Little Pioneers Nursery and Pre-school Co-op House opened its doors in March 2024, providing the best childcare and giving peace of mind that your child is getting the care, love and attention they need.

They have two nursery rooms with separate sleep areas, a stimulating garden with growing areas, plus a wonderful Forest School area where children can explore and learn all about the outdoors.

At Little Pioneers, everyday is full of fun and friendships with a dash of adventure. Inspiring spaces, educational and sensory zones, and outdoor areas are all part of your child’s experience with them.

i love Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school, and how they have looked after my two year old daughter during her settling in sessions, and when she actually started. As a first time mother, I was so anxious about how she would adjust, However, from her first day there, she was surrounded with warmth,
care, fun, play, and a brilliant learning environment.
The staff are amazingly kind, generous and patient, and it's a testament to the quality of the nursery that most of them have been working there for years. As a first time mother, i appreciate the good communication and how well-organised it is. But the most important thing is that I feel that I can totally trust them to look after my daughter - thank you.

My son has been attending the branch since September, and he settled in so quickly. He's being very well looked after, you can tell by his behaviour every morning when he happily runs into the arms of his key workers. It's clear they genuinely care about the children. The indoor and outdoor environments
are lovely, and they even have a forest school!
I really like the idea of an open-space facility like they have, but for a preschool group, it would be better if it were separate from the rest so they could have dedicated access to other educational activities. Other than that, it's a great environment with well-prepared staff. My son loves it and that's what makes us, the parents, very happy!

My son started at nursery in November 2024 following my maternity leave ending.
He's settled in so well, his key worker keeps me updated on all the fun things he does during the day, the app updates help too.
All the food is done on site and he's had such a variety of meals, some we probably never
would have thought to make ourselves.
He's at the "I want to pull myself up on everything" stage so does bump his head sometimes but if he does they handle it with such care and make sure we're updated by phone and on the app.
Very happy with our choice of nursery as little man seems to be thriving there.

My child started in the little explorer's room a couple of months ago. He has settled in so well. The environment is amazing for the kids with the right balance of stimulation and calm. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

Amazing facilities, second to only the incredible care our son receives. This is our second child and so we have experienced a few nurseries before this one. This is the best by a long, long way. The staff are not only caring about the children but the parents too. It's amazing.
Our son's behaviour
has improved, his learning has developed and his confidence buoyed, in only a couple of months.
Highly recommend.

My 3-year-old has been going to the nursery full-time from its opening day due to moving into the area. Previously she came from a different nursery which she was very used to having been there for 2 years.
The transition was amazing, no issues and she settled in straight away. This was not only due
to the lovely indoor area to play in, with the garden and forest school (which she loves) but also because of the fabulous staff. They really care about the children, are fun and give them support/comfort when needed. They also have provided me personally with support when needed, as being a parent isn't a bed of roses and can be difficult when said child is being especially hard work and you already feel like you've done a day's work before dropping off to the nursery!
Overall the nursery provides an amazing environment for my daughter to grow, learn and play. I highly recommend!

My daughter has been very comfortable since day 1. She made some good friends as well. They help in nurturing the creative side of children. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We are always informed about her daily activities by the end of the day.

Brillant preschool for my little one. We can see changes in him already and all for the better. Lots of outside space and the forest school is that added extra as he loves to be outside. Lots of fun activities to be done each week and plenty of inside space to explore.

A truly wonderful nursery, my little one jumps into the arms of their key workers. It's a lovely clean set-up, with lots of educational toys; but a great blend of indoor and outdoor activities. Each day is packed with activities to help my little one learn and develop but also to have calm and quiet
time when needed. I love that events are planned throughout the year, for example, 'stay and plays', with the most recent one being a Mother's Day session and Easter egg hunt. I attended both; it was lovely to be part of those and see my little one interact with others and have a small insight into their day.
I'm kept updated throughout the day from an app on what they are getting up to, I love this as it helps me feel connected in the day. A nursey I feel, really cares about my little one; through learning, nutrition, fun and most importantly safety.

My son has attended the other branch and has moved to the Co-op House once they opened. He settled really quickly and has made new friends. We are pleased with his progress so far and he’s happy when we get to the nursery in the morning. He’s being very well looked after and everyone seems to make sure
