Tiddlywinks Nursery School (Heywood)

Welcome to Tiddlywinks Nursery School. My name is Molly and I am the nursery Manager of the Heywood setting, I have recently relocated from the Chadderton settings manager, so I have years of experience. I started my journey at TNS in 2021 as a nursery practitioner and have worked my way up to the role of nursery manager with the support of my management colleagues. I would describe myself as hardworking, positive and a big team player. I absolutely love my job working with young children, meeting new families, parents/carers and look forward to my future working within the Heywood community.

I hold my relevant qualifications in Early Years and Level 3 in Team Management Leading. I have completed training in First Aid, Safeguarding, Safer Recruitment, Baby Training and Sign Language. Additionally, I also have my level 2 qualification in Animal Management.

Fun Facts about Molly:
1. I support Manchester City and attend home and away games when I can.
2. I have a 17-year-old brother who plays for Everton Football Club.
3. I love to go to Starbucks.
4. I love sausage dogs, I have 2.

Welcome to Tiddlywinks Nursery School. My name is Georgia and in the TNS Administration Department, I mostly am located at the Heywood setting to support the opening and meeting of new children and families. I started working in 2016 as a nursery practitioner and moved to my office-based role in 2020. I currently hold my relevant qualifications in Early Years, my Salford Nutrient Award, First Aid, Safeguarding, and Level 4 Management training and look forward to pursuing digital marketing in childcare in the near future. I have also studied IT technology to help pursue Tiddlywinks AL systems.

My attributes to Tiddlywinks would be I work hard, aim for 99% every day and enjoy my job, seeing the children happy puts a smile on my face!

Welcome to Tiddlywinks Nursery School, my name is Megan. My role at Tiddlywinks is Area Manager across all settings. I have worked at Tiddlywinks for 13 + years implementing our nursery curriculum, ethos, visions and values right across. I hold my relevant qualifications in early years which I completed at Tiddlywinks in 2014 as an apprentice. I attended university and completed my BA Hons Teaching degree.

My job role is very expansive, it ranges from greeting children to the setting daily, welcoming new families including parents/carers to the setting, training new staff, conducting staff meetings, organising schedules and much more, every day can be very different, but exciting!

Welcome to Tiddlywinks Nursery School, my name is Kelly and I am the Area Safeguarding officer and nursery Senco, I also work in the admin department. I started my career back in 1998 when I became qualified and worked my way into the leadership role. I have worked in the Early Years and at TNS for more than 25 years and have met so many wonderful children along the way.

- I read the Harry Potter series each year without fail

Welcome to Tiddlywinks Nursery School, my name is Tanya and I am the operations leader. My role is to support the nursery managers and teams in the best practices, continuous improvements and customer satisfaction. I have worked in the Early Years sector for 20 years mostly in leadership roles. I hold a level 5 qualification in leadership and management alongside my Early Years qualifications. I am passionate about early childhood development and I strive to support outstanding practice each and every day. I studied my L3 Early Years qualification back in 2005. Since then I have gained the L4 certificate in Early Years practice, L5 leadership and management. In addition, I have gained qualifications in inclusive practice and neuroscience and I am a qualified Early Years assessor. I am trained in first aid and a designated safeguard lead.

- I am addicted to shopping!
- I have been driving for 20 years and have never been on a motorway.
- I am a health and fitness fanatic.
- I like structure and order!
