Clayton Little Stars (Clayton Library, Dartmouth Avenue, Staffordshire ST5 3NR) is set in the library in the heart of the community. It is split into 2 rooms with an enclosed outdoor area. Open 51 weeks of the year, Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 6pm. Each child is entitled to have support, safety, respect, continuity of care, a healthy environment and is allowed to enjoy and achieve. All children are individuals, and their welfare are paramount.

  • Price Structure


    Please contact us for our current prices and offers. A detailed invoice will be issued at the beginning of each month through the Famly App. We accept voucher payments for example Sodexo & Edenred.


    Nursery 0 to 3 years


    £57.00 per full day includes lunch (7.30am until 6.00pm)


    £2.50 per lunch


    The *NEW* Nursery Education Funding for 9 month olds is 15 hours funded between 8.30am and 4.00pm over 2 days.


    Preschool


    £7.40 per hour


    NEF (Nursery Education Funding is 15 or 30 hours deducted between the hours of 9.00am and 3.00pm) Children wanting term time care only will not be charged a retainer fee if accessing the NEF, full fees will be charged when a child is booked in for a session but does not attend.


    No fees are charged when the nursery is closed.


    We offer a 10% discount for siblings off the total fee for full time spaces only.


    We will provide the children with snacks and drinks throughout the day.


    Time off is charged at full.

My son started Clayton Little Stars in January and they have been absolutely fantastic in getting him settled in. All the staff are very friendly and do a great job at keeping us updated on his day. My son always comes home happy and I could not recommend them enough.

Amazing!
The staff at this nursery go above and beyond in their care for the children within this setting. My daughter has been attending for over 6 months now and we have seen her come on leaps and bounds since starting. She has never been unsettled since starting and always has a smile on her face
when she goes to nursery which as a parent is all you could want. I love that it is a smaller setting and feel that this has an impact as all staff members are involved and know her individually which make it more intimate and meaningful as she spend a lot of time there.
10/10 would recommend!

My son has attended Clayton Little Stars Childcare for just over a year. All of the staff are lovely and I can tell that my son has a good relationship with all of the staff and children.
I am kept up to date and get sent pictures and observations regularly. I also find the app great for seeing what
he has eaten and how he has slept etc.
I have seen a lot of progression with my son and I can clearly see that he learns a lot a nursery, from songs, to colours, shapes, words etc.
I have had no complaints at all with the nursery and my son always comes out happy and smiling at the end of the day. Their communication is great and I always get a prompt reply.
I couldn't ask for a better nursery.

My daughter has been attending Clayton Little Stars Childcare since she was 11 months old and from day 1, the team have been absolutely brilliant! The staff are kind and caring and always reassure you. My daughter has come on so much and is thriving and the staff have a massive part in that! She has
settled really well, is really happy, goes in with the biggest smile and comes out with the biggest smile. She has built great bonds with the staff and made a great bunch of friends. The nursery is a home from home, they keep you updated throughout the day with plenty of photos, what they've eaten/drank and with all the activities they are getting up to that day. She gets really excited to come to nursery everyday and I can't thank the staff enough for all they have done and continue in doing.

A lovely nursery with very attentive and supportive staff. My daughter has been attending for the third year now and we have had a great experience. We like that it is a smaller setting with a cosier and less intimidating environment.
Our concerns or queries are always addressed and staff is always

We would like to thank all the staff that look after our child so well. They are just fantastic at what they do and so incredibly caring. We are so pleased we chose this nursery at this location, since starting here we have seen a massive improvement with our child's eating, his confidence has grown
considerably, along with joining in with peers and communicating his needs more. I truly believe with it being such a small nursery, it's more personable and the care our little one receives is outstanding. Toilet training has been supported here too, which is more than helpful. Our little one really enjoys attending and we are more than happy with his progress. His loves all of his teachers, 7 staff members in particular and everyone who has looked after him so well. We cannot recommend this nursery or thank these lovely ladies enough. Thank you!

I cannot praise the Clayton Little Stars Childcare nursery enough.
My daughter has been going there for 2 and a half years and she loves it. We chose to keep her in the nursery rather than pre-school at school as she is so settled and has a great friend group.
All the staff are extremely kind and
lovely. The manager is fantastic too and very informative. We have funded hours as well as holiday hours and no issues in sorting this out. We rarely have needed to swap days / add day but this has tried to be accommodated with flexibility.
Communication is responsive and the nursery use an app to keep up to date with meals, activities and photos in real-time which is most helpful.
The outdoor space is safe and secure with a locked gate and children love being out in this.
Different activities are planned each day / week with a focus towards learning through play.
Not sure what else to say, except I would I highly recommend it to other families.

Clayton Little Stars Childcare has been absolutely fantastic in all aspects, since our daughter joined in June. The settling in sessions provided were a great way for her to be introduced to all the lovely members of staff. We are so happy with how our daughter has developed since joining and a huge

Really lovely homely setting nursery. Small and intimate class sizes, wide variety of toys for children to play with, nice outdoor area. The staff are always really informative, welcoming and friendly. My little boy has been going here since he was 10 months old and always comes out smiling. Always
doing activities and bringing home things he's made, drawn or painted. Great variety of food and always something different.
