Our daughter has been at Little Lodge for six months now, and she absolutely loves it. The teachers are kind and responsive, and the range of activities is fantastic. We've seen great development in her, and the staff are always open to feedback. The outdoor space is beautiful, and the children truly
enjoy themselves. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring and engaging environment.

Our little boy has been at the nursery for only six weeks, but the settling-in process was quick and smooth. He is not an English speaker yet, but he truly enjoys his time there. I am a mother who wanted to keep her child with his Nanny till he had to start school at 5. My husband wanted him in a nursery from 4 for the socialisation and routine however I was unsure. We looked at so many nurseries and then we walked into Little Lodge and my whole view of nurseries changed.
My
son started in September and he is loving it so much. He has come so far already! He took part in his first harvest festival, and to see him sit with the other students and participate was a joy.
He is currently on half term and he is missing pre-school so much and has been asking every day to go in.

My daughter was at Little Lodge for two years and it prepared her well for the start of school. It provided a nurturing environment, with supportive and caring staff, where I have watched her confidence grow. It has been wonderful to see photos of the things she gets up to in the day and to have feedback

My daughter recently joined Little Lodge and has settled in very quickly thanks to the supportive staff and nurturing environment. She enjoys both the free flow play and specialist activities such as French, ballet and swimming. The communication with parents is excellent, both face-to-face and through
the app that the nursery utilises. I've also been impressed with how well the Little Lodge staff and catering team have got to grips with my daughter's complex dietary requirements. It's a big relief to know this is being managed well. We are very happy with our decision to send our daughter to this nursery.

My son has been attending Little Lodge for a few months now and we are so pleased with how well he has settled in. He loves the food and always tells me he has had a great day. He was invited to join in the Easter egg hunt even though the egg hunt was on a day he didn't attend the nursery, so he wasn’t
left out. The staff are lovely and very professional. I love that they have a stay-and-play morning so I can see how my son is getting on. Really happy and glad we moved him to Little Lodge.

Our son has been at Little Lodge Nursery since he was 2 years old. He is now 3.5 and he absolutely loves going to nursery. As parents, we couldn’t be more impressed with the caring staff, excellent facilities and holistic approach to the early years development of our son. He is gaining so much independence
and is very happy with the staff and his nursery friends. He takes part in music lessons, and enjoys a balanced diet (he loves meal times! and frequently visits the outdoor play areas and other parts of the school. The nursery very much feels like part of the whole school community. I highly recommend this nursery.

My son has been at the nursery since we moved to the area last year and I couldn’t be more happy with our decision. He’s now in the preschool room (3-4 year olds). It’s a lovely little nursery - the staff are really caring and supportive, they have a great set of activities for the preschool children
using all of the facilities available at the school, including weekly French, PE, woodlands (forest school), ballet, swimming and music lessons. But, it’s not too structured - they also get lots of free-flow playtime. My daughter has recently started in the 2-year-old room and is settling really well with the help of the lovely staff in that room. They do some of the same activities as the older children (e.g. woodlands) alongside free-flow play in the lovely light and airy purpose-built nursery/school grounds. They have use of a large garden with bikes and a smaller outdoor play area. Both children are very happy at this nursery.

My daughter has been attending at Little Lodge for 8 months now and has loved going from day one! We were looking for a nursery intergraded with a school for her to continue into and were impressed with the open morning tour led by the children. We feel confident leaving our daughter in this secure
setting and like the flexibility of attendance options. The staff have been very inviting, encouraging and informative with every aspect of her development and take great care and attention in their work. I would recommend here for anyone looking for a nursery.

I am a mother of a child in nursery, he has been here since 2. My older children have also been through the nursery. They adore it. Staff are kind, caring and compassionate. Lots of fun learning and special visitors like ducklings! Highly recommend it.

I'm the parent of a child who has been at nursery here since they were 2 and will be sad for them to move on to reception!
Little Lodge has been incredible with our child, from complex allergies, always making him feel included and providing an unbelievable array of foods at snack, lunch and tea time!
To the broad and deep variety of learning opportunities. From phonics with qualified teachers to ballet, music, French and PE, all with specialists throughout the school, the quality of learning is second to none.
The safety and welfare of the children is paramount and supporting little people through the ebb and flow of emotion and the complexities of life. As a military family, we have been supported through change and difficulty with a child-centred approach, ever making the choice to send him to Little Lodge the right one.
I would encourage any parent to look around Little Lodge and see the opportunities for their child there, it was the best choice we've ever made.

My name is Kirsty, and I am the manager at Little Lodge Nursery part of Yateley Manor School. My career in childcare spans back to 1996. I have completed my NNEB diploma in Nursery Nursing. I then followed this qualification with over 28 years of working with children aged 0-5 years, managing nurseries since 2007. I am Organised, caring, positive, always support my team, always happy and I always have a smile on my face. I am most proud to have obtained 3 outstanding ratings from Ofsted in my career as a manager. As a nursery manager, I can make a real difference in a child’s development by creating learning fun and interactive learning environment for the children and always being a core point of support. I am very inspired by having a meaningful impact on children’s lives. I am passionate about giving children a good start in life and providing them with the foundations necessary to succeed when they have left Little Lodge. I am also a mum to 2 daughters and enjoy spending time with them, and my family, reading books and gardening.
