both of our children, age 6 and age 2, have absolutely thrived at Buttercup Corner and we have been extremely happy with both of their journeys at the nursery. Our eldest still goes to the nursery's Holiday Club where she has a fantastic time. We know they both feel safe and happy at nursery and the

Overall Experience

We have been using Buttercup Corner for our childcare since 2018, our daughter attended from 12 months old and transitioned to school and currently our son has been there since he was 10 months old. Buttercup Corner is a fantastic nursery, all the rooms are well planned with lots of activities and areas

to support development, along with extra activities such as gymnastics outside the nursery. All the staff are fantastic, well experienced, friendly, kind and caring. Our children are thriving and we have been so happy with the care they receive on a daily basis. The communication from the nursery is fantastic and they provide lots of opportunities for parents and families to be involved.

My son has now been at Buttercup for 8 months and after being at 2 previous nurseries that we really weren’t happy with and neither was our little one. We were told about Buttercup by quite a few people and after being on the waiting list we finally got offered a place and we really couldn’t be happier,

our son loves going, the room is very equipped with a large variety of toys and activities. He loves going on the trips to the park, activity days and the parent-child play days are amazing. The nursery has such a nice warm friendly environment the staff are great with the rooms always being well-staffed. I personally love the daily reviews and if there’s an accident the phone calls and forms you receive, communication is outstanding. Also, the security doors and not being able to enter the nursery make it safe for my son. Well done Buttercup!

Overall Experience

Three of my grandchildren have attended Buttercup Corner Day Nursery from early infancy up to school attendance age. It has been a very positive experience for each child and they have benefited greatly from attending. They were encouraged to express themselves in every respect and have blossomed both

educationally and emotionally and gained confidence in many varied aspects of life and learning. The love caregiving and respect given to each child in their care is exceptional and has prepared them well for their continuing education. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Overall Experience

Buttercup Corner has been amazing with our son. He initially started with 2 half days a week and is now full-time in the term time room. Communication between the nursery and ourselves has been amazing and we love hearing what they have been up to. All the staff have a true passion for their job and

make sure that the children in their care have the best experience possible. The nursery have been a fantastic help to both me and my husband in navigating the EHCP process, and I can't thank them enough. Our son loves going to nursery and we will all miss bringing him when he starts school next year.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been at the nursery since January 2022 and she is so happy to go everyday. She is provided with a variety of opportunities - Spanish class, yoga, gym, trips out to the park or supermarket etc and most recently, a trip to the pantomime, all at no extra cost. The staff are very friendly

and accommodating. They helped put me at ease from the very first day, and still do. Even though I have two other children, I still ask their advice on things and they're always happy to help. I would highly recommend Buttercup Corner to anybody looking for a safe, happy, caring environment for their child to grow in.

Overall Experience

This is a fantastic nursery run very professionally with a nurturing basis to meet the child’s needs. My daughter started in October at 2 years old and she was only used to being with main caregivers. Staff helped her to settle really well - she had a week of settling before starting. They completed

a baseline assessment when she started and she has settled really well! She loves nursery and is thriving and developing really well! The staff have worked here for years as my eldest daughter went and they were very experienced, even new staff are very good with the children and helping their development whilst developing within their roles themselves. The security at the nursery is fantastic with advanced technology used for daily reports that are sent to your email so you can see what your child has done that day!

Overall Experience

My son had been at Buttercup Corner from 2019 to 2023 when he left to go school.
He will still be attending for school drop-off and for the occasional holiday club.
My 1-year-old is starting in January 2024 and I plan on him staying until he goes to school as this is a wonderful nursery, they really

do put the children first.
Communication is 10/10 with regular updates and daily reports, which are very detailed. They do so much with the children each day and have lots of special days, parties and days out.
They are very supportive and helpful when it comes to SEN. They really helped us out with pointing us in the right direction and helping with referrals etc.
I can’t fit everything in this review but I know I will never be wary or worried about leaving my children here.

Overall Experience

My daughter joined Buttercup Corner during the pandemic. I sent my daughter based on recommendations from other parents locally to me. Despite never being able to view inside the nursery at the time or even go in with my daughter either, it was the best decision I made and the pandemic was a worrying

time!
All the staff are amazing with the children and my daughter is excited to go every morning! I've since been invited in multiple times for parent stay and plays etc and the rooms are a wonderful space for the children to be in. The children learn so much and have so many opportunities every day. We read about everything in the daily reports which we get every day too! I recommend this nursery to everyone, it really is the best!
