Staffing at the nursery includes a qualified teacher and is supported by a team of highly experienced early childhood educators who all share the same ambition.

At Ark Start Globe, children will have the opportunity to explore their environment indoors, through activities such as painting, and outdoors, where they will have the opportunity to visit local parks and libraries. Ark Start Globe also has a strong partnership with Ark Globe Academy and benefits from the school's onsite facilities.

Funding & Fees Guide for Ark Start Globe

  • We offer an unlimited number of free places for those who want to use funded hours only.


    Fees are charged per 3-hour session with a minimum booking requirement of 12 hours per week 48 weeks of the year and 15 hours per week for 38 weeks of the year.


    We offer school days 9am-3pm and full days 8am-5pm, with a morning of afternoon session being an option on Wednesdays only.

Hi! My name is Molly and I am the Headteacher at Ark Start Nurseries. I am passionate about providing quality education for young children and have worked in the early years sector for 10 years as a nursery teacher and a reception teacher. I also lead the early reading curriculum which includes synthetic phonics. I love singing and storytelling and know how fun and motivating it is for young children to learn more about the world through stories, songs and experiences they want to talk about and share with others.

Hello! My name is Sarah and I am the Head of Teaching and Learning at Ark Start Nurseries. I am a qualified Early Years Teacher with a Masters degree in Early Years Education.


I have taught within early years for 10 years and before joining Ark Start I worked as an Early Years Lead in an Ark School.


I believe that every child deserves the best start in life. Inspirational learning in Early Years is provided through a safe, stimulating and enabling environment that enables children to develop character and independence through play and by engaging in high-quality interactions with the adults in the Nursery.
