My little one has grown so much since starting Sleepy Hollow Early Childhood Centre. The staff are amazing. My daughter has become so much more confident. The manager is hands-on with everything and always there if needed. It's great to see a manager being so involved with every single child. The staff
looking after my little one are so caring and they create a home away from home environment where learning and growing can feel natural for the kids.

Overall my experience over the few months my daughter has been in Sleepy Hollow has been very positive. Staff are very helpful and pleasant and very attentive and tuned in with the children. I feel this is a great stepping stone for my daughter in getting her ready for nursery school in September. The
songs that she has learnt and things she talks about that she has learnt or played with that day always bring a smile to my face as I know she has had a great day of learning and fun. Her confidence has also grown and she is definitely coming out of herself a little more. She loves to show me around her classroom and often talks about her peers and class friends. Overall her experience has been so smooth in settling in and has made the experience and process of her going from a childminder setting to a school setting extremely easy and that’s down to the staff in Sleepy Hollow.

Our settling-in period at Sleepy Hollow has been fantastic. Our child has been made to feel very welcome. The manager and her team do an exceptional job. We are looking forward to many happy years with the Sleepy Hollow Group.

I could not fault the staff at Sleepy Hollow. My son is very well cared for and has been so happy and settled since starting. The staff are unbelievable at their job, nothing is too much trouble and they are so attentive with the children. They are very accommodating in meeting the needs of every child.
Would recommend it to everyone.

My daughter attends Sleepy Hollow in Lisburn. I couldn't highly recommend this childcare setting enough. I myself have previously worked in childcare settings and can honestly say the girls here are fabulous. She took quite a while to settle at the beginning and they got to know her individual needs
and really settled me as a mummy. This was new for me as she had never attended a childcare setting before Sleepy Hollow. The manager is absolutely fantastic and greets everyone who comes through the door personally and has time for everyone and their queries. I find it like a home from home for the children. My child has an absolute blast every day and they're very helpful and accommodating to me as a working mother and have accommodated me at short notice with requests for wrap-around care also. The manager and her team of staff should be very proud as it's a fantastic setting and looks after every child's individual needs. We're so lucky to have them.

My child came to this setting from a different nursery. The support provided for them whilst changing over was phenomenal, he is eager to come and explore all of the opportunities available to him on a daily basis. The staff have made him feel valued and safe from the beginning of his time with them,
boosting his confidence around adults and children. Teaching him when is safe to take risks in things he may not yet have had the confidence to do so.
The team go above and beyond to explain all aspects of his day so that I feel a connection with them and the environment in which he plays. They are a happy and friendly team always willing to listen to any queries. I could not have found a better place to leave my child and walk away so content so thank you!

My child has been attending Sleepy Hollow Lisburn branch since September when it first opened. We were searching for a preschool that could take them from 2 years old rather than 2 years 10 months as my child is one of the younger ones in their year group. The three main staff members in this room are
the perfect team, a mix of different ages and personalities, ladies who have been mothers (and grandmothers) themselves means I feel confident about the care received and feel that my child is always met with personal understanding as they have the experience! Regular outdoor play, daily song time, creative tuff trays with messy play, and opportunities for sand, water and playdough play are always available. Developmental observations are communicated via an app which is handy, I would like more regular photo updates but I understand that the staff are busy and they are always happy to answer my questions on arrival. We are so happy with Sleepy Hollow and the care and education received! Thank you!

Currently attends preschool, all the staff are amazing, friendly and very good with the children. My child always has to be there for 8 am as she absolutely loves it.
The manager is also fantastic at her job, very professional and welcoming.

The team at Sleepy Hollow Lisburn have been so welcoming to both me and my son! He has settled in really well and loves coming every day! We are always greeted with a smile! I was initially a little anxious about leaving my little boy in a nursery setting for the first time, however, any worries quickly
left my mind when I see how happy he is, surrounded by such caring staff! He is encouraged to try new things and make friends every day. I also love how accessible the app is, it makes contacting nursery very easy and replies are always very prompt. Selfishly I would love daily/weekly photo updates but understand this might be a little time-consuming.

Such a warm, welcoming and stimulating environment for my eager and able to learn 2 year old (boy!). I can’t thank you enough for giving my June baby an opportunity to socialise and learn for 2 hours every morning this academic year before he begins preschool nursery in September. An added bonus in
broadening his learning and skills in his early years. Thank you.
