Staff at Squirrels were fantastic with my little one, they settled her in and built her confidence. Communication was great and staff were always accommodating. They met my little ones needs and gave her great experiences.

Squirrels nursery's been a big part of my three grandchildren's lives over the last six years. I have had 2x grandsons and 1 granddaughter that have attended and all have been extremely happy. All three have made many friend and been very comfortable joining in with all activities. It's a home from
home environment xx many thanks to all the staff for helping my grandchildren grow.

My grandson attends the setting and is excited to go. The staff are all friendly and Squirrels have a great space for him to explore and learn. He particularly liked building a dinosaur enclosure with the volcano they had made and learnt about all the different kinds of dinosaurs. He comes to my house
singing songs from nursery and enjoys being outside in the garden area playing football with the coach on Wednesday. Any queries I have had management has dealt with them straight away.

Lovely small and friendly setting, when my son started a while back he settled straight in and since then he has always been excited for pre-school days. The staff are very supportive, friendly, understanding and professional.

Both my grandchildren have attended Squirrels, they have been so happy there and absolutely loved going.
It's so lovely to see them grow into happy and confident little boys who can look back on an amazing early start to their education. They both looked forward to the next chapter because of the
work, care, and dedication that the staff at Squirrels have given to all the children.
We are lucky to be able to send them to the preschool as there are so many to choose from and we found this to be the best. The setting, staff, and their teaching ethos is excellent.
Seeing my grandchildren grow up learning new skills and getting ready for school age is wonderful to see.

In July my youngest child left Squirrels. In total, I've had 3 children attend for 8 years and all 3 of them have thoroughly enjoyed their time there. It has a magic! We did try and settle them at different nurseries but they never did. At Squirrels they ran in every day and never looked back. It's
a small nurturing environment which I think allows the children to feel at home. Seeing how much they loved it certainly eased any mum guilt I had. The staff and resources are both exceptional, it's a gem of a preschool in a lovely setting, couldn't recommend more.

We have found the staff at Squirrels to be extremely helpful, they will take the time to discuss concerns and are always happy to share tips and advice. Our little boy has loved going and is keen to run in every day!

I highly recommend Squirrels Pre-School. Our son has only been there a few months but settled in very quickly and absolutely loves it. The staff are all lovely and amazing with the children, they really help with their individual development and I am impressed by how they incorporate learnings into
their games and activities while still making them fun!
They are always doing different activities and spend lots of time outside either in their garden or going for walks around the park.
Overall we are very happy with Squirrels and our son is definitely thriving in this setting!

I am so happy with the care and attention that my son receives at Squirrels Pre-school Delamere. The village Preschool setting is by far the best experience I have had with my children. They put so much effort into getting to know him really well and always respond accordingly to his needs.
All the
staff are very easy to talk to and helpful which made it so easy during the settling-in period and potty training.
The variety of activities that they provide is amazing ranging from baking, dance and football and all the fun play with their friends in-between!
As a parent, I feel invited to be involved and communication doesn't just happen outside the door or over email it feels very homely. I can't praise the staff enough!

My son has been attending Squirrels for a year and loves his time there. He has benefitted a lot from being in a small group and has made some really lovely bonds with both the staff and other children in the setting. He loves getting involved in hands-on activities, especially baking! The small size
of the setting is lovely and really helps to nurture the children and prepare them for school.

Hello, my name is Victoria, I have worked as a manager at Squirrels Pre-School since September 2023. I have 12 years of experience working within Early Years settings, with 5 years experience in a management role. I have a BA Hons in Childhood and Youth studies and I have a level 3 Children's Care Learning and Development qualification.


I am here each morning to welcome the children and parents and each afternoon to say goodbye. I have an open-door policy and all parents are welcome to phone or come in to have a chat. Here at Squirrels Pre-School the rest of our caring and dedicated staff ensure a safe and secure environment for the children, where every day is happy, and learning is fun.


When I am at home, I like to spend time with my husband and my two young children, we love going on day trips to the zoo!
