My name is Kirsty, and I am the Nursery Manager at Northstowe Nursery. I am a mother to my daughter and together we love exploring new places and finding new adventures, baking and camping!

I have 9 years of experience in childcare, and I believe in giving children the best start in life by providing them with a nurturing, stimulating and enriching environment. I have always had a passion for working with children, supporting them to grow and flourish and building relationships with the parents/caregivers too.

Hi, I’m Lily! I hold a Level 2 qualification in Early Years and am fully trained in First Aid, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for every child in my care. I’m committed to creating a fun, supportive, and engaging atmosphere where children can thrive and feel valued. I’m passionate about working with children, and learning about their creativity and curiosity as they grow and learn.

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and our dog. You’ll often find me relaxing with a good puzzle, building intricate Lego sets, or diving into arts and crafts projects.

My name is Laura. I joined the Nursery Team as a qualified Level 2 in October 2024 and I'm really looking forward to making a full contribution to the team and to the lives of the children in our care.

I am a bubbly, chatty and outgoing person who enjoys being in the company of children and adults alike.

I have work experience in Child Care over a period of many years, with some time spent in the retail industry. However, my path always returns me to the job I really love, and that is caring for children.

My qualifications include health and social care, business management and leadership plus a diploma in childcare. I have a keen interest in working with children with 'Additional Needs' as some of my previous work experience and experiences within my extended family have sparked my interest in this area.

My hobbies and interests are varied. I love Performing Arts and have danced at The Albert Hall in London. More recently, My time is spent outside work being mum to my 2 scrummy boys and indulging in DIY projects when time allows !!! (Is sleeping a hobby !!!)

Tracy Bowman

Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

I began my adventure into childcare in 2002 as a childminder whilst raising my two wonderful daughters with a third on the way.

After 18 years of seeing the positive impact my care had on children, I decided to take a short break, but I am excited to return and continue aiding the growth and development of the children at the nursery.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, making cakes and travelling
