With over eight years of experience in Nursery and Early Years education, I have continuously grown and developed as a practitioner, always seeking opportunities for professional development. My experience has been predominantly within a Montessori setting, where I have deepened my understanding of child development and different educational approaches.


Through my work, I have explored and compared various early years philosophies, but I have always found Montessori education to be the most consistent, calming, and dedicated approach.
