Hi, I’m Alice, the manager at Little Lambs Nursery. I joined the team in 2018 and haven’t looked back since. It’s a privilege to lead such a fantastic setting. I began as the Skipping Lambs room leader, then moved into the deputy manager role, focusing on well-being and behaviour management, before becoming manager in 2023.
My journey at Little Lambs has given me a deep understanding of our ethos and enables me to support the team with empathy and insight. I’ve always been passionate about early years education and believe strongly in providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children and their families.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a range of childcare settings and alongside inspiring educators, all of which have contributed to my professional growth. As a team, we strive to create a nurturing, home-from-home environment where children, families, and staff feel safe, supported, and valued.
We aim to spark curiosity, nurture a love of learning, and teach essential life skills from a young age. I’m a strong advocate for outdoor learning, believing it plays a vital role in children's well-being and development. I’m committed to giving every child the best possible start, helping them grow into confident, capable individuals ready for their next adventure.
