Overall experience has been good. My son loves going to Bright Explores Nursery, he's been attending for 2 years now.
I've come to know the teachers and manager; they are approachable and easy going.
I don't have any complaints, their service has been good thus far.

The location of the nursery is great for my family because it's 3 minutes away from my home. The nursery is spacious with lots of toys for kids to explore.My daughter attends the nursery, since she started attending the nursery she interacts more with other children in her neighbourhood.
The nursery
staffs are reliable and very professional in their duties. The manager was really supportive by put me through the process of registering my little one.I would advise all parents to do their due diligence when choosing a nursery but I recommend Bright explorers nursery for all parents. Five star nursery!

My child has been coming to this nursery for a few months now and the progress we have seen is exceptional. My child was always very shy and reserved, but with the help of the staff has come out of his shell. The environment is very relaxed and loving and I can see that my child feels right at home
and enjoys every minute of being there. He has made lots of friends and the staff are always helpful, going out of their way to make sure he has the best time.
I want to thank the manger for always setting a great example and making sure that from the food, to the teaching, to the activities and everything in-between is of the highest standard.
This in my opinion is one of the best nurseries in South East London.

My second child is currently attending Bright Explorers and we could not be happier. Both my children started at 11 months, the first left for reception almost 2 years ago and the second will graduate nursery in a few months.
The team from the teachers all the way to the management staff have been
fantastic, they have always shown us compassion and have treated my children with the love and encouragement you would expect from an early years setting. My working hours are not always regular and the team have been flexible week on week making sure that my children are looked after and are safe. Both children are very different when it comes to their development, but the team have worked with us from the start to make sure that both had their needs met and that the approach to teaching them was adjusted as needed.
I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

Bright explorers day nursery is very good nursery and the staff are very friendly especially the manager very helpful and kind she helps me with everything what I ask her.My daughter is very happy to go there avry day we are very luck to have a good nursery around us.

I am incredibly grateful to this nursery for the care, kindness, and support they have shown our family. From the very first day, the staff has been warm, welcoming, and professional, creating a safe and nurturing environment for the children. My child goes to nursery with great joy, and it is reassuring
to know that he is surrounded by such kind and attentive caregivers. What truly touched my heart was the way the nursery supported me and my child during a very difficult time in our lives. They not only showed understanding and compassion but also offered genuine care and humanity, making us feel less alone in our struggles. This level of kindness is something we will never forget.
I recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a place where their child will be happy, safe, and well cared for. Thank you to the entire team for your incredible work!

My son settled into the nursery well and it's more than happy to go in each day. He's needs are met and he feels comfortable he enjoys the time he spends there and Ive seen an improvement. My son is speech delayed and my son's had no issues there at all.

The teachers at bright explorers day nursery are lovely, they spend time with the children and from the outside looking in they enjoy their job, giving the children their best shot at early education. The nursery allows teachers to pay a close attention to kids and be aware of what is going on. Management
is approachable and polite, ready to discuss concerns and find solutions.

From start to finish the nursery and the staff have been very supportive of My Daughter that has challenging behaviour. I am very happy with this setting and I will keep her there until she reaches compulsory school age. I have had several issues with my child and they have been very supportive in all
of the processes. They are easy to approach and the manager is very understanding.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bright Explorers Day Nursery. While the staff who work directly with the children are kind and caring, the manager, has been incredibly difficult to work with. Her attitude has been rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful, and the nursery appears to
be poorly organized. My son, who is delayed in speech and showing signs of autism, requires additional support. Unfortunately, rather than working with me to put an appropriate plan in place, the manager has been dismissive and uncooperative. I strongly advise parents, particularly those with children who have additional needs, to avoid this nursery. The lack of support, understanding, and compassion from management has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this setting to families seeking a nurturing and inclusive environment.

As a nursery manager and owner, my responsibility is to provide enabling, conducive and inclusive environment. I work professionally at all time. I have a 30 years experience working with children and have children of my own. Therefore I have passion for all children in my care and community to ensure they reach their potential. It is unfortunate this particular parent did not realise that she will need to work together with the nursery to archive the goal. Also I will need to safeguard the other children and my staff. My nursery is well organised with different activities of their choice and interest that meet their individual needs. These are the support we have in place to support this child as follows; -Extra staff to support this child from my own expenses to work morning and late shift. -We provided some activities toys to support his learning. - We also use lanyards to support this child's daily routine. This child does 4 days from 8 to 6pm sometimes she will come late.
