BRAND NEW NURSERY!

Our Day Nursery, located in the beautiful Beddington Park, Wallington, is looking for a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team for 40 hours per week. We are a small family run setting, eager to support the right practitioner in their career. 

Our Day Nursery is a unique and inspiring day nursery with capacity for 55 babies and young children per day. The nursery is situated in Beddington Park which means our babies and children get to experience all that the surroundings have to offer 

Our Day Nursery offers fantastic extra curricular activities for the children all taught by specalisit teachers, such as Music and ME classes, Sensory/Messy play seession, Football and Yoga, all of these keeps each day fun and engaging, really supporting childrens learning through FUN. We have exciting developments for our vast amouts of outdoor space, that will offer a range of different learning experiences for the children.

As Nursery Practitioner, you'll provide a safe, stimulating, educational and fun environment for children. Assist with providing and overseeing care for all the children in our nursery and ensure you support the team in your room to provide a high-quality service where children can play, learn, socialise and develop in a friendly and welcoming environment. You'll support the Room Lead and Nursery Practitioners in maintaining good links with the parents and wider community and forge relationships with parents and families to help support their children's learning and progress.

It goes without saying that you're passionate about working with babies and children but you'll also need to be professionally qualified with a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, understanding of Ofsted regulations and an excellent working knowledge of the EYFS framework and principles. Responsible and well-organised, you'll provide an environment where health and safety is of paramount importance be that from the physical environment and room set up to dietary requirements and allergies.
